This dealership is hands down the best one I've ever been to! The outstanding customer service and care is truly unmatched. I had a problem where my passenger door wouldn't close and stay shut on a Sunday (right after picking up flowers for my grandma) and I had no idea what to do (had to use bungi cord to keep the door shut) so first thing Monday morning I drove it to Briarwood Ford without an appointment and they were able to get me in and they quickly found that there was a recall for that issue as well as two other recalls and they fixed everything the same day! Not only did they fix everything but they even dropped me off at home while they worked on it and picked me up when it was all done! They go above and beyond! The staff are very friendly and honest. I worked with Mike in the service department and he was incredible and very reassuring. I am very grateful to the staff and the care they put into fixing my car and the overall quality of service they provided!!! I will only be going back to this dealership in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I avoid the Service department here because of the bad service but had warranty items that needed to be taken care of. Mike was nice and seemed to do his best with what seemed limited resources. It took a couple weeks to complete because they were short staffed and holiday. Second car. I can work with that slow time. I go to pick up on Monday, July 3rd. It s closed but it s posted on the door and not on their website or their annoying phone system. I return to pick up later. Noise that they say were rotar that needed to be shaved? No call when it s ready. I call them. Ok, after all this and $3700+ bill, please deliver. Ok. Takes several calls to coordinate and happen. The repairs - meh. The cleaning - meh. The service - meh. I ve had Ford vehicles with the exception of a couple GM my entire adult life. I want to support this Michigan product but between the average quality product and the service, it s clear that it s a bad business decision. I inherited a 2015 Mercedes. It s 8 years old and I was not the purchasing consumer. The service at the local Mercedes dealership is incredible. The sticker price on my 2016 Explorer and the sticker price on the 2015 Mercedes were about the same. Great customer service! They fixed a recall on my Explorer a couple weeks ago. I picked my car up after and unfortunately my battery died at the first stop I made once I left. I called Matt at the service department and he quickly drove to come jump my car for me. I would've had to wait a lot longer for my insurance company to come so I really appreciated the great customer service!! Thanks again, Matt!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been going to Briarwood Ford service for around 8 years. Ken is absolutely terrific! He tries to really understand the issue and does all he can to make sure the issue is resolved.Recently I met and worked with Paul Mazzara who took me for a short ride in my vehicle to better understand what I was hearing. He also went out of his way (and his technician) to do a once over for my Escape. They noted that my rear brake pads needed to be replaced and my front pads maybe next year.With that kind of service and their going so far out of their way to make sure I was happy, I will most definitely be coming back and will highly recommend them.Service: Auto brake replacement

The service advisor (Andrea) and service manager (Paul) both lied about my service I was told 3 days to service my truck and it took 13 days. Paul said they understood they were not meeting their promise and that they would be working on my truck on Saturday and when I stopped by there was no mechanic working only oil change guys. Honestly I don t know how this place is still in business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Staff is professional but the software that runs the shop is primative. No email updates. Lengthy check-in process for service people. They need to learn from dominos or something
