Ordered a new John Deere lawnmower,and delivered with out a problem. Quick and easy. Only 4 star because. Week before I called for the same tractor. They didn't have any ready ( prepped) missed the opportunity to sell me, And have it delivered next day or week.when I said I was ready to pick it up that day.

I took my tractor here 5 years ago. To get the radiator fixed. Supposedly they record the radiator. I took their word for it and brought it home. Put it back in the garage my wife used it approximately three times in five. She had told me that the radiator was still leaking and it was overheating. I returned here with the same problem. They said there was nothing they could do because it had been 5 years in the people working there was not there at this time. New employees. I do understand that. They were not willing to help with the problem. So I took it to another place in Richmond. They told me that the radiator hadn't even been touched not even five years ago. They charged me approximately$300 at that time. Make sure you run your equipment and check everything that was fixed on your equipment.

I drive for tmc and delivered a new john deere tractor from Iowa very thankful the service dept stayed after normal rec hrs to unload it and I was able to leave that night

Liars!! Dishonesty comes right from the top. Worst experience I ve ever had with a dealer!! The main man Dan in Sandusky told me twice he would get back with me to make it right and so far nothing!! Don t expect to get any parts you order correctly and if they screw up don t expect an apology from anyone. I won t purchase a bolt from this place

Well we can start with the president His name Dan we had big problems with the Lapeer location so drove 70 miles to talk to him said he would back to us and fix our tractor that Lapeer tri county did us a unbelievable job on and I mean one for the record book Another lie from Dan did not get back to us like he promised after 3 more phone messages left to his voice mail and 3 messages left with secretary still no call so I put tri county John deere at the top of the list as being dishonest liers shysters so taking my business elsewhere but as long as I require oxygen I will be telling my story contact me Tell you the rest of the story and have the bills and and proof so before you buy do your homework going to buy a new tractor and a zero turn mower this year certainly won t be from tri county equipment

Very rude and extremely unprofessional. You can tell the service manager hates her job. It was an inconvenience for her to get out of her chair to help me at the counter. I brought in blades to get sharpened and was told the cost of $9 a blade off the machine. As I handing over the blades the service manager said ok the total was going to be $21. I questioned the $3 charge and when I asked about it she slammed my blades on the counter and told me to take them somewhere else if I didn't like the service charge. I said I had no problem with the charge but it should have been told to me over the phone just so I had a heads up. Because I questioned her she didn't like that she refused to accept my business. Definitely look elsewhere.

Called to order parts. They took down my number to call back. One week later no calls. Horrible customer service!! Went to the Lapeer store. Had my parts in a couple days

Called on the 2955, I told the salesman I wanted to make sure it wasn't junk before driving 3.5 hours to look at it. He told me it was serviced, fluids topped off but didn't know much beyond that. I gave him my number and said I would be there Friday at 11:30.Arrived with my Dad Friday at 11:30, we drove out back and found the tractor, we jacked up the front up, to check the 4wd, needed a tie rod, checked the fluid hydraulics were empty, needed a oil change that's not what I was told on the phone. I tried to start it and there was no power, we went inside to speak with the salesman and told him it needed a jump, he came out with the jump pack still nothing. We asked for a screwdriver to jump the starter, he went to go find one meanwhile we found a piece of metal on the ground, jumped the starter & tractor fired right up. Salesman came back and said the tractor didn't run, well it ran. We put hydraulic fluid in it and I drove it. Told him I was still interested in it but needed answers on parts or if it was going to be fixed or is it as is. He had no answers, we asked about other tractors on the lot but just kept saying "I don't Know" it was very frustrating.I called and spoke with him, I was told that the tractor was never supposed to be listed and it's going to be fixed and the price raised. I'm glad I had almost 8 hours driving after taking a day off work to come start your tractor so you can not sell it to me and raise the price.I emailed the dealership directly and did not get a response back, just bought a 3155 from a different dealership. We went there I drove it, we discussed price and I gave them money not that hard.

Poor parts guy was overwhelmed, I'm thinking he wasn't feeling the best. Two other parts people, on return trip, ugh, were fantastic though. First guy charged tax, couldn't get that back even though we have a signed form on file, another ugh. Second trip, no tax. This one is in Sandusky. The one in Marlette is totally wonderful.

Thrilled with our purchase of a 3025e John Deere tractor and attachments. Sales and service has been amazing. They take care of everyone no matter if you buy a little tractor, like we did, or giant farm tractors and implements, Tri-County treats everyone the same, as a valued customer. They're all about the serving the community as well.

I was looking for a sprayer part, a little nylon cap. The parts manager knew where it was, among a hundred little boxes of sprayer parts he picked it out. That was impressive to see.Knowledgeable sales staff, huge inventory of machines and parts for farm equipment. If you need it, check there.

Went here with my cousin when we were in the area. I'm looking for a small garden tractor so I checked them out. A sales lady came and helped me out and answered my questions without pressuring me. Enjoyed my time there.

Put my zip code in at toros website and they said this is an authorized dealer so we drove an hour to find out they don't have ONE toro zero turn. can't look at one, can't demo one. Money in hand and ready to buy. Waste of time.

They have a large inventory of tractors and Atvs, most everything you need, but the sales staff sat at their desk for more than 30 minutes before asking me if they could help, and the guy who I talked to had very little experience and handed me a pamphlet without any prices on it

Delivered some equipment here to them pretty easy in and easy out. The guy who unloaded for me was a really nice guy but the guy in the office was a little bit condescending to me for no apparent reason.
