I highly recommend Tubbs Brothers! This was probably one of the best experiences with a dealership we've ever had. We purchased a used Suburban from Bobby. He was so wonderful to work with! The vehicle has chips in the windshield so he is replacing it for free. We live an hour away and he is going to personally pick up the vehicle to replace the windshield and bring it back to us. They also gave us way more on our trade in than the other dealership offered us. The process was so smooth. I really can't say enough good things about them. We love our Suburban and it is super clean! Thank you so much Bobby and Tubbs Brothers. We will definitely be back next time we are in the market.

My husband and I have been long time customers of Tubbs Bros. Would highly recommend this dealership whether it be the purchase of a vehicle or regular maintenance requirements. We can't say enough of how great they handle all situations. They are extremely helpful and listen to all of your concerns no matter how small or large and go the extra mile to make sure that you are taking care of and happy with the final result. We do not live in the immediate area but travel the extra distance because, and it is more than worth it. Highly recommended.

They set us up in our dream car! The staff is awesome! Amanda was the BOMB!!! She took care of everything and one of the few dealerships that didn't mark up the car over sticker. We will refer anyone we know there. Thank you Tubbs Brothers!

Bought a used Jeep Wrangler,. and couldn't be happier with the experience. Considering I was coming from two hours away, naturally, the back and forth was a potential factor in my working with them. My salesperson was Bobby G, and he made every thing incredibly easy. They even delivered the Jeep to my driveway!! Honestly, I had never done a deal like this before, but it went incredibly smooth, and I highly recommend considering calling Bobby for your next vehicle.

After giving a call to the service department I was able to have an appointment the very next morning. After inspection the part was ordered and two days later I received a call from the service department and had an appointment the very next day, the part was installed within 25 minutes and my F350 drives once again like brand new! I'm very happy with my vehicle and Tubb Brothers Service!!

Returning customer here; quote for JW 4xe: Comes to total of $40k + tax for a 3-year lease on a car that costs about $65k; so unfortunate. Expected better; so bad that my old salesman there retired.

Really appreciate all the hard work Ted and Dave did to secure my new Mach E GT. They prioritized my car to get it built as soon as it was possible in these difficult times riddled with chip shortages and supply chain delays. They kept me updated on the order process and estimated timing.Love dealing with the Tubbs dealership where you feel like family and are treated well at all times. Great body shop too!

You're oil change work was a 5 star.the only reason for the 3 stars is manger made me get out of truck so they could drive it inI am handicapped and my knee was in a lot of pain that day when walking on it. I don't think I will be back if I have to get out. I have drove in all the years dealing with you. She wouldn't let me even when she was told about my leg.

My new 2021 Ram Truck! My first brand new truck!!! Thanking my husband for everything he has done to make this happen, getting me the truck I wanted I am in absolute heaven! He does so much to make me happy Thanks to Ted Stefanides at Tubbs Brothers Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for putting up with me and everything he did to make this make this happen! Ted had paperwork all ready for a truck I had picked, then this truck came in close to the color I was looking for and he contacted me right away! I fell in love and wanted it, he made it happen so I could take the truck home that day!!! Ted is a patient, not pushy salesman, I HIGHLY recommend him!!!This was a hard transition for me as I loved my previous truck, also purchased from Tubbs Brothers used. It has been an emotional day, and blessed that my husband goes above and beyond not just for me but his family!

I have been very satisfied with the service Tubbs Brothers has given me. Beginning with my sales rep. Bobby Greene to Lisa Manogue of your service department. They both stuck right with me to get my glitch resolved. It was not an easy situation to detect. Lisa informed me your mechanic, Nicholas Roth, stuck right with it until he was able to determine what the problem was. He then rectified the situation by ordering a new part and programing it.You have a very kind and diligent staff!Sincerely,Pat McConnachie

We moved here last April and I chose Tubbs Brothers to care for my Ford Escape and I have had 5 star service every time I have brought my vehicle in for oil changes and recalls and now a problem with transmission leaking! Always perfect service by very nice staff! Ordered parts and I brought my car in and it was fixed in a day! Thank you!!!!

We ve been to a few dealerships looking for the perfect car. Not only did we find our dream car we found a great team of genuine individuals. Our salesman Ted S. Was amazing from start to finish. He took the time to make sure we really understood the ends and outs of the vehicle. He stayed late to make sure our needs were met. We even got to speak with David Tubbs. I think that speaks volume. You can tell this dealership is really genuine and cares about their customers. The customer service and professionalism was unmatched. Once again, tub brothers did an excellent job I wasUnable to make it This time my wife and our dog Took our truck in for an oil change. All family members were welcome at the dealership. For myself I would have not chosen this option because she will become super aggressive. Our Fur friend was welcomed with open arms. Once again, the service department has demonstrated they they will go.Way Beyond their job description to accommodate. All members of our family. This is just one of the reasons. They get out 5 out of 5 rating.

Everyone was pleasant, professional and prompt. I waited for my services to be completed expecting to have a 2 hour wait, but was surprised to be told within an hour it was completed!Also, Tubbs Brothers make appointments for service and keep them, other places want you to leave your vehicle all day for them to get to it at their pace. That makes it very difficult for my circumstance.It s a very clean and nice repair shop and my car was well maintained

Tubb Brothers did a great job. They saved me from potential danger. Brought car in for tire air sensor. They inspected and found a slash in the tire that could have resulted in a blown tire at anytime. Very happy they pointed out and corrected.

Had a warranty recall. They got me in and out quick and easy. Staff is super knowledgeable and pleasant. I drive an hour each way to get there and it is worth every minute!! A dealer closer couldn t get me in for a month and wanted me to leave it for 3 days for evaluation- ugh. Love my Travato-RAM & Tubbs

Tubbs dealership is the best! Got my car in and out same day. No one in my area would do for less than two days. Excellent, helpful and courteous staff as well. Thank you! I would make the drive from Port Huron anytime to receive this impeccable service. Kudos to Tubbs Brothers!!

I contacted Tubbs Brothers to purchase a very unique Jeep from them. I submitted an online request for them to contact me one evening while searching for Jeeps. Ben contacted me by 9am the next morning. I have dealt with a lot of car dealers, and my gut usually tells me if they are playing games or trying to deceive me. But from Ben I got nothing but honesty and fair treatment. He answered every question thoroughly and quickly. And I am particularly detail oriented, so I gave him lots of questions! Their vehicle was priced very nicely compared to other ones available in the country. They also offered me a very fair price for my trade. All in all, I felt comfortable driving my trade almost 700 miles from Alabama to Michigan to complete the transaction. Now I have my new (to me) Jeep, and I couldn't be happier. Tubbs Brothers treated me great in every way and I can't recommend them enough. Ben was incredibly helpful and a great sales associate to work with.

Had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Tubbs Brothers. Bobby, our salesman, handled all the details to make the process as smooth as possible. Drove the car Thursday afternoon and decided to purchase Friday morning. Financing was completed and car was delivered to my home Friday afternoon. Bobby responded to all my questions and was awesome to work with.

Dealt with Tubbs Brothers for the first time with a new car purchase and was pleasantly surprised in the friendly service, no pressure, small town feel. Salesman Bryon was friendly, flexible, and there for assistance during and after the buying experience. Stopped in a month after the purchase, and Dave the owner came up to introduced himself and knew what car we purchased. Highly recommend Tubbs Brothers!
