This place said that they did an alignment on my car because they charged my insurance for it. When I went to pick up my car, the alignment was off. After rescheduling and dropping off my car, they said my tire rods needed to be replaced in order to do an alignment. Huh!? They had no spec documents, no paperwork or records to show an alignment was done originally. They charged my insurance for that original alignment. I am not comfortable keeping my car here. I had to find a more reputable place. So concerning. They charge for services that are never rendered.

Jessica, Doug and Team were great. My daughters Jeep had and issue that seemed to be hard to diagnose. Their technician was spot on regarding the transmission. They were honest and straightforward regarding price and time it would take due to backorder with replacement parts. Once the transmission arrived they were prompt at scheduling and repairing as promised. Definitely recommend Automotive Physicians.

After a going to a different shop (<1 mile from here) for a couple years with an older, high mileage vehicle, I left that other place feeling like I paid too much and a bit of a "slimy" feeling.So I looked around and found Automotive Physicians, who were up front and honest about what it would take to do the work and they did it promptly. They gave me the option to replace a couple other small sensors as well - a lot of places will just make you replace them and charge you for it.It wasn't a small repair bill, but I left with a good feeling that I was being taken care of well and with honesty. I probably won't be back for a while since I just bought a brand new vehicle with a warranty and I'm selling my old Jeep. But if we have issues on my wife's car in the future, Automotive Physicians will be my first choice in the area.

I was looking for a new automotive shop to service my vehicle and I think I ve found it. The staff is friendly and the service is prompt. My car was finished within the promised timeframe. I had a major tune up done and so far I am very satisfied with the work. Would recommend to family and friends.

Very disappointed with Automotive Physicians and I d like to warn others over their service as well as low quality parts used.I had Automotive Physicians install a power steering rack with inner and outer tie rods on my vehicle. 4500 miles later, the inner tie rod snapped, which is clearly a manufacture defect and a clue to the quality of parts used. My vehicle sat outside for over a week waiting to be inspected. Meanwhile, instead of trying to diagnose the problem and the best solution, they were instantly pushing to purchase another rack and pinion when there was a possibility to replace just the tie rod at a much lower cost.After a week and a half sitting, they promised my wife they would look at the car on July 20th. My wife called on the morning of the 21st and they admitted they still did not look at the car since it was in their lot on July 12th.It was very clear they had no intentions on working in the car, and if they did, they would have me unnecessarily buy parts which I did not need, at a much higher cost.I brought the car home, inspected myself, and found that the power steering rack was fine and only the inner tie rod snapped (pictures attached). I also replaced the tie rod on the other side given the low quality of parts used.When I pressured the staff on sending me the receipt of the part so I could discuss the SAFETY/MANUFACTURER issue, they were firm that it was a Mazda part, high quality directly from Mazda, yet Mazda did not care.Only after a week of pressuring the staff for the part receipt they admitted they did NOT buy the part from Mazda (so they lied) but it was an off brand rebuilt part.Please be warned that not only will they not stand beside their work, but use the cheapest parts available. Look for another shop to perform your work.

Automotive Physicians is the best place to go. I have been there already several times for repair and service of my vehicles and I have been extremely satisfied with their service. This is a place that you can definitely trust!Jessica is extremely knowledgeable about the cars and she is very professional. She will explain any required details and patiently answer any questions you might have. Doug is also super helpul when going over any of your car needs.They will provide a detailed online report of any required repairs and they also have an automated system that will send you text msgs about the status of your car.They are very honest and transparent on your car needs without pushing you for any unnecesary things. They are reasonably priced and they will work with you on your options.They do get pretty busy so it is very recommended to call ahead.

Excellent technician and reception! I came here after another mechanic could not figure out a very peculiar issue with my brakes. Brought it to Doug who made it run like butter again. *Thank you so very much* for helping me! Great service all around from front desk to back end, and very fair pricing. Will definitely be back.

My experience with Automotive Physicians was great. They took the time to explain in detail the problems with my car. This is my new go to shop. The prices are reasonable and I don't feel taken advantage of as some shops take advantage of women. Thank you.

They did the job in a timely manner. I explained the problems I was having with the car. They fixed what needed to be done and explained what they were doing and why it had to be done before working on it. And the price was reasonable. I would take my car back again if it needs it. Mechanics you can trust and are honest with what your car needs. The gentlemen that helped me with pricing was very nice and understanding. Extremely fair pricing. I called 4 different mechanics and they were not only the least expensive, but also seemed to be the most knowledgeable. Extremely clean facility. Literally had my car done in less than 24 hours. Could not have asked for a ether experience. This shop is the one I will take my car too here on out.Service: Brakes

Glad i discovered this place a few years back. They re the best to work with and super friendly. I wouldn t take either one of my vehicles anywhere else but here. I have half of my work crew bringing their vehicles to this location now. Very professional, charges a fair price, got the issue resolved quickly and sends text up dates with appointments and when the car is ready. Also provide you with a good warranty on their work. Still not fixed engine light back needs go to get look again not fixed right. Had taken my vehicle there several times. The brakes were never fixed correctly, always smell brake burning smell. The vents on the dash no long blow air well since the service my heater core. took it back several times, yet they say nothing is wrong when there is. I was leaving for vacation and wanted an Oil Catch-Can System installed on my 2020 Sierra. They worked with me to squeeze me into their schedule and to get the job done in time for my trip. They then put in a fair amount of off the clock research into the catch-can system (which I bought on-line) and even contacted the manufacturer to ensure their installation would be perfect. I found the whole team very knowledgeable, exceptionally responsive, and easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The cost of the service was fair and I have only good things to say. As busy as they were, they still squeezed me in and worked on my car immediately. Automotive Physicians was a great experience. My first time using them, they were prompt, communicative, and honest. The BMW dealership had told me that I would need brakes my next visit (a year ago). I had Automotive Physicians check them and they gave me an honest answer that I didn t need pads or rotors yet. My wife and I use Automotive Physicians for our 2019 Ford F-150. It was time for new rear brake pads and rotors as the truck had just over 70k miles. We also needed a wheel alignment as the set of tires we replaced recently had slightly uneven wear patterns.They performed the repairs at a very reasonable rate and had great communication. They called when they started the repairs to give an estimated price and completion time. They followed up later in the day to notify me that the rotors were delivered late and repairs would not be finished until the next day. They let me know the next day as soon as repairs were done.Unfortunately, the additional vibration symptom I requested that they attempt to diagnose did not present itself on their test drive. Go figure! That s how it goes with intermittent issues; they re never there when you need them to be for proper diagnosis.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

Doug s the best. I took my car into him just before they closed one night and he called me the next morning with an update. My car needed tons of work, but they got it done efficiently and within a reasonable time frame. The professionalism, communication, and integrity at this shop are so refreshing to experience as a young, female customer. I would highly recommend Doug and his team to anyone.

This s past Spring I had my car at a dealer for another repair. While I was there, they told me I had a bad right tie rod and wanted several hundred dollars to fix it. I told them at the time to leave it.Near the end of June, I took my car to Automotive Physicians to have them check it out. Within a couple of hours they had done a full front end inspection and found absolutely nothing wrong. They certainly could have told me the tie rod needed to be replaced and I would have never known. Instead, they chose to be honest about it. Happened on the road my car started smoking and had no steering. Luckily, I was able to pull in Automotive Physicians. I used their services before and was pleased with their work. It took a few days and they looked over my car. I also, had a loose wheel bearing and had front brakes replaced. Glad, I was able to get these things done in a short time. As a women, it is near impossible to find a place that takes me seriously when it comes to my car.I found Auto Physicians about 6 months ago and will not go anywhere else anymore.
