I can t say enough about the level of excellence of service, quality about 23 mile collision and the entire crew. Words can not describe the waythey treated me and my vehicle. Absolutely positively one of those family owned companies that care about they re reputation and willingness to go above and beyond for me. From the owner-to-the coordinator has been excellent. Shout out to Shawn, Daniel, and Sarah for achieving my highest regard to perfection. Ty so much for making my vehicle (Audi A8L) restored back to perfection. You guys rock! Referrals definitely.Scott

A collision shop is not one of my favorite place to be!!!! My experience at 23 Mile Collision was amazing! Sarah is so efficient and helpful. The service was unbelievable fast and so great. Took vehicle in at 11:00 AM on Friday. Hoping to get it back on Tuesday or Wednesday. Sarah said she knew the part was at supply store and she might get it delivered today. She left me a message on my phone at 2PM that my car was ready to pick up . What service! I have never experienced anything like this! Thank You!!!!!!

23 Mile Collision just did a marvelous job on my truck. It looks new again. This is not the first time I've been here for service and once again they exceeded my expectations. Price was reasonable, they worked with me on timing and the staff was just so very friendly. Highly recommend 23 Mile Collision.

I have used 23 Mile Collision twice and both times my experience with them was great. They were very informative at what had to be done for the repairs and up front about the timing and got me in quickly. The best part is my truck in both cases looked great, even better than before i brought them in. Thank you Daniel for taking care of things when its stressful enough having to get them fixed. I received a couple of estimates for body work on my car a few weeks ago. 23 Mile Collision was 50% less than the previous estimate. I scheduled an appointment with Daniel, brought my car in and dropped it off on that date. The car was ready on the day that he promised. When I picked up my car it was perfect. The work that they did was outstanding and it looked like my car was detailed inside and out. There is no question in my mind where I will take my car in the future if I have the misfortune of having to have body work done again! If I could I would give 23 Mile Collision 10 Stars!!!!!

I hit a deer in 2021 and brought my car here! They did an amazing job! Kept me updated and were quick!I recently had some clips broken on my windshield and I took my car into 23 mile collision today. (I will preface that I was embarrassed to take my car in because it was dirty- but I didn t have chance to vacuum it out prior):They quickly repaired my vehicle. When I picked up my car, not only was my vehicle fixed, but they cleaned my car for me!. They go the extra step! Thank you for everything! I hope not to require your services again, but if I do, I know exactly where I will go! Thank you!

I was so pleased with the level of service and attention to detail I experienced bringing my car to 23 Mile Collision. Daniel and Sean were fantastic to work with. My explorer s entire driver side was damaged in an accident requiring over 12k in repairs. My car looks amazing now with zero evidence it has ever been involved in a crash. My car was returned to me in excellent condition. Highly recommend 23 Mile Collision.Service: Body & Trim

This collision facility and it s team are #1! They are the leader in their field. From the initial phone call, to the assessment and estimate, through the insurance company approval process and onto the repair and delivery of the vehicle, the entire transaction was VERY efficient and their communication on repair status was extremely proactive. They met every commitment made from price to quality and timing. They proactively sent texts and pictures of repair status to my cell phone, without me requesting and when the truck was delivered it had gone through an extensive cleaning inside and out. This company - it s owners and team members should be proud of the great company they ve built. I highly recommend 23 Mile Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to get two front fenders and a tail gate painted on my truck. 23 Mile collision got me in within 2 days and had my truck done in 2 days.
