So so so so so slow. Always takes an hour. Only 2 cars in bays? Can't be bad right? Nope. 1 hour. Can't count how many times I've driven away because I got tired of waiting. If you can get in, they do the job, but plan an afternoon out of it

Pulled up at 9:55 am two cars being serviced. By 10:05 am I was in the bay. Finally done at 10:45. All I know is I was late getting back to work because it took so long. I noticed James VanBlaricum was not working. For the past 10 years or more I have been going there he was there and I never waited that long. Not for sure if I will be back or not?

If I could give a 0 out of 5 star rating I would. I have never gotten treated so rudely at a dealership before. I went to get the oil change in my Tahoe and they treated me like dirt. Although my tahoe is a Chevy I will be taking it to Tubbs Brothers down the road for now on. They are super sweet there and actually listen to you and your concerns even with something as small and simple as an oil change.
