This is a highly recommended and professional auto repair shop. If you are looking for a good, honest and knowledgeable mechanic you have found him. Adam got me in right away, took the time to explain what the issue was and best of all made sure that he found me the best price for a new battery. This is how it should be when you take your car in for service. 5 star all the way!

Had a radiator issue on an older model vehicle right before the holiday. Adam was amazing. He worked with us to take into consideration repairs we had already tried and was pretty innovative finding out where the problem stemmed from (using a stethoscope!!). Anyway, really reasonable, friendly - a new "go to" place for us for auto issues.

I had my turbocharger replaced on my chevy cruze last year and Adam's got it done quickly with a solid deal and warranty, would for sure have them work on my vehicles again.

I was having trouble finding anyone that would work on one of my cars that needed a brake overhaul basically, when a good friend suggested Adams. I'm very skeptical and did my homework by getting quotes from other businesses. I reluctantly decided to give Adam a shot. I was NOT disappointed in the least. He kept me informed of what needed to be done to make my vehicle safe for me and my family. Never tried to suggest that I should replace things that weren't worn. A big thank you to you and your staff. Will definitely be going back.

Adam's North American Repair is expedient and openly communicates about all repairs. I have taken my truck in a few times to have them diagnose, and fix the issues. Tom and Adam are forthwith regarding any hiccups that may arise, and honest about which repairs need to be done now versus on the horizon; allowing you to plan. Many of us are strapped and hanging onto the vehicles we have. Let them help you keep yours running in top condition.

Had these guys change my brakes and oil on my ford 5500, all i can say is they did a great job and were very professional and knowledgeable. Price was also really good. Definitely would recommend them!

I was sad when I found out my mechanic of over 20 years closed his doors. I asked for recommendations and a friend tagged Adam and he immediately inquired about the problems I was having. He knew I had an unhappy experience at a dealership and took me step by step by what he would do IF and what he was doing DURING. Excellent customer service and my vehicle was back in two days. This is a shop that doesn t know what they are doing. A car went in for one problems and added unnecessary devices were added before the actual problem was solved. I won t say the whole story of what happened because it s too unreal.

vulgar, violent and incompetent. had to return 2x for an AC repair that originally took 4 days. should stick with renting U haul. did not return parts--will file complaint with state. $800.00 for a $200.00 repair.
