Best little shop around. Family operated. 7 years bringing vehicles there, never been disappointed. Can't say that about dealers like Preferred Ford in Grand Haven or Toyota of Grand Rapids. They are in the boonies but we will drive 45 minutes there because we trust them.

A friend was looking for a car. Saw one on craigslist at b&t. It is a repair garage off the beaten path. The car seems to be a great deal. The girl that waited on us was nice and seemed to be upfront with us. The car has been good for a really inexpensive ride. I think the place is used by local people and must have a good reputation to stay this busy

I dropped off my vehicle because a friend referred B&T when I explained the random dash alerts and issues. She told me to talk to Nicole to schedule and that the mechanics there looked beyond the obvious ( which I was hoping would not be the transmission ). I wasn't on a schedule so I left it there for the week. So happy I did... I thought there were major problems, but turned out to be a few small ones!I was actually HAPPY to pay for the service!Thank you

They always discuss your options and work with you to make sure you are getting the most for your money, which is very appreciated when it comes to expensive vehicle repairs.

I have an older vehicle. They fixed just what I wanted so it runs and didn't bug me about all the other stuff that old vehicle have that don't work just right but doesn't effect there driving. Which was so great.

I drove out there to look at a vehicle that they had listed for sale. They advised me it had already been sold. 24 hours later and they still have the vehicle listed for sale on Craigslist. First impressions are huge and they failed miserably.

I find it too be a friendly place to have work done. They explain what's being done and they do it at a fair price. Can't ask for more than that. Mike.
