So I took my 2015 Ram in for an alignment,and they told me I had the wrong parts couldn't get it aligned. They charged me $70 to put my camber/alignment out of wack. I made an appointment at the Ford dealership and they aligned it no problem, plus gave me a print out of before/after. Fixed 2 recalls they found as well. Never will I own GM or trust their uneducated mechanics. Walmart used to do alignments

After a few events happened to me over the weekend I had to get a new key for my vehicle loosing them my ID and everything else in a snowmobile accident I found a key at another dealership took it into graff they had known my situation prior and after making my key told me I had a few tragic days this one was on them.... ment so much to me as they didn't have to just give me the key.

One star for Traci and the manager. Thank you for dodging me and pretending not too. I called the office twice asked for you and texted you as well as called twice to your personal. You said you didn't get any of these messages and mentioned nothing at all about anyone letting you know I called the office and asked for you twice. Very unethical and unorthodox. Don't recommend for anyone who doesn't look of "their standards" assuming what I do and don't want to pay for myself. Very bias.

Thanks for taking care of my truck. Awesome sales team. The service team came through today and reinforced the care taken by the team to make sure I understood and drive away with confidence. Update: great visit today for my oil change. The inside of the store was clean and inviting.

Doug my salesman was very nice and pleasant to talk with, he took the time to explain things and help us threw every step. Highly recommend him. The office girl doing the paper work was pleasant and very upbeat. The dealership was also very clean. Very nice experience with them all.

I have been going here since I bought my 2018 Silverado. Got all my maintenance done there. Started having issues with my truck stalling randomly, while moving and stopped. I went in there to get it fixed, stressing I was about to drive to Joplin, MO in the next couple of days. They called after about 21/2 hours to say it was ready. Their diagnosis was a loose battery cables. So they tightened those and all other connections. Problem with that is that we had just replaced the battery AFTER the problems started...which was replaced by my husband who was a ASE certified master mechanic for over 20 years, before we switched to trucking. So now he is not home long enough to work on my truck for more than just quick jobs. They assured me that this was something they had fixed before, blah,blah, blah....So off I go to Missouri and of course it continues stalling. Even in the biggest, busiest intersection in Joplin.Done with Graff. Took it to MacDonald in Marlette and the find serious issues with the fuse box which they replaced completely and the O2 sensor I believe.They sent the fuse box home with me to show the hubby and even I can see the issue. So obviously Graff didn't even look.

HORRIBLE place, never recommend going here. Bought a 2017 pacifica for 16k, in the first week had oil leaking that they didn't want to cover even though it had oil leaking when we bought, finally they say they will cover it and not even 48 hours later the fan breaks and takes out the radiator. Now ontop of spending 16k for a broken vehicle now I have to fork out more money to get it fixed not even 3 weeks after having the vehicle. We told them we have a 3 yr old special needs child and needed a reliable vehicle, and this is how they treat service members with special needs children... NEVER going here again. This place is the WORST dealership I have ever been to and absolutely do not recommend them to ANYONE!

First a correction in the date of service was not April 19th. I was in there repeated times in March. Unsatisfactory service, many issues with mechanical repairs which resulted with my showing up to meet with the Manager. Left hoping all issues would be resolved. returned and spoke with service manager he showed me the car and I found scratches in the new bumper which he said it was not part of the damage fixed which I had to show a picture of the car's damage before he fixed the issue. I have overspray on back latch, back hatch window has rubber supports hanging out. Drivers door sticks when opening, has rubber inserts added that the door catches on. The temperature gage for catching the outdoor temperature is messed up. While driving 10 miles the outdoor raises 25degrees but the outdoor temperature has not changed. The loaner cars had their own issues with bad brakes, shakes when driving, passenger would not open from inside and child lock was not engaged. very uncomfortable returning to have these issues taken care of!!

I went to KBB and got a cash offer for my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised by the offer, and decided to take the next step. Tracy in acquisitions was phenomenal. She answered all my questions over the phone, and set same day appointment. Les the Sales Person was very kind, and welcoming. Brian the sales manager was friendly, and efficient. It literally took 30 minutes and I had a check for HIGHER than the original offer. I will absolutely be back to work with these folks again!

I used the quick lube. Very good service! I had also asked for a tire rotation but the attendant checked my service record and told me it was not really necessary as this point, but he would be happy to do it if I wanted it. I was very pleased with a service company that is honest enough to tell you when you DON T need one of their services! I ll be back!

I find the lack of competent technicians disappointing for a dealership service department. I asked for a 4 wheel alignment on a 2010 Silverado due to having work performed on the front and rear suspension. I had also scheduled the air bag recall service to be performed. I was told the alignment would take a couple of hours due to a "rusty" camber adjustment bolt. Turning a $70 alignment into a $140 repair. I find that odd since I didn't have that problem on a 2004 Grand Prix that wasn't having any "free" recall or warranty work performed. Then, after I pay and get my receipt it states "Front end alignment" not the 4 wheel alignment that I had requested. When I asked about it I was told that they can't do a 4 wheel alignment on it because it has a solid rear axle. Finally, just like the last time they did an alignment on my truck, I didn't get a copy of the alignment adjustments that were made. I have gotten that print out for the last 3 cars I have taken in there but I never get one for my truck. Now I'm starting to wonder if they are hiding something that should have been addressed by the body shop a few years ago when they had my truck for 7 weeks due to a deer collision.

I was very unsatisfied with the communication from the service department. I had to call them 3 times in 4 days to inquire about the progress of my repairs. I was told I'd get a call the next morning about why things needed repairs - no call the next morning. "Should have it done today, in an hour, if we don't need to get parts" - did not get finished that day nor did I get a call. The parts referred to where not needed and still didn't get finished until the end of the following day. Just an unsatisfactory experience and probably won't return there for service any more, there's plenty of other options in Sandusky. But I will say, everything is operating as it should now so the problem was cured by Graff. Just very expensively, with too many phone calls I had to make and not warranted (beyond manufacturers warranty) because I do not have a GMC vehicle (even though I purchased my vehicle there.......)

I bought a used car from them in august and within 4 months it has had nothing but severe issues. I recently had them fix a blown seal and they told me they checked into why it had been stalling so much while driving it and found nothing. I ve had it back 2 weeks and it s stalling 4-5 times every time I start it or even while driving (very scary) and overall I felt like the service they provided wasn t a we care type service but more of we just want this in and out. I am highly disappointed that I trusted a dealer and was hoping I made a good choice but I didn t and it s upsetting

John, my sales person, was great. At 73 years of age I have dealt with a number of car salesman and I have to say he s one of the best. He was courteous, helpful, NOT PUSHY (something most people abhor), knowledgeable, went beyond and I have to honestly say I can t think of one thing he could have done to make my experience better.

Was looking into buying a car and the lady responded very quickly to my emails until I told her I was recently laid off. I still had some questions and she never responded. I guess I was only important when she thought she would get a sale. That's ok....when I'm ready I'll go elsewhere.

Tom was awesome he was a little rude when we spoke on the phone as I told him I was driving over there with a trailer to get that car a 2022 Chevrolet SparkWe did the paper work and everything went smoothly a lot better than my previous deal at a dealership will definitely come back when the time comes again you got one Happy Customer

I took my Caddilac ATS here for the first time due to my screen being frozen and having a part that was going bad. Mike in service went above and beyond to make sure I recieved the best service and cost available. It really means a lot that he took so much time to do this. I will definitely go back again for any other service needs!

I was having issues with a car I bought. I took it to two other dealers. I waited four hours and they told me nothing was wrong with it at the other dealership. I took it here and within 30 minutes they had an answer for what was wrong and I had an appointment to fix it. They are very nice and it was a great experience

In Michigan, it's not "if you hit a deer", but "when you hit a deer!" I have have had many, MANY of those meetings. My insurance company has listed Graff Chevrolet as a "preferred provider," for those types of repairs.In the past, there was a lady, by the name of "Serena," who managed the service desk. She had GREAT Customer Service and incredible organizational skills. Our cars were gotten in quickly, we were given a loaner vehicle. Serena was a HUGE asset to that area of the dealership. She no longer works there.Unfortunately, this time around, it has taken the better part of 3 months, to finally get our vehicle in to the repair shop. (We we're called to bring it in, this past Monday, finally!)Since then, we've been informed that it will now, take 10 days for the repair. In all reality, I guess I shouldn't complain, especially since they have provided us with a "loaner."However, we really do miss Serena and her personal touch. Hopefully, given that our insurance company paid their part, at least 8 weeks ago, we'll receive the standard of repair, we received when Serena was in charge!

I only had service done there once, so that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The service dept guys were really good & the department seems to run smoothly. The waiting area is comfortable.

Although I won't buy a new car from them I will always recommend their service shop it is done in a timely manner. They are always friendly and helpful as much as they can be.
