I had a fantastic experience with Ken who helped us purchase our 2014 Chevy Silverado. From the moment we walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle for my needs. It was a long three month battle, but he stuck to it and help me through everything I needed to do in order to be approved Him and his team patiently answered all of our questions, explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. Ken's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I left the dealership with my new truck and a big smile on my face, all thanks to this exceptional salesman's dedication and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience!

I will never go to another collision center besides Moore Shorline Sebewaing ever again!! Randy was pleasant to work with. Very informative and didn't treat me like I didn't know my vehicle just because I was a woman. Thankfully my repair was 'minor' and all parts were ordered the day I got my estimate for repairs. In one day I'm safely back on the road. Courtesy wash and vaccum/wipe down was better than what I paid $180 for at my old dealership! Thanks Moore Shorline!

My husband and I had been looking at vehicles for awhile, and every time I reached out about interest in vehicles to Brendan he s always been super nice with very fast responses. We ended up buying a 2017 Yukon from Brendan and he made everything extremely easy and always has gone above and beyond for us. If I could give him better than a 5 star rating I would.

I was in there on Friday the 14th of May. I was in a rush and needed to sell a truck. Derrick and Cevin were excellent. They were quick and straight forward. I didn't have time to haggle on a price and they were right where I needed to be. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Kind and fair people.

Brandon is an excellent salesman and an asset to Moore Shoreline. He is always helpful and responsive to any problems or questions. We have leased 2 vehicles because of him and we were never Chevrolet customers! Our last service visit was excellent and our pickup was shined up when it was returned! Thank you!!

Easy Peezy! Just park outside the service door walk in and tell them your car is available and go into the comfortable lounge to wait for the service to be completed. Very comfortable with the whole situation of having my car serviced.

We always have excellent service through Randy Britt in the body shop. We appreciate the loaner vehicle, and how Moore Shoreline completed our repair around my husband's scheduled surgery. Thank you for delivering our car to our home after the repair.

Randy is a straightforward professional. His team does the quality work I'd expect of a larger company without the hassle of dealing with loads of paperwork or dozens of faces. I've now had major repairs done on two vehicles here and will continue to go to them if the need should ever arise. Between their service, friendliness, fair pricing and reliable free loaner cars, they've won themselves a permanent customer out of me.

Price was lower then I thought it was going to be. Marty in parts worked with me on the price of the parts also, got closer to price that I found on Rock auto, I like to use Gm parts but they are almost twice the price when looking them up online and they are genuine gm parts. Glad he worked with me, I was up front with him on what I was doing so he agreed to work with me. Want to use local services if I can.

Devin Irion at Moore Shoreline sold me a great car for a good price. Well a couple months later I got into an accident and my car needed some work. Devin handled getting my car in and even went out of his way to drop off the loaner vehicle and pick up my car for me. Great service and a very nice staff.

We are seasonal residents in the Sebewaing area and this was our first time using Moore's for service in my new Chevy truck. They got me right in and returned it in a timely manner. In fact we have scheduled my wife's car for this Friday at 11 a.m. for tires and oil change as well. Keep up the good work ! ! ! (In fact my neighbor in Sebewaing uses Moore's and he speaks highly of your service dept, as well).

Recurring issue with my vehicle and they were able to fix the problem and work with me since it wasn t fixed the first time. They did pickup and drop off which is very helpful and appreciated.

Comfortable, well appointed waiting room. Great magazines, good snacks and TV. We were there for an oil change and we were very pleased with the service and price. We'll be back.
