Dropped off our car, chad worked with the insurance company and adjuster on our behalf and got our car taken care of and has provided excellent updates. Fast and overall doing the work the right way.HIGHKY RECOMMEND!!

This Body Shop is Awesome, I have had many of our cars and trucks from personal to business to family take our vehicles to Chad extending from collision to deer car accident. And we have never had to take our cars back for any kind of do overs. And when he is done they look like new. Keep up the good work Tri County Body.

My 2023 Chevy Equinox got into a fight with a big deer and lost. My wrecker driver from Auto hook towing suggested I take my car there to get it fixed and I was more than impressed with their service!!

Chad and his team took such good care of my vehicle after a run in with a Turkey! His quote was not only reasonable but very quick, he worked with my insurance seamlessly, and accommodated my schedule so I wouldn t have to use a rental and got the job done quickly. These guys do absolutely amazing work and the owner Chad will work with you on anything. This shop is the best, you can call them with just about anything and I mean anything they can fix it for you amazing people amazing shop, I will always take my stuff there. 10 out of 10 in my book. I wrecked my car, and they took care of everything! They were super easy to work with, and made this awful situation a breeze. The car was even done sooner than I expected, and they are very fair priced! As someone who doesn't know anything about cars, I felt respected and treated fairly, which made the experience even better. My car looks brand new :)

One of our cars is an old car, very dependable but pretty rusty in a few places. Worst place was across the roof right above the windshield. Chad did a fabulous repair & paint job. It was affordable, much more affordable than Grand Rapids area shops!Before getting his estimate, it looked as though I would just have to let it keep rusting away. Looks terrific now. It was easy to work with Chad and the final price was within his estimate. Not a fancy place, but found to be dependable. Isn't that what we want?

I had an emergency on the freeway and found Tri County by googling closest auto repair place. I pulled up and the staff was extremely helpful. A taller gentleman I forgot his name came right out and fixed my car instantly! Without his help our 4.5 hour drive home from Michigan would ve taken 10 atleast. The inside wheel well plastic was rubbing our front tire causing a large wear that would ve blown the tire had he not fixed it. Not only did he fix it but didn t have to make new holes and it held perfectly! Great place with great customer service and I highly recommend to anyone nearby! If I was local this would be my go to auto repair shop based off this one experience. Thank you!!Service: Body & Trim

We'd just left Grand Rapids to return to Saginaw after my son's hockey game, and my tire started making a funny sound. We stopped and saw it was low, so we put air in it then continued on our way. Then it started vibrating badly and I knew we had a big problem. The next exit was Sand Lake. We pulled over and discovered the tire was almost flat. We went to switch to our spare, only to discover we didn't have one. I called a local tow company and was told that the AWD Toyota Siennas have specialized tires and don't come with spares, nor can you use a donut. We also had our 3 year-old with us, and a dog at home.... With it being a Sunday, we were starting to get worried about what to do. We made it to the Wesco gas station in town and my husband went in to ask if they had any suggestions. All the auto places we passed were closed since it was Sunday. They suggested he try Tri County Body Shop next door, and although it wasn't their regular business hours, we were incredibly lucky... A very nice man named Patrick was there and offered to help us. He discovered that BOTH of our front tires were pretty much shot. He called the closest Walmart (20 miles away) to see if they had the right kind. They had exactly two, so he put our van on a jack, took the tires off, drove my husband there and waited patiently for over an hour, then put our new wheels back on for us. There are no words for how thankful we are!!! AMAZING SERVICE!Service: Tires

On a Wednesday late afternoon, my car's A/C stopped working suddenly. I called around to three other shops, none with openings until next week. I have my baby brothers HS graduation on the East side of MI Saturday, and was NOT looking forward to driving that distance without A/C. Tri County was not only able to take my the next day but also price came in WAY less than the other quotes I received. Highly recommend this business. PS: They also came and picked me up to get my car! (I live 1.5 miles away :) )Service: Air conditioning

Had my truck repaired here recently and paid out of pocket for a few extras. These guy went above and beyond any expectations I could of had and did excellent work. Hopefully I don't need any more of their services anytime soon but if I do I know where to go. Thanks guys

The work done in my car was as professional as it can be. They loaned me a car for free for the time my car was in the shop. I brought my car on Monday and was told it was going to be ready on Friday. On Thursday I received a call that my car was ready. They replaced a stop light that burned out for free. The whole experience was smooth and very professional.I'll recomend them without any hesitation.

Someone suggested this shop to me. I took my car there to get it fixed. I dropped it off at 9:10 and he had it done at 11. And it looked great!
