The team has been so wonderful throughout this process so far replacing my tire. They were able to get me in the same day and explain things clearly and efficiently. Drew was especially kind and helpful. The cost is competitive to other places in the area, and I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone.

Father in law had work done for less money with high quality work. My mother and brother have used them for years totally satisfied. As for the tire, I live up north and that price is far less than I would have pay.

We have been going to Express Tire for many years. Now, we don't think twice - when we need an oil change, tire rotation, new tires or have any other issues with our cars, we set up an appointment with Express Tire. They do things right; we've never had an issue after their service. They're honest, professional, and they are in business to help people. They treat their customers very well. We really appreciate Mark and his team.

I called in to see if I could get a tire plugged and after the guy told me that it would be over $30.00 I walked away... That doesn't sound like an reasonable price to me when Belle or Discount do it for free... SMH

Very friendly staff got my truck in and out in one day with lots of work done to it. We had brakes rotors, springs, shocks, sway bars, oil, change, brake flush, and of course tires all done in one day. My 23 year old Z 71 suburban drives so nice if I could give more stars I would. They are the best. Thank you for putting me on the road safe.

I was out riding my motorcycle when i noticed my foot peg loose and falling off and pulled into express tire so i could tighten my peg and continue on. I could not find my tools which i thought i had with me so i walked into the shop and was greeted by Mark. I am a service manager of an auto repair shop and know that shops do not loan or let people use tools due to cost and if something got broken. He assisted me and got me back on the road so i could keep on my way. Excellent customer service and will refer friends and family in that area to his shop. Thanks again for helping a stranded biker!! Keep up the good work!!

I've been taking my cars here for maintenance and repairs for almost 20 years, and my parents did before me.These are some of the most trustworthy people you will come across.This probably wouldn't be the exact circumstances for everyone's scenario, but they quoted me 1/3 of the price compared to the dealership for my most recent repair. They are always transparent and communicative.I've frequented other mechanics over the years, and even after moving a half hour away, this is still where I take my car, no matter what.

I had low pressure in my tires.( Probably from cold temps) They fixed the air pressure right away, no charge.

Stopped by here after waiting 2 1/2 hours at Discount Tire (with an appointment!) and an hour past closing to get a tire repaired. Discount said they "couldn't repair it", it being a drywall nail about an inch away from the sidewall straight into the tread. They have strict standards, but it's totally repairable.Came here with an appointment, and in 45 minutes they had my tire repaired and even offered to put a battery in my key fob for the cost of the battery! A nice touch honestly, nothing huge but it saved me a trip to the store. The pricing was totally fair, and I plan on going back to get a tire rotation and oil change soon. Everyone was very nice, it seems like they all get along pretty decently too.Overall, I'm definitely coming back, and would recommend it to others as well. Make an appointment though, they stay busy!

I always bring our vehicles here for maintenance or repairs. They are very patient, knowledgeable and honest. Their service fees are very reasonable and I always feel that they do not take advantage of us. I trust this place a lot. They will tell you if they can not fix the problem and would suggest a solution.I have had my catalytic converter replaced, AC fan, and oil changes done here.Don't hesitate to check this place out.

Respectable, Upfront and honest business. Mark's team makes the repair needed & identifies potential issues that should be addressed.While chain tire shops in Ann Arbor used fear tactics on my wife to upsell a costly unneeded repair in the thousand's of dollars.The Express Tire team did a full inspection and reviewed the quote and repaired a minor issue for less than $200.00.Thank youJames L. My family has been going here for years and years -- good, reliable service, and very trustworthy! They don't nickle and dime you, and they did research on an issue that turns out should be covered by my dealership for free, and they gave me all the info I need to have the dealership do the work. (I can imagine plenty of other places just doing the work themselves so they can charge for it)

Mark and his crew are absolutely amazing. They explain things clearly and try to get you the best deal. Their prices are reasonable and they give you their best recommendation on fixing your car. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I first went to Express Tire on recommendation from a friend. I was very pleasantly surprised. Their prices are some of the best in town, and they are very honest. You know when you are talked out of repairs that you think you need that they have your best interest at heart. I've been to shops that would replace blinker fluid if you asked them to, so it was really nice to find an honest shop that has done great work. Since then, I've had them do a few sets of breaks and rotors and replace an automatic shift linkage cable. Their work has always been excellent and timely. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I ordered a new specialty tire to replace a flat for my truck. When I arrived to have the new tire put on they said they could actually fix the flat. I appreciated the honestly even though it cost them a sale. I found Express Tire to be generally friendly as well, which is always a plus.

Express Tire is my favorite shop. Hard to find knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced mechanics. Every time I have an issue with my car, Mark, John and Kevin explain to me what is going on and give me all possible options with risks involved. Never try to sell me something I don't need and they are great about making and keeping appointments as well as trying to fit you in if you call with an emergency (unless if they are booked up and then they give you a realistic time frame for when the work will be done). My sister and brother-in-law take their vehicles here too. I live in Tecumseh but the level of service is well worth the drive.

Once again Express Tire comes through. My wife's car was in for an oil change and they noticed a front tire had worn to the point of being dangerous. They let her know the condition, quickly estimated the cost of 4 new tires as the rest were due to be changed too. This was at 4pm on a Wednesday, by 11am the following day 4 new tires installed and out the door. Amazing service as always, I will always bring my vehicles back to Express. Thanks Mark and Team!!!

These guys were really nice . The highway potholes took out my tire and front wheel bearing. They got me in right away put my spare on after changing out the wheelbearing with a quality brand ( Moog) part. The price was fair and I've had no problems with the work . Recommend these guys.(Incidentally I had them check out a used car I was thinking on purchasing A while back and they were under $50 for that . And were through and recommended against the purchase.)

Not the cheapest place but the owner seems like a nice guy, took the extra time to show me the line he replaced. Worked on both my automobiles everything seems to be running better now.Update everything is still working great 2months later , now a 5 .... ThanksUpdate in July 2018 had more work done on the old jeep , service and workmanship seem to be solid . Thanks
