I previously inquired on getting tires in Ft Gratiot Belle Tire (I work in Ft Gratiot and live in Port Sanilac) and was treated rude, just like my previous visit when having them check a slow leak (they treated me dumb and misdiagnosed my issue with my tire and I ended up having to go back after getting a flat tire).I decided to try a family owned company, Sandusky tire. They were fast, friendly and extremely fair priced. I thought the guy was joking when he told me my total it was so good. They treated my 2 year old as a guest and gave him M&Ms while we waited. I will be going there from here on out!!

I have gone here for many years and actually just bought a new set of tires here in August. Yesterday however I had a flat tire. I have to walk with the assistance of a cane or walker and transport young children. I went there and was told they were too busy to help. There was not one person in the lobby. It is November in Michigan so cold outside. They unfortunately have lost my business because they couldn t even take two minutes to air the tire up enough to get me to another place. Word of mouth on things like this travels fast and customer service should be their priority.

Stranded with a nail in my tire 300+ miles from home. Sandusky Tire Co. Provided fast, friendly, and affordable service. Come here firef if you're ever in a tight spot.
