These guys are the best. I bought my daughter an older vehicle that had multiple problems 1996 buick riviera. Making it impossible for her to drive it home while up for Easter. Not only did they fix all the problems. I was able to drive it all the way across Iowa with the only problem I had was keeping it under the speed limit.

I called and made an appointment for a Thursday a week before to get my car fixed I told them it was making a clunking noise and that I needed it fixed. We dropped it off and my husband said check the brakes and do an oil change. They didn't call so I called them they said we have an estimate for you I said I want it fixed they said they couldn't do it until next week. So I went and picked it up because they wanted me to make another appointment. They did change my oil and check my brakes. So I drove it home and scheduled an appointment with a different place. Today I had to drive it about 7 miles and my husband following me. When I turned into the place the whole driver's side front end fell apart my husband almost hit me and I am very thankful that I wasn't driving 55 when it decided to drop. Now I get to pay extra money for the other parts that are damaged. Needless to say I wasn't happy at all.

Fantastic service. Made an appointment to have air put in my tires and tire warnings reset got me right in the next day and no charge. Wonderland tires thank you so much your wonderful.

We arrived from out of town with a bubble on one of our RV trailer tires. In checking around, Wonderland Tire Company was the only place that took us in, immediately changed out the defective tire with the spare, and didn t charge us a fortune. We appreciate Kyle and his staff for their professionalism, and being there to get us back on the road quickly and worry free. We highly recommend this business.

Wonderland came through & patched my leaky tire after I picked up a nail & the shop that sold me the tires told me I needed to make an appt for Monday or Tues of next week. I'm a senior citizen, live alone & this is my only vehicle. I would be without transportation for at least 4 days if it wasnt for Wonderland Tire.

These guys are awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. They took the beads, that another shop installed, out of my tires and rebalanced them. They also cleaned the inside mounting face of my wheels, just because they were dirty...and they actually used a torque wrench when reinstalling. Awesome place!

The guys at Wonderland got me in promptly for a bearing check, took care of me immediately when I arrived, put the car up on the lift and determined in 10 minutes that my bearings were fine. They informed me that my tires were cupped, but that there was still lots of life in them and that spending money on new tires now was not necessary. They invited me to stop in anytime to have them checked, and charged me nothing for the check. GREAT service, very professional, prompt and attentive. THANKS GUYS!!

Was left waiting two weeks for an estimate. Made an appointment anyway. When I got there, they didn t have the parts or the tires I requested for my truck. I agreed to a more aggressive set of tires because I didn t want to have to come again. I was there for 2 hours for the repair of my truck, and still no work done on the tires. I left without getting tires needless to say. Customer service is what gave Root s Tire the well known name it had. This is far from that Please set out to do better. If it weren t for the workmanship of your mechanics I would not be back.Update: I was contacted by Rebecca from Wonderland Tire. She was very helpful in resolving my situation. I will be going back for a second chance. Everyone has bad days.

Purchased a set of tires from this business near the beginning of 2022, so it only made sense to go back for an alignment a month later after I had to replace a front strut. They called me back 2 hours later stating they couldn't do the alignment due to a bad left inner tie rod end. After taking the front end apart myself to do the repairs, I couldn't find any issues, so I decided to take it to a different local certified mechanic for a 2nd opinion. They checked the vehicle on a lift and confirmed the entire front end was without issue and did the alignment on the spot. I then purchased an $1100 set of tires from the new shop for my 2nd vehicle. I will NOT be returning to Wonderland tire for any work on my vehicles in the future.

Monday June 29 I agreed in-person at Wonderland Tire in Scottville MI to purchase 4 new tires for my pickup truck. I received telephone call very next morning (Tuesday) that tires came in and that I could come in anytime to have installed. I drove in that same afternoon (Tuesday) and person at front desk said "...very busy today". So I said would come back tomorrow (Wednesday). When I came back on Wednesday June 30 at 12:43pm .. Kyle asked me if I could come back at 1:00pm. I said I could, and I did come back at 1:00pm and handed my truck key to Kyle. But by 1:16pm they still had not moved my truck and NOBODY explained anything to me about when they might get to it. Since I was needed at work by 2:00pm or so, I quickly realized they could not possibly have me completed and out by 2:00pm and I stood up and told them to give me back my key because I could not wait unspecified time because of my work and I left. Then this morning Thursday July 1 I called and spoke to Chad. I asked Chad if they could come up with some sort of time frame so that I could plan my work schedule accordingly. At that, Chad turned phone over to Kyle. Unfortunately, Kyle explained that tires were "First come - First served". I explained to Kyle that I have a very busy work schedule and I needed a 'window' of time not more than 1 hour and that I had already been in at 12:43 pm and was told by him to come back at 1:00pm. ..... ..... To my dismay, Kyle proceeded to tell me that .."If our First come - First serve tire policy bothers you then maybe you should go to some other place for your tires". OK, no problem!!! I immediately agreed with Kyle, and without any hesitation I told Kyle "Thank you, and I absolutely will take my tire purchase somewhere else.".

Very trustworthy business. They are good people and tell me what I need or don't need done. Been getting tires from them my whole life, growing up on a farm we would go throigh a lot. As an adult, i take my vehicles to them for mostly everything car related issue. It's nice having someone you can trust give you a fair deal.

Such great service at this place! Friendly workers that truly want to give you the best service possible. I don t know much about cars, but when I come here I trust that they will steer me in the right direction for the longevity of my car and for safety on the road. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service....I store a camper in Ludington and currently live in North Dakota...my nephew informed me I had a couple of flat tires on the camper prior to my visit on Labor Day. I called Wonderland Tires and they sent a technician out to inflate the tires before I arrived.....as promised the camper was ready to go when I got there. Great business....worth taking a look at.

I am in town for vacation and my car started shaking bad. I called numerous places in Ludington and no one could get me in. I finally called Walmart and was able to get any appointment. They said my tire had a broken belt but they didn't have my tires in stock. They were surprised I hadn't had a blowout. I called a couple other tire places and they didn't have my tire in stock. It was suggested I call Wonderland Tire. They had my tires in stock and got me in and out in under 90 minutes (I got there almost right when they opened). I was getting nervous about how I was going to get back home. So so thankful Wonderland had what I needed.

I stopped at Root's Tire because my low tire light had come on. They checked the pressure right away, added air and told me if I had more trouble to come back and they would pull the tire and check it out. They were very courteous.

I got a flat over the 4th of July, showed up on the 5th with no appointment and they were willing to look at my tire and determine if they can plug/patch it. I had to take care of this immediately as I had to drive home to WI after the long weekend. Only waited 30 minutes until they showed me my tire and why it needed to be replaced. They didn't have any tires that fit my car in house, so they called all the surrounding tire shops but landed with no luck other than a winter tire. Although they were unable to help replace my tire, they provided me recommendations such as getting a tire at Walmart and changing it myself They were very willing to help in anyway they could!

My family and I were on vacation from Florida about to head back and we realize there was something under the car scraping. They were very friendly people who got us in and out quickly. Highly recommend getting work done with them. Daryn was great.

I can't say enough great things about Root's! My family and I were traveling from Wisconsin in our motorhome on our way to Frankfort. When driving through Manistee, I hit a couple of their potholes and threw our wheels out of balance. Upon recommendation, I called Root's the next day. They were able to get us in the next day to diagnose the issue. During that initial call, the staff asked detailed questions and assured us if it was one of a few different scenarios, that they would have the parts available. This forethought definitely gave me comfort to the stressful situation of being a "stranded traveler." The wheel out of balance was not the only issue and they were able to take of all of it in a timely manner! We were able to get back to enjoying our vacation in just a couple of hours. Great job Root's Tire and Service!

I had a flat tire yesterday and I called and asked if they could squeeze me in (because other places were really busy). They did it! It was fast, efficient, and the gentlemen were super kind! Thank you guys for scheduling me in!

I'd stopped in to a gas station because my tire had looked a little low and I was unable to get the valve stem cap off. It was 6:30 on a Saturday and everywhere was closed. I just happened to see a guy wearing a Root's uniform and I asked him his advice. Instead of brushing me off he asked me to come back to the shop and he replaced my valve stem for me. I have my wife and four young children in the car and I couldn't have been more pleased. I don't write reviews but in this case Tom went above and beyond to make sure that my family got home safe. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Great place to have your vehicle worked on. Whether it's a patch or a 4 wheel alignment with adjustable control arms and ball joints, this place has got you covered at a reasonable price and fast turnover.

My father had a flat tire while on vacation in Michigan. He took the vehicle to Roots Tire and Service in Scottville to have the flat repaired. He was told the flat could not be repaired and the tire would have to be replaced. He agreed and they put a new tire on the vehicle and went home. The next morning their great nephew noticed that the bumper was pushed in. The bumper was undamaged when he went in to have the tire taken care of. The business refused to pay for fixing the bumper because no one who works there would confess to damaging the bumper to begin with. My father will not be doing business with them again while in Michigan because they employ dishonest people.

Stopped in to get my tires rotated. Says they are too busy. They weren't busy. Told walk ins are welcome and no appointment needed. I never turned away work when I ran the shop.

Wonderland has been my go to place to buy semi and pickup truck tires for years now. I live 2.5 hours away from the greenville location and dont mind making the trip for the kind of service they provide.
