131 provides great service. True professionals. They diagnosed the problem and had my Truck back to me in no time. Very reasonable prices and most importantly they are great people. I highly recommend 131 auto, you won t regret trusting them to fix whatever is wrong with your vehicle.

Took my car in to get the struts and sway bar replaced. And I picked it up and half way home it made noises from the front end. Called and talked to the owner the next day and when he heard we were leaving on vacation that weekend. He had us bring the car back in. And he made sure we were able to drive the car up north

I wish I could give this business more stars because they deserve it. I have had such bad experiences with my current car and wanted to just get rid of it. I brought it to them and they not only got the car fixed super fast, they where also very honest with really fair pricing and that is so hard to come by these days. My car now runs better than it did the day I purchased it. I will never go anywhere else! Thank You again 131 Auto Care. You're the Best!Service: Exhaust

They are amazing they are reasonable with prices they have help me a lot I love the place and they will be my mechanic forever Shawn and Jimmy always checks my vehicles over at little to no cost I love these guys. Keep up the good work we need more business people like you

I was impressed that the guys were all wearing masks and were very professional. They fixed my tire in 10 minutes and I was on my way! They didn t try to sell me anything just pointed out that I will need to get new tires by winter and showed me the wear.. this was consistent with a family member s advice. I was very impressed by the service! I will be back.Service: Tires

This company was amazing friendly, well priced and fast. Uncle Ed s charges 100 dollars for the same service they charged 50. I have used several oil changed business s in the past and this company by far out does them all. You will not be disappointed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My husband and I were blown away by the customer service. He took his car in for an oil change and new tires because he had heard good things about this place, and it lived up to the hype! They were able to get him in the same day and the guy helping him- I think it was the owner, but I'm not sure- promised it would be done that same day and even stayed late to make sure it was completed! This is unheard of customer service. They were incredible and even offered a loaner car for the day. Can't sing their praises enough.

I was able to schedule an appointment for routine maintenance while visiting from out of town. The service was prompt, reasonably priced and thorough and the staff were friendly and kind. If I lived in the area, I would certainly go back. Will definitely recommend to family and friends in the Kalamazoo area.

Was stranded by a bad starter, had vehicle towed to 131 Auto Care. Sean & his team got to it as soon as possible, did a great job!

We took our car in for a minor repair and Sean got it done fast and at a more than reasonable cost. He even graciously accommodated an additional service we hadn't discussed when scheduling our appt. Will certainly be back.

This is the only mechanic I use anymore. They will give you fair prices and great service. I have never had issues with their work, and they have never tried selling me things I don't need. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

My friend and I are 69 years young and our car wouldn t start up after refueling across the street from their shop- they came across the busy highway and jump started our car, then examined it to be sure it would get us back to Indiana. Very honest and professional- highly valuable in this day and age. I would highly recommend them to everyone- a business you can TRUST! Thanks, guys!!Service: Battery

My worst fear happened--my car's tire popped in the middle of the road. The guys here they basically did a charity work for me. They provided a spare tire and fixed it for free. Thank you for your empathy & care.

I was extremely disappointed with this establishment!! My vehicle was there more than a month & still wasn't fixed! I received excuse after excuse & nothing was done to it. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. I had my vehicle towed to another garage & it was fixed in 1 day. Don't waste your time here they are incompetent!!

No one called me to update me on my vehicle, if I didn t call I wouldn t have known what was going on. Inconsiderate and nonchalant about the inconveniences I had to endure based on the miscommunication from this establishment
