I always come here to get my oil changed as the service is fast and the workers are respectful. However, the way I was treated this time was extremely disappointing. The employee, Joseph, yelled "no!!" and gave me a look of disgust when I could not follow his unclear directions when pulling into the bay. Luckily another employee stepped in and gave me better directions. The way I was treated was uncalled for and inappropriate. I hope other customers do not experience what I did.

While pricing is good here, I find the services lacking. I have my work vehicle serviced here. If I don't remind the techs, they change the oil and nothing more. I constantly have to ask to have transmission, power steering, differentials, and other fluids checked. I have had the service leader even give me some excuse as to why they don't check differentials, saying, "No one is trained to do that." During the last 2 trips through, even though I asked for lights to be checked, no one did. I won't take my personal vehicle here.I continue to experience issues with this oil change place. The most resent is that they will not top off your differentials. To get that done, you have to schedule an appointment with the regular service department. They also don't even tell you they didn't top off the differential even though you have asked them check it.

Appreciating Serra Quick Lube, they continue to provide a great value compared to other local oil change places. I was able to ask for a tail light to be fixed and they took care of me quickly. Did you know if you buy tires from Serra (they have price match) that you get free tire rotations for the life of the tires? Very cool! Big shout out to Damien, who took care of my truck today. He was helpful, professional, and fast, I'll be heading back here for all of my oil changes!Services: Tires, Oil change

Another great experience at Serra. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Gabe (new employee for just a few months) was AMAZING! A young man with exceptional people skills.Never knew there was a filter for my air and heat. I ve never been asked to check it and I ve been going there for 5 years. Gabe opened the glove box, unscrewed a few screws, and removed the filter -which absolutely needed to be replaced. I was shocked. Now my air is running cooler and am grateful to Gabe for taking the time to ask and replace the filter for me. Well deserved review Gabe! Many thanks! Services: Tires, Oil change

Expect to show up 1hr+ before closing to get an oil change.Turned away 2 times as they had to many people to get through before closing

Friendly & efficient! I have had two other Toyotas prior to my current vehicle (RAV4 hybrid), that I had bought from two separate dealerships that were not Serra. I have always got my cars serviced at their respective dealerships and made appointments for services, so the quick lube was something I was not used to. It s super easy and convenient. Everyone who works there has been friendly and efficient. The quick lube process takes a fraction of the time.Services: Tires, Oil change

Slow. Slow. Slow... The staff is great and they do a fantastic job but they have no sense of urgency to get the cars in and out.I am on my 3rd oil change for my truck which I purchased here. I have never had more than 2 cars in front of me and it is an hour or more to get through.They have 3 lines with 2 or more cars in each line and it is taking 30 - 40 minutes per car.Today I had 2 cars in front of me and I waited 1 hour 5 minutes just to get in the bay. I had to drive right through because I ran out of time.Like I said, the staff is great and they do a good job but wow is it a slow moving oil change..Service: Oil change

Hours are listed to be open until 6pm, I arrived at 5:40pm, with another car in line. I was told they would not service my vehicle. If you are open until 6pm the last cars need to be in line by 6pm or a sign needs to state the last time a car will be taken. I have only gotten all my service here, so I will NOT be returning. Lost a loyal customer.Service: Oil change

Sitting here at Serra Quicklube, Saginaw, as I have been for the past 50 min. As 1st in line, I expect no less. There is much yucking it up as I wait. No one has spoken to me. All I can surmise is that they are under new management or something of the sort. Maybe summer help? Never fast, but the past 2 times they are much much worse. I see people pulling out of line behind me; tired of the wait. Forget coming here at 4pm-you will not get in. Finally getting in now. Since the oil change is included with a new vehicle, I have to come here. Almost anywhere else is better though. As a manager at my work place, I keep thinking that someone needs to come along with a big boot, but that s just my sense of customer service. I ve purchased 5 new cars from this Toyota dealership, but this makes me think the next will be found elsewhere. DONE!- 75 min. Time well spent.

Second time that I had my oil changed here and they had no clue how to lube it. They sent me out the door without touching a single grease point. When I caught them, they reluctantly greased two of them. I informed them there were more, so they did a couple more. I asked why they didn't lube all of them and was told they were too difficult to get to.

Staff was friendly and efficient. I had 5 cars ahead of me and I still was done in 35 minutes (full service oil change and tire rotation) from the time I first pulled up!! I will definitely go back!

Waited 40 minutes. They broke a bolt on my tire when rotating them. I was sent to service department to have it fixed and told it would be another hour despite the fact that this was their fault.
