This was for a quick tire repair. And it was quick.I was quoted about an hour wait but the repair was done and car ready to be driven away in about 15-20 mins.Super friendly service tech as well.Very pleased with the experience and I would definitely recommend this store.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went in asking for a basic rim. They triple charged me because I was a young girl in there by myself for some fancy rim. Completely unacceptable. They will take advantage of girls . Do not go there.

I made an emergency stop to discount tire as I noticed a huge bulge in my tire when airing. Frantic because I was leaving for a road trip the next morning, I was hoping they would be able to help me out. Every staff member that I encountered was so friendly, knowledgeable plus they were able to get me in last minute and get me two brand new tires so I could feel safe and confident making my trip the next day. Prices are fair and service is second to none. I would highly recommend discount tire to anyone.

Took my car there for a tire rotation and balance, after leaving i was still getting a bad vibration so then i took it for a front end alignment at belle tire and still had a vibration after my alignment and they told me the balance was off and they would have to charge me but i get free balance and rotation from discount tire because i bought my tires there so i returned to discount tire for another balance, left there and still a vibration so than took it to a mechanic and they said my tires need balancing so i returned for a 3rd time for them to finally get it right after spending $100 on a alignment. I bought the tires new from there and get free balancing and rotation but what good is that if they dont it right and then they told me i need all new lug nuts which i declined. I just did my front brakes and my lug nuts are absolutely fine. Very disappointing considering ive bought new tires there before but never again.

I'm giving them 4 stars only because tires are expensive. This is a very well run store. I found and ordered my tires online. (Recommended). Scheduled my appointment and prepayed. This totally streamlined the process. I was probably there less than 45 minutes. This is my tire store.

Joe did more than help me he got the my tire on for me within 30 minutes and gave all my tires a lifetime warranty for 11 bucks a tire and beat the competitors price by more than half! This is the best tire shop around!

I came in with a tire that went flat. I feel for the guys here, they are overwhelmed being busy had 4 employees call off and the guys kept working passed closing time. We should appreciate these people and their hard work and taking care of us. They were extremely busy they told me they could do it however there is a few hours wait so I can drop off or waitSo I waited in the lobby read a book and enjoyed the Christian music they had on the radio.Bless all of youI appreciate you and all your dedicated work and hard work. All of you are amazing.Thank you for resolving my situation and fixing my tire.I am impressed with all of you and this tire shopKeep up the amazing work. It is noticeable Thank God for this place and all the amazing workers!

This Discount Tire location could not put my spare tire away underneath my car. They told me the cable was rusted. They told me the cable was bound up. They told me the mechanism was broken. Instead of offering ways to fix this (I would have bought a new part to be installed) everyone I spoke with told me how this issue wasn t the responsibility of the store. In fact, there is a safety latch that needed to be disengaged. The cable was not rusted, the cable was not bound up, and the mechanism was not broken. It took me 7 minutes, one YouTube video and a screwdriver. The manager of the store swore to me on the phone that he had tried every trick in the book. (Not sure if it was the store manager, 3 people I spoke to told me they were the manager) I ll keep buying my tires at Discount Tire, but will not go back to this location.

So.. I called the store ahead of time and booked a same day appointment. The service was relatively quick but they broke my tire cap/sensor straight off the tire and left it in a baggy. My tire was left without a cap and I had to go in the store and ASK for a replacement they completely stripped the threads of my tire cap, mind you this is a $30 set of tire caps that I now have to replace because of employee neglect. The shift knob on my car also had a bag over it (as all manuals have) when I came back to my car I found the cover of the shifter ripped off completely. Really . I had to replace that as well today and I m not really happy with their neglect and carelessness with my vehicle. I understand that the employees are not mechanics but for the love of God if it s not your car be gentile.

Severely disappointed in the quality of the service here. The tire I had on the truck was leaking from somewhere. They claim it was a crack in the rim. I told them please put on the spare I'll get another rim and return with it to get the tires installed. They claim if it's 10 years old they can't install it. It wasn't and they did. So they left lug nuts untorqued causing the damage in the picture. I'm still pretty upset that they failed at the task paid to perform. Meanwhile I checked the dates on the tires I bought last year and they are 10 years old now and so is the spare. I feel failed on so many levels here.

Asked for a tire repair and was told I needed new tires that day. Tires rated 65k have 34k miles on them. Gave me a bunch of excuses why i need new and was pressured into purchasing tires. Thankfully they had to order 2 so I had time to talk to several other mechanics who looked at my tires and told me I have plenty of tread and most likely have 10,000 more miles on these tires. So I canceled the order and will not be back.

They offer a free air check and refill. Super fast and polite. Tire, wheel and sensor specialists. A neat feature is they text you with your car s progress which make it really convenient to gauge timing updates.

Jan 15, 2024 Two of my children went in for new tires (Malibu and Jeep Liberty) and within 24 hours, my youngest daughter (18) had a tire sideways in the driveway, with 3 lug nuts that flew off on her drivers side - rear wheel, after driving. My husband caught the 2nd wheel, in enough time because those lug nuts were loose too. The holes on her rim for 1 tire became oblong and Discount Tire offered to replace it but after 15 calls between myself and husband (we have documentation) , numerous trips up to Shelby Township, Mi, half off the bill (fair!), wrong rims ordered/taken by mistake through delivery driver x4, offer us new rims if they cant find 1 factory rim.....but they NEVER call you back to make it right and you constantly have to chase the company to make it right. Done! I want the factory Jeep rim you screwed up that was ORIGINALLY on the car. We asked for tires. Not this whole debacle of replacing a rim that was totally FINE when we brought it in! Corporate please HELP!

Miserable experience. Arrived at scheduled appointment time and was told to take a seat while they did the initial safety inspection. They seemingly forgot about any other steps in the process such as asking about which tires I wanted changed or rotated. Was also never given a time estimate. Many other customers coming in were quoted wait times that were clearly misleading (90 mins for what was a 3 hour wait for simple tire changes.) When my car was finally serviced and pulled up for me, the 2 new tires were added to the front of the car rather than having been rotated to the back. They literally have signage up all over the lobby, which was filthy by the way, saying that new tires should be added to the back wheels. My scheduled appointment included tire rotation but I can only assume that they were too slammed to even bother. Highly advise not spending your time or money here as they will lie to you about the wait and then not even do the job you paid them to do.

I called this location to inquire about getting my tire pressure checked and was told to come down and I would be taken care of. There was a line that I waited in for over 30 minutes and an employee came out and started telling the customers that the police were called and so they were shutting the air pressure checking down because the cars were lined up on the road. I was advised to go to the Discount Tire store on Hall road and Tilch. After traveling there it was closed due to no power. As there were no police present at the Shelby location I called the police department to ask if they had been called. I was told that they were not aware of an issue. Terrible service by Discount Tire. Management should have a plan in place when they are busy to avoid the terrible service I experienced. Really ..make people wait in line for over 30 minutes and then tell them you can not provide a service they commit to.

This is the best Discount Tire I have been to. Clay/Richard specific is very helpful and explains thing very well when you have questions. Go see him for a great experience. Thanks again guys.

I've received top notch Service from this place over the years, with a pleasant experience all the way through. But seeing the Stickers left on the Tire is very disappointing, knowing how hard they are going to be to get off now, when it would of been convenient for them.

Walked in to get a tire checked out. They estimated that it would be a 3-4 hour wait time. I was ok with that and waited in the lobby. To my surprise, they took care of me in under 2 hours. Very good customer service and technician.

Originally I had a scheduling issue where they had a very busy day and a couple of problematic vehicles. However they did have 4 techs working on my car to get it done when they said it would be. Great service and good team effort!

Took my car there to get new tires. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Their establishment is also pretty clean with a comfortable waiting area. They did a great job on my car and the wait didn t seem long. I will definitely be back for all my tire needs!

Discount Tire is our place for tires & service! They take care of you & do a good job! The only drawback is be prepared for a wait time of an hour to an hour and a half. You can make an appt but it's still an hour wait. I brought a book so that helped

This was the other Discount Tire I went to and they had things in order, except they really just didn't have any selection at all for what I wanted to put on my vehicle. I'm giving it a two because of that but the guy there really actually tried to find me something I would like it just didn't seem like he was very knowledgeable about what styles worked well. So I left here as well and went to US Tire

I am very pleased with discount tire. They are very honest. I had a slow leak,turns out I had a screw in my tire. They fixed it for free and not once tried to push me into purchasing new tires that I did not need. When I do need new tires I will definitely go there!

My go to place for any tire rotations, rims, and of course new tires...always get the warranty certificate...living in Michigan the pots holes are real and they damage rims and tires all the time

Got a flat tire fixed and put back on the car in an half hour. Said it would be about an hour but they did it in half the time. Very friendly!!! I'd buy a set of tires from these good people, great service, best in a long time.
