Found the car on Truecar website via credit karma. They have very nice cars and very nice prices. And more importantly extremely nice financing. The credit union that works closely with this dealership is second to none. I did all of the financing on my phone and the credit union even gave me a free savings account and put $20 in it on the house. If you see a car that you like at Dream Auto, buy it. You will be very satisfied.

Checked the reviews before we went here but decided to take a chance since most were not too bad. Now I regret it. Paid 9k for a vehicle and now have to put 2500 just to get it to safely work. Including shocks, struts, tie rod, needs an oil change, break pad worn to the metal, rotors, ball bearings, and recharge the ac. That's not including the check engine light that came on after we left the dealership. I test drove it twice the second time for 45 minutes. Plus the detailing was bad. I will be getting a thorough lesson on what to look for as I get repairs done on this vehicle. For those that are wondering if they should stay away, the answer is a solid yes! Spoke to the owner mark who said it's not my problem anymore you buy, it's yours. Save yourself a headache find a more reputable dealer or a private seller you trust, because dumping money into a new vehicle you expect to be in semi decent shape is not a fun adventure.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. The owner or managers name is MARK and he was extremely rude and hard to work with. My experience with dealing with him was horrible. I was prepared to purchase a vehicle at full price and merely only needed an inspection from a certified mechanic. He did not want an inspection performed on the vehicle other than an associate of his at Bell Tire. This made me instantly not trust him and weary about the quality of the vehicle. In addition, it makes no sense to take a European vehicle to a Bell Tire for a Pre Purchase Inspection. I ask to have it taken the dealership for a full inspection and I will pay for it. He rudely refused!! Again this was another sign of distrust. I would not recommend anybody to purchase a vehicle from Dream Auto Sales because my experience was more like a nightmare.

You should not be comfortable or at ease purchasing ANY car from this "dealer". The cars are cheap which brings people in - but go in to see the cars for yourself and you will understand. The dealership is hidden away in some sketchy complex, my friend and I joking that we should share location with others in case we were sold instead of the car.The dealership is a tiny one room crammed with two sofas you would pick up from someones trash, and two desks. Papers all over the grimy floors and coffee tables. The cars are just as dirty inside and out, poor salesmanship to not at least vacuum the car before displaying - the salesman dressed in grubby sweats should be a reflection of his work. The paperwork aspect took an unusually long amount of time as compared to any other dealer. Calling the phone to this dealership directs to the owners cell phone of which he seems to put on "Do Not Disturb" - unprofessional.Receiving financing through any bank is difficult, as THREE banks turned me away as the information provided by the dealer was "suspicious" and they did not feel comfortable financing any car with this dealer - A BIG RED FLAG!Something my bank brought to my attention was in purchasing a green Ford Fiesta that was purchased from an auction two years ago. When purchased it had XXX amount of miles. When filing the purchase agreement the dealer put the same amount of miles from when the dealer himself bought the car - SECOND RED FLAG! After purchasing a car all the way from NY two years ago not a single mile has been added? Two years on your lot and not one mile? HmmThirdly, IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THE GREEN FORD FIESTA 2012 I must inform you that when reviewing the CarFax listed weather damage subjected to the car - during the time period of 2012 in NY... this car had been through Hurricane Sandy and was quickly sold in a different state to hide any suspicious car sales within the state.Regretful I had given the dealer $500 as a down payment, a big mistake on my part as this dealer does NOT do refunds and I wish they hadn't robbed me so blindly - although I dodged a huge bullet in not choosing to buy from this dealer. This man should be ashamed in having his young children work as salespeople during their summer break as he is only doing shameful business (Think Matilda's father...)

Bought a used car and it had a ton of problems that the shop owner was hiding. Had a broken head gasket and had coolant leaking into one of the cylinders but when I looked at it he put engine honey in the engine for the appearance of everything being fine. Stereotypical used car salesman don't get ripped off and go somewhere else.

I have read all of the positive and negative reviews here. But you always take a risk if you are buying a "used" car. It doesn't matter where you buy these cars from because most of the time, it is an "AS IS" sale. So, I DO NOT buy cars with the "check engine light" on or cars without a "clean title history". Look at the CarFax vehicle maintenance history as well. Too many things can be wrong or go wrong if you notice any red flags. You have to decide when you test drive the vehicle if you are willing to deal with whatever issues the car may have. You have to be able to spot a good car and a good deal. I was skeptical as well (just like another reviewer stated about this dealership because I was not dealing with a well known dealership) but my experience was EXCELLENT. I heard a noise under the hood during the test drive and Mark addressed it in a timely fashion. It was a nut or bolt attached to the engine that was not getting any oil to it because the car was not being driven. Mark replaced it at no charge. He treated me kind and it was a comfortable experience. Not like the anxious or overwhelming feeling you get at the big dealerships. I purchased the vehicle and IMMEDIATELY took it to get the oil change maintenance on the vehicle. The vehicle was not leaking any fluids or oil on arrival. No check engine light on or rust anywhere on the car. Additional things that I took care of while doing the oil change maintenance were: replace the washer fluid hose, the wiper blades and get a radiator fluid flush. These are "minor" things to me on a 5 year old vehicle. I am very pleased. Mark goes above and beyond to bring the car to a "like new" condition. My vehicle was in very good shape. It runs very quietly and smoothly. I will refer friends and family to this dealership. I would purchase another vehicle from Mark first, before looking elsewhere.

Purchased a 2013 model car from Dream Auto. The pricing and condition of the car were the best I found in our budget range. Turnaround time was fast. We picked up the car very clean and detailed. The owner (Mark) and his son (Rafi) were both excellent and friendly people to deal with - you can tell from the way they both conduct themselves that they are a strong family, which shows in the business.

Bought a 2007 Ram 4x4 pickup a little over a month ago. Approximately 1 1/2 weeks ago I was driving home from work and my driveshaft fell off into Pontiac Trail and while I was driving 35 mph, the rear end of the truck locked up and threw me across 2 lanes of traffic. It was a VERY dangerous situation and thank God for construction because if I was going any faster, I probably would have flipped over. The whole breaking down situation was bad enough, but throw in 5:00 work traffic and people yelling at you to "MOVE YOUR DAMN TRUCK" when the the wheels are locked up didnt help. Luckily a man behind me picked up my driveshaft and put it in the bed of the truck for me. And it was good that a cop pulled over to make sure all was ok. I made my 1st payment on the damn thing and a week later I'm paying an $1892.00 bill to have the drive shaft and rear differentials replaced. I am very nervous of course driving it now, my husband says it's fine, but after that experience, who wouldn't be a little gun shy? I knew going in the truck needed breaks and such, but never dreamt this could happen. VERY disappointed. I missed work and had to shuffle rides to get myself and my husband to work as the truck was in the shop for 8 days. Don't trust this place, like others have said on here, the vehicle looked beautiful, but there were HUGE problems.

I strongly suggest you look in another direction to purchase an automobile. Learn from my mistake don't make it your mistake. The owner of the place is an absolute DB!!! He has vehicles listed on Carfax, Cargurus as well as craigslist and it's a total scam!!!He has (what appears to be) a decent inventory of nice looking vehicles online until you show up and that's when you realize you've been duped. He only has a few vehicles that look like they are read for the auction. Total garbage on his lot! When you confront him about the bait and switch tactic, he suddenly has a tough time remembering how to speak English.Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a vehicle, dont fall for his scam.

Cars are never clean and they take way to long to complete basic work. The story is long so let's go down a list of horrible things and why you shouldn't even bother to waste your time.1. Owner is late to open his store. I called and said I would be there at 10.2. Vehicles are dirty inside and out. They dont even try to clean them.3. Office is tight and dirty. Like for real they never heard of a mop! Or a rag even it seems.4. They horribly communicate and try to cheap out on service and not tell you that they are doing it5. When I went to actually buy the car all the sales men were gone and some mom was there instead who was not a sales rep and couldn't answer any questions.6. Rude as hell. They threaten to call the police also when we questioned why we couldn't see a title7. They act like they dont need sell cars telling me they probaly have an illegal side buisness becuase no dealer is okay with someone walking away with 8000 cash.9. Who the hell has a meeting out of the store at 12???? Not a lunch I asked.10. They pile random charges on and dont explain them.Save yourself some time by not giving this place any of it. I wasted 3 days and they could try to give me a rubber band and I still wouldn't take it. That is how untrustworthy and horrendous this place is.

Although I was skeptical at first because I had not heard the name, I am very glad I still decided to go. They provided me with some of the best customer service and were very patient even though I am a very picky person. They got me into a new vehicle in no time and I am very surprised as to why this is not a bigger name in the car buying industry.

Called on a Jeep he had and he told me to call back tomorrow because he just took a deposit. So i waited and called back- he said the people never came and we will only hold it for a day so it was available so i sent my husband. They increased the price by $1000 in less than 24 hours. Shady AF

Had an appointment to meet at 3. Waited 3 hours to meet with the guy. Sold me a truck with obvious deficiencies he didn't disclose, like a big hole in the bed of the truck that was covered with the bedliner.
