We only go here which is normally very good service. Last time someone must have stripped a bolt on skid plate during oil change. They tried to charge me for repairing the stripped bolt. They eventually got it cleared for free repair.

Just feels right to have my toyota serviced by a toyota dealer. Just wish they would carry my air filter in stock.
