Convenient fast easy ordered tires online schedule appointment online tires were delivered to intended facility showed up and was even able to add an oil change on the spot

Got a rain check on tires for sale waiting for them to come in December 2nd last time they put my tires on there they balanced them did a great job

Went to Sandusky Mi Walmart tire service and was trying to get a tire fixed but because I tried fixing it he gave me attitude and was disrespectful and unprofessional and pretty much told me he wasn t touching it. So thanks so much for leaving me stranded on the side of the road. Will never go there again.

Came in today for an oil change and on the website as well as on their door the auto center says it s open 7 to 7. I get there at 10:30 and it s not open. I called they said they ll be opening at 11 so I waited and when I went to go in at 11 a guy came out and said to me we just got here. We need another 30 minutes so you re going to have to wait he was pretty rude.. I then proceeded to ask him if I could just come in and do a little shopping while I wait to 30 minutes for them to be ready and he told me if I wanted to shop I had to go around the other side when I was literally there for an oil change and had already been waiting 30 minutes he wanted me to wait another 30 minutes or drive all the way around the store to do my shopping and then come back around to his side when normally I get my oil change and do some shopping while I m waiting. I don t understand why the guy needed to be so rude but I have never had such bad customer service in my life all because I wanted to get an oil change or all because he was mad he actually had to work

Came in for them to plug a nail hole, said they can t patch it. I run my tires at 45. They lower the rest of my tires to match the leaking tire at 30 psi. Went down to the local tire shop and plugged the hole and put 45 psi back in.

Paid two different prices for the same exact service two days apart. Was never charged the extra fee for balancing and was never told of said fee on prior visit. Very unhappy.Service: TiresService: Tires

Work was done properly and I appreciate that! BUT I was dissatisfied that when I called and set up the appointment I was quoted 1 price then when I showed up the price was increased. Instead of $165, it came to almost $200. I'd prefer 3 and a half stars but that's not an option and 3 stars would not be fair, so I went with 4 stars.

Terrible service, bought a battery here. The battery crapped out after being my car for 2 months. Took it back because it had a 3yr warranty. Watched the so called "technician " turn the battery upside down while "testing" the battery. Then I was told that they would not warranty the battery because it was leaking most likely from improper installation or handling. The manager wouldnt listen to what I had to say about his tech. Will never do business here again!

DO NOT ... REPEAT - DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WALMART BLUE SPRINGS, MO FOR TIRES!!! The 'mechanic' totally ... REPEAT - TOTALLY Trashed my Wheel AND Tire !!!!! NO Idea what tool he was trying to use ... BUT ... FIXING HIS (WALMART MECHANIC'S) MISTAKE at a REPUTABLE Auto Repair Shop was Costly!!!! SERIOUSLY, WALMART ... YOU CAN'T REPLACE A TIRE ?!?!?!?!Service: Auto tire replacement

Ok, I loved the fact that Customer Service was AWESOME AS USUAL.Quick, Fast and they acknowledge you being there.The downside was I've been looking for Ladiesware since Spring finally came around.I looked Everday for some new clothes.Well, Found them today. By Myself.You see I have full blown Small Cell Cancer.Loosing weight since I found out.Lost 100 lbs. And still loosing weight.So sorry of the point there.I needed clothes to wear, so happy that I finally found a pair of Capris and a pair of Slim Fit Jeans.The Associate who helped me with trying to find a size a can wear, was the best.Just saying that, if I ever need anything from Walmart Clithes, Paying Bills, Groceries etc ..I'm going back, not just because I finally found a few clothing items but Your Associates are the ones that will be bringing me back.Ohhhh, I wish I would of paid more attention to the Associates and wrote there names,Anyway, loved my experience today.

I was disappointed that they wouldn't put the oil of my choice in my Silverado. I also understand their legallities and the reasons behind that decision. There are cheaper oil change places in Sandusky.

Needed oil change got there at 5:45 they don't close till 7 got told they couldn't do it cause they had one more car and had to clean before they close.you would think they would clean after they take care of costumers not really shut down early to get it done and be gone at 6:45
