We had by far the best experience coming here! Super nice staff and very clean and classy showroom. Steve was super helpful and kind, he really listened and cared about our opinions, answered our questions and got me into my dream car! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle and they will have our business in the future!

It was a very easy and understanding process at the Cole Krum service department. My service writer, was very empathetic about the issue I was experiencing and it felt like my problem was a priority to him. Both the Technician and the Service writer were more than willing to not only listen to my concern but to also address any worries that I might have about my vehicle. In the future, I will definitely be bringing my Equinox back for any service or maintenance it requires.

Previously, the dealership made an oversight, when servicing my truck. I posted a review about it.However, on this latest service visit, they made Amends for the previous incident!Out of fairness, this should be reflected on their overall rating.I still recommend this dealership, as in the past.I bought the truck there, six years ago, and trust their service department.

CAUTION... TERRIBLE service, no call backs. Even called the manager after repeated calls to the salesman. Purchased a 21 Ram used truck low miles and had it delivered. Was told no problems. After receiving the vehicle and signing the papers the driver left. We drove 12 miles and hit a bump. Lights flashed on Dash, car reset. Dash went off everything freaked out. We called salesman and he promised something would be done. Nothing. Crickets no response at ALL. Won't answer calls or return them. Use caution. They take your money and say screw you!! 50 grand on this truck. Drove 12 miles have to take it to a shop at my expense. Evil crooks!!!

This morning I had a headlight bulb replaced on my 2015 Chevy Traverse by a local Schoolcraft auto shop who charged me $48. Last year Cole Krum performed the same service on the opposite headlamp and charged me $350. No wonder the Service Rep couldn't look me in the eye when I paid the bill. Thought I'd share this to save someone $300 in a future repair bill.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !! We were looking for a vehicle for our 15 year old daughter who will be getting her license soon. We ended up going to Cole-Krum and my husband spoke to Jarrod Sturgis. We were looking at a 2015 equinox and my husband had specifically asked Jarrod if there was timing belt issues because that s what my husband has heard about those vehicles. Jarrod said that NO, no issues at all, that it was the models before the 15 s. He also said that after Their service department does a thorough check over of the vehicle and if there is anything questionable they just take it to auction cause they aren t in business of screwing people over.My daughter and I went to go pick it up and it was already making a funny noice when leaving the dealership but myself not knowing much about vehicles, thought it was normal. A few weeks after buying the vehicle my husband had taken it to work and it just quit. No warnings at all, just quit. So my husband called the dealership and they didn t want do anything about it. My husband then did a lot of calling to different dealerships and everyone of the dealerships told him that there was no way they didn t know there was a problem with the timing chain. After my husband got 5 different confirmations that it was in fact the timing chain that went out he went back to Krum Cole and they kept beating around the bush. That the guy who my husband needed to talk to was on medical leave and to call back in a few days. My husband kept calling, leaving voicemails and no response. So they do NOT stand by their word of not liking to screw people over they in fact love to screw people over, lying to them to get money and not making it right. They also told my husband they would pay 1/2 of what the repair was going to be because they knew what they did was wrong and to this day, they won t return our calls. Very Shady. They don t care about the customers and will lie to anyone to make the money. This vehicle was for our 15 year old daughter for when she got her license I m thankful she wasn t the one driving when this happened. DO BETTER!I m not sure how to reply to their comment so I ll state here that we do have voicemails that we can share publicly if needed. And we were never given the option to bring it back no one was returning the calls!

I have spent the last 6 months attempting to politely and patiently work with Cole Krum to remedy the issue of the truck I purchased from them leaking oil. It has been in the shop two times for repair and one more for them to "look at it again", when the second fix didn't do the trick. During this time, they have attempted to take advantage of me by offering to "make this right" by looking at other trucks, in which they would take back my current truck, keep my previous down payment and trade in, and charge me over market value for a new truck while expecting another down payment so I will be able to have a vehicle that will "be more reliable" for me. I also caught them in a significant lie (which I have in writing) about the service my truck had prior to being put on the lot for sale and well before my purchase. The service I have received since reporting the issue 5 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE has been absolutely horrifying the past 6 months. If you like living a nightmare and paying almost $50k for a vehicle you can't drive out of town, because it isn't mechanically sound, then by all means buy a vehicle from them. I don't think they will ever fix the issue with my truck and they certainly won't return a phone call or do anything in a timely manner. The staff are always pleasant, but that doesn't count for much if you can't follow through and deliver a good quality experience, fix your mistakes, and most importantly provide a mechanically sound product to customers. It also apparently doesn't matter if you try to do things appropriately and be patient, flexible, and understanding with them. They just take advantage of your kindness and patience and you continue to be stuck with a broken vehicle or being taken advantage of when they try to "make it right". I have two, almost three, pages worth of details from my interactions, phone calls, emails, and continued issues. I was told by a former employee that I won't get an adequate response until I blast them in reviews, so here goes my last attempt to work with this dealership before I take more drastic measures.

Absolutely one of the best car buying experiences I've had over the past 40 years. Jon Busch was outstanding to deal with and a great communicator! No pressure at all and just gave me all the important information I needed to know about the Corvette Z06 I purchased. I'd highly recommend Jon and the staff at Cole Krum to anyone looking for a great experience!

I stopped in stopped in to get my oil changed by the service center around 5:30pm. It wasn t until I was sitting in the waiting room and overheard someone saying the service center closed at 5! The gentleman that took my information when I checked in didn t even mention that to me and just said they had time for me. Working in customer service myself, I sincerely appreciate this! On top of that? They had me in and out in 30 minutes !

I was visiting from Chicago, 5 months pregnant and my car broke down. Everyone at Coke Krum were so accommodating and helpful. I really appreciate them informing me through the whole process of getting my car fixed up and offering rides since I had no one in Michigan to help. A sweet lady even offered to buy me lunch when she noticed I d been there a little while which wasn t necessary but much appreciated.
