I 100% recommend this body shop, a deer hit my right side of my car while driving down the road which resulted in that whole side being smashed. They were not only very quick with repairing my vehicle but the outcome was amazing! The paint job was immaculate and the repairs they made were perfect!

I had the unfortunate experience of someone hitting my car. I had Briarwood Ford Collison fix my car. Most of my dealings have been with Fred and Kitt. They were extremely helpful with excellent customer service. They kept me up to date on the status of my car. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. After my experience with them, I feel like they are my family. They took excellent care of my car and looked out for my best interest. I would highly recommend them. I would 100% trust them with my car. Good job, gentlemen! Thank you!

They did good work but between the dealership and the collission shop ordering the wrong parts they had my car for nearly a month. I don't plan to go back

The staff at Briarwood Collision was always friendly and professional but more importantly the job they did repairing my car was excellent. We had just bought the car six months ago and I hit a deer head-on which did significant damage to the front end of my Flex. Naturally with the car being new to me, I was very worried about whether the car would be the same after the repairs but you would never know the car had ever been in an accident now. They were always responsive and quick to return phone calls. They truly did a phenomenal job! I would highly recommend this collision center to anyone in need of a car repair.

I'm impressed. Not only did my C-max come back looking like new, outside and in, but it was done a day earlier than originally estimated. The staff there was helpful and friendly. This was the second car I've had repaired at Briarwood Ford Collision, and my experience with both has been excellent.

Always get first class repairs done. Shop requries insurance company to have repairs done right. Always fight for the customers right to have auto repairs done to precondition. You would never know my car was in a collision and thats the was i like lt .

Lots of confusion at this dealership. No one tells you their last name but when you call in you need it to find the associate your looking for. Too many Rick's Steve's and John's in the world. Nice people thou

Treated well.work was done well . They even vacuumed my my front rugs,my vacuum had just died. Work was completed in a timely fashion.
