I had a great experience signing a lease with the help of Shelly! I wanted to work up a quote before walking into the dealership and she was very accommodating and quick to respond. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and did not try to up-sell me on unnecessary features, which is something I highly appreciate. She was very personable and a pleasure to work with! I will be recommending this dealership due to my positive experience.

I was very satisfied with my service experience on my MY12 Volt. My customer care contact, Jeffery, was very professional. When I first brought the car in, I shared that a tire store had recommended strut and related front end work be done but I was skeptical (having taken a look under the car before my service visit.) Instead of trying to advise that unnecessary work be done, Jeffery showed me photos indicating the recommended service was unnecessary. The other work that was done was quick, professional and reasonably priced. I will continue to return to Saline Chevrolet.

We came in to look at a specific vehicle that was showing in stock online. It was there. The Salesperson (Lacey) greeted us as we were walking up to it and set us up to test drive. Everything went smoothly and Lacey was friendly, efficient, down to earth and never pushy. Travis finished up our paperwork and I would say the same about him! Everyone we encountered was friendly. I was expecting to be there forever but the process went quickly! I would definitely purchase from here again in the future!

Our salesman was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and very nice to deal with. Saline Chevrolet has a large inventory for us to select from. Everyone was so friendly. We have never had such a smooth new car purchase. Will definitely recommend them to all our friends.

Levi was excellent! Hooked me up within a day. I drove from Troy and when my insurance didn t work out, the dealership quickly suggested they d drop my new car off for me the following day, which they did flawlessly (with a full tank of gas at that)!!! It was about the smoothest experience I ve ever had with buying/leasing a car. Levi and your financial person were great. Thanks for a great car buying experience!

No hassle transaction in the sales department.Use caution when dealing with the service department. Had a vehicle there for warranty work, vehicle was damaged, dealership didn't want to address the issue, service manager doesn't want to call me.

Everyone from the salesman to the finance team was polite and easy to work with. I didn't have to sit around and wait like most dealerships. I arrived in the morning to test drive a few different trucks, picked the one I liked, completed a quick credit app and 10 minutes later they asked if I was taking it home today. I said yes, and that I would return at 4pm. When I returned at 4pm the truck was clean and ready. I did wait a little bit to sign papers but that was due to another customer signing for a new vehicle ahead of me and one of their staff members had the day off.I will buy my next vehicle from Saline Cheverlet and I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Good, knowledgeable people who work hard to make the right things happen. Kevin Kelsey in Sales and Meghan in Finance are both first class. It's a pleasure to do business with them.A couple of days after I posted the above I am compelled to add the team in Parts. They were super-helpful as I needed some goodies to enhance my new purchase. How nice it is to deal with first class folks in every area.

My experience was amazing my sales representative Lacey was absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to make things very smooth and easy. She was very patient and understanding and did everything she could to find the best deal for me. Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming. I would most definitely choose Seline Chevrolet again for my next car as well as recommend them to my friends and family looking to buy a car. This was by far my BEST experience when purchasing a new car.

Went to several dealerships trying to find a 2023 Bolt and everyone told me they wouldn t dealer trade for one. I called Saline who had a bolt in stock and spoke with Mike Herman. It wasn t the one I wanted, so Mike went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Trading with a place 200 miles away. My next Chevy that I buy will be through Mike and his team.

Everything necessary to register, prep, purchase and deliver the vehicle was done seamlessly by the team at Saline Chevrolet. All I had to do was initial and sign the contract!

Had a very positive experience at this dealership. Process was straightforward and I was treated with honesty and fairness. My trade-in exhibited a glitch on the morning of the day I was scheduled to sign paperwork for my new car. The dealership and I had already agreed on deal terms and I d made a deposit. I informed them of the glitch two marked hesitations in acceleration that I felt would present a safety issue to whoever ended up with the car. I d thought this issue had been resolved with a visit to a different dealership several weeks ago. They took this late-breaking info in stride and adjusted my deal in a way that was slightly less favorable but still truly more than fair for me. I was impressed with the integrity and generosity they exhibited. It was most unexpected given some of my past experiences at other non-GM dealerships. And I m very happy with my new Bolt EUV so far!

I worked with Jon Martin and he was very helpful, honest and all around great to work with. I have leased my vehicles from the same salesman for 20yrs and he recently passed away. I was looking for another salesman I could trust, who would be honest with me from the get go and not treat me like a number. Jon did just that.

The sales person Mike went overboard even staying after his quitting time while we returned to the dealership to retrieve our garage door opener that we had left in our trade in. Megan was also great in helping us with our finances an closing.

We had visited a different dealership ( a large one with multiple locations) on the previous day. The next morning we tried getting back with our salesman from there, and called and spoke with another salesman at that same dealership. Neither one returned our call, so we drove over to Saline.Our salesman, Jon Martin, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. On our initial visit, he answered all our questions, went over our payment options, gave us very helpful information on our vehicle and it s options and features. We drove our new Traverse home on that same visit.

First oil change and tire rotation of my new truck, also installed missing chip for inverter. Service was done quicker than promised - 5 stars! Right front tire was a few pounds low when I took it in for service. That tire is still low, I had expected the tire pressure would have been checked during the rotation. Would have been considerate to reattach the seat cover on rear seat after removing it for service and not leaving the items in the rear cab in disarray. 1 star - All in all a pleasant experience
