I scheduled a tow for a few days out. When my situation changed and the tow had to be moved up to today for a specific time frame, he was very accommodating and understanding. He was friendly and did an amazing job. I am very particular about my vehicles and I had no worries or concerns throughout the entire process. Should I need a tow in the future I will definitely reach out to Easy Load Towing

I drive a very low car, and every single towing company I've ever been through always scratches the undercarriage. This is the only company that hasn't scratched my car yet the man I worked with was very professional, and did not rush the job or up-charge me. Their prices are very reasonable, and I will definitely do more business with them.

Exceptional fast service and I was informed about the status of everything at each step of the way without even asking.I had Roodi help me move my car from one repair shop to another and he kept my reasons confidential and also helped me get a better price for my repair with his suggestions. I put my Cadillac XT6 in a steep ditch off an icy, dirt Romeo backroad on a Thursday night. After over an hour of calling and waiting, ONLY Roodi at Easy Load Towing called me back. He graciously offered to meet me at 8:45am the next morning immediately after I was able to put my young girls on the school bus. He actually beat me to my vehicle and already had it prepped to be towed. Furthermore, he helped me get the car re-started. Given how deep my vehicle was buried in snow and the icy conditions, Roodi made several attempts and had to get very creative to successfully free my vehicle. His ingenious solution leveraging a nearby heavy fence post was quite impressive. I have no doubt that other companies would have left me stranded after attempt #1. Roodi was exceptional! I booked him within minutes on a Sunday evening. He responded via txt mmediately. Due to my busy schedule, I couldn't take the time out to meet with him in person or wait by the car. I left the keys in the car unlocked, he promised he would deliver the vehicle at 9am the next day, which was spot on. Not a minute later! He event sent me a picture of delivery and made contact with the mechanics while handing off the keys. Roodi made the experience easy and stress free. Passed towing experiences were dreadful but Roodi's service was a breeze. He will be my guy for future towing needs.Service: Car towing

Excellent service from Roodi. They let me know when they were on the way as well as 5 minutes out, loaded the car very well and was really nice throughout. I was towing my car to a dealership for a repair, and I had to deal with a bad dealership that refused to take the car (don t go to glassman Hyundai) and he was able to tow it to another dealership all while updating me on everything. Cannot recommend them enough.

Came within 5-10mins! Compared to my insurance company that made me wait 5hours out in the cold with misleading informations regarding on how far close the towing car was from me . Ended up canceling the one from my insurance and called ( Easy Load Towing)Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I called Easy Load Towing for a tow, and asked them to save my information until I called my fiance in case we needed their service. Ended up using our triple A for the tow but this service still followed up the next morning with a text and call to make sure we were all taken care of. Great service, professional and kind. If you are ever in a crunch, highly recommend!

Me and my mom are currently staying at a hotel in Troy because my dad is on life support in Beaumont hospital and we got a flat tire we only have the one truck so it's our only transportation. We were beyond worried.. We tried for HOURS to get someone to come out and change it for us, we even tried ourselves (no luck) everyone kept giving us the run around then we called and Rudy answered he was there within 20 MINUTES! He was so fast, professional and so kind. I highly recommend this company and if you use them make sure to ask for RUDY! Thank you again Rudy!Service: Tire change

This guy is quick and we love how he takes care of our vehicles and especially that he knows where to hook the car from. UNLIKE most other towing guys who just put their chains on parts that can bend and make damage.
