Both of the people working at this location 03/17/24 were very helpful, friendly, and saved the day! I needed coolant and I wasn't sure how to put it in my car and they both had me on my way. Definitely would recommend this location

My go-to parts store when i need something for my vehicles. Friendly staff and good selection. If they don't have it on-hand then they can usually order and get it in pretty quickly. Good loaner tool selection. The ball joint press came in handy for swapping out some well worn upper control arm bushings.

Horrible customer service. I will never shop here again! I bought a brake fluid sensor on 3/3/21. My wife picked it up for me so I did not see it in the store. When I looked at the new part at my kitchen table, I found on one of the locking tabs there was a hairline crack at the base possibly from the mold process. When I squeezed the locking tab in slightly(less than needed for installation) one tab broke off. I called the store immediately and they ordered a new part. Went to pick up that part the next day and Assistant Manager Mike said he looked at the part before it left the store the previous day and it wasn't broke. So no refund no exchange. He would not listen to reason and stood firm that I broke it and no return. Their own return policy says you can return uninstalled parts with a receipt. It doesn't say unless we think you broke it. Oreilly's lost a customer for life.

Stopped by this location looking for an oil filter socket to remove the cartridge on my vehicle. I was unsure of the size and it wasnt listed in their database. The employees did their best to help me figure it out and buy the correct size. One employee went above and beyond by making a call to the local dealership and confirming the size for me. Great service and knowledgeable staff.

Helpful staff and a good selection of parts. I plan to shop here again.

In general, my view of the auto part store has been negative lately, no more true car people behind the counter. Accepting the new reality, I have found the staff at this store to be the most sincere in trying to help. Lets face it, usually when you are going to the auto part store, you're not having the best day!

Friendly, courteous and professional staff. A huge upgrade from Advance Auto Parts! They have a wide range of loaner tools and unlike some other parts store their loaner tools are usually available. I am their new customer for life!

Absolutely awesome! I managed to get my car here after it started vibrating and the check engine light started flashing. One of the employees, Brian, quickly ran a diagnostic and found that one of my ignition coils had gone bad. They found me the correct replacement coil, lent me a cart full of tools (for free!), and helped me repair it right there in the parking lot. The employees aren't allowed to actually repair the vehicles themselves, but Brian stood by me and helped me throughout the entire process. Half an hour after my car had barely made it to the parking lot, it was good as new. And the coil only cost me $25!I'm so grateful to the wonderful employees here and especially to Brian for going above and beyond to help me!

Had some parts ordered was charged twice by mistake and I didn't even know about a week and a half go bye all was good and out of the blue I received a phone call from O'Reilly's I called them back and talked with the manager Eric and he told me that they over changed I thought to myself when I got off the phone checked my receipt and I was over changed I went into O'Reilly's got a refund with no problem. Great job to Eric and all of the other employees at the saline O'Reilly's. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY.

James on staff was very helpful checking out my battery and alternator in the rain and cold temperatures! I lost my credit card between the car parking lot and in the store front. He was concerned and though the others were not busy just standing around talking, it was if I was an interruption to their work. Even the Man sweeping didn't stop to ask if he could help me look. I asked if he may have swept it up...The store manager allowed me to borrow his flashlight to look further, so I was grateful for that at least.I had to leave without my purchasing a new battery. The card was never found outside the store front, near the battery's I was looking at, or at the counter where I stood waiting. No one was looking with me.I left and placed the order on line to be picked up at the same location. I hope others will be as helpful as James, when I return tonight.Dianne. from Sa ine MI

This store is good. The people working there are attentive and they also have a great selection of auto products, from air fresheners to windshield fluid to oil. I don't know what all the hate is about but I enjoyed my experiences here.

Beware of service. Took my brake rotors in to be re-surfaced. They did a terrible job. They were able to resurface one, but they destroyed another. They offered me no help in replacing the perfectly good rotor they destroyed. I was forced to buy a new one at full price.

No one offered to help me after I was in the store for almost 30 minutes. I finally found the number of the engine air filter I need and there were none in stock on the shelf. I went to the counter and asked if they had any in back, they did and of course it was the only one in stock, the more pricet one. I had wnough by this tome and decided not to purchase the air filter there. I am over oreillys. I have this same problem when i try to purchase wiper blades there as well. Ugh!

It's auto parts store. They had a part I needed, but didn't have all the components for the job in stock. Told me they could have the parts later that day, which seemed reasonable. Good, helpful service.

I never had a problem with this store until the other day. I went in to get an estimate on a new radiator and the guy who helped me started fine, but when I wasn't positive about what body type my truck was, he automatically assumed that I didn't know anything else and asked the guy I was with other things about my truck. I am furious that he didn't give me the chance or even ask me, instead he assumed that I didn't know anything else. Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean that I don't know things about my car. I will not be going back, I may be overreacting, but I feel very insulted.

The website says all O'Reilly stores accept waste oil. I drove 10 miles to this store and the manager said their tank was full. Would not take my jugs of oil.

We were 2 hours away from home and our vehicle started over heating. They had the parts we needed and it was less expensive then the other places we called. They also lent us the tools so that we could do it.

Saline customers. Buyer be aware. Do not purchase anything from this store. Assistant manager Paul sold me the wrong battery for my tractor and it would not work. Even though he sold me the wrong battery he would not take it back because I installed it. With this being said, anything you purchase and if they sell you the wrong part .....you are out of luck.

O'Reilly's has saved the day, once again. After having to charge my car battery at home, I drove straight to O'Reilly's for a new battery. Mike installed it in a matter of minutes, right in the parking lot. I was able to continue on my happy route with no frustrations.Last year, O'Reilly's came to the rescue, as well. On one of the coldest days of the year, a -30F wind chill day, I shredded the windshield wipers on an icy windshield. Again, I went straight to the store, where an employee replaced the wipers for me (without even putting his jacket on)!

Sunday 11 July around noon, I go there to buy windshield wipers. The guy with the beard comes to the counter, half asleep, I tell him what I want he says go to isle 3 that's where we have wipers...Which ones I ask? can you show me? ..he repeats with a tone this time...."I sad isle 3"....I turn around and leave....went to advanced auto parts, they even installed them for me. Mr. O'Reilly...that's the service others provide..I wish I could give you zero stars..

Did O'Reilly's change their corporate policy on phone calls taking priority over walkin customer? This happened two times in a row where the associate is in the middle of looking up my part-the phone rings and then I'm put on hold until the phone call is over. Maybe I need to call while I'm in the store next time???

had a check engine light on, asked associate Josh as to what to do, he suggested getting a code off of engine which I used when I took my car into for service, helped calm me down, thanks Josh, appreciated your help

If I ask for a product just give me the product instead of trying to push a home remedy on me.

Everyone is always ready to help with questions and or help you locate an item in the store...a little pricey on some general stuff...like brand named wiper blades are twice as high as Wal Mart across the street...but O'Reilly's will most likely have an Auto Part you're looking for where other stores have limited selection.
