Can't say enough good things about these guys. Just paid off my car after a few years of payments. Had some issues occasionally but kept in contact and they worked with me. Gave me a very fair trade in value too! Thanks RPM!

I have purchased 3 cars from this place and have never had an issue with any of them, when I go there the people are always kind, and helpful. The way it works is that any car you purchase u take it to your mechanic and anything they find wrong with the car is put on a promise sheet, and rpm will fix, therefore if you have the vehicle inspected before purchasing you will not have any issues. Would also like to add that the service manager is very very kind and tries to help you anyway possible even if you have owned the car so long that it is paid off, that he will allow you to make payments on repairs!!!!!

Very unprofessional sold me a lemon car broke down 13 days after purchase they had the car for close to a month before I was called to pick it up and they wanted over $600 I don t recommend!! Real life wolf in sheep s clothing Stay Away!!

Julian and Dave are very helpful and when I decided on the truck I wanted they got the paperwork done quickly. Everyone up there has been professional and courteous even while I was just looking at first. I highly recommend buying a car from them. And their service department is great.

Very Unprofessional and Rude Service Dept. doesn't stand by their word on fixing vehicles, Joe and Norm act senile on the work that was promised to be done by Joe and previous employee. Service will argue with you and make you feel less of a Customer and then tell you that you need to make payments on work that was promised to be taking care before hand. Run fast!!

My recent best friend got an orange dodge journey knowing that their was Minor problems, not needing a new front end alignment, 2 control arms, because she kept running through tires. She sends her truck up there they had it for 3 months for her to turn a corner and every light came back on. Y'all suck.

Bought a truck from there broke down the first day and have nothing but problems with it. I paid a lot of money and put a lot of repairs in it , they have given me no help that I haven't had to pay high prices for.

Great customer service but sadly my fav truck the 2014 F150 4x4 they have i decided not to get due to she needs a front passenger ball joint n a alternator due to battery light on dash is on n front alignment and a passenger mirror which is sad because 2 years ago when they had her she was in great condition n who ever they had rent her destroyed her very sad so who ever is looking for a truck with a lil TLC i would recommend to go get that truck i know she has potential if i had the money i would of got her but i just don't have the money right now but the guys let me drive her yesterday and they were nice n honest with me which i appreciated very much but its just sad to see how people don't take care of there cars that truck is a good truck i just dont have the extra cash to fix her if i did i would of scooped her up she would be a great work truck

The car broke down the morning after I got it. It was a fight to have them fix what was wrong, and it took them over a week for me to get it back. Plus it has been 3 months and all of the problems are back. This company is nothing but crooks and thieves. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

This place, along with its other locations sell complete and utter junk. Several friends of mine have recently purchased cars from them only to have HUGE issues. Blown transmission, Blown clutches. They dont disclose anything and they dont want to fix anything thats wrong with any of them without charging you a arm and a leg. If you have bad credit, talk to a real dealership and see if theyll work with you. Dont go to any buy here pay here places, they all usually sell garbage!!!

DO NOT EVER GO THERE. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT AND YOUR LIFE. I GOT A CAR FROM THEM AND IN THE ONE YEAR I HAD THE CAR PUT OVER 3000 INTO REPAIRS THIS PAST SUMMER. ONE PROBLEM I HAD WAS LEAKAGE AND HAD TO TAKE IT BACK THERE THREE TIMES AND PROBLEM STILL NOT FIXED. RECEPTIONIST IS ALWAYS RUDE WHEN YOU CALL TO MAKE A PAYMENT. INTEREST ON ANY CAR IS SKY HIGH. MANAGER IS HARDLY EVER AVAILABLE. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO GO THERE. I DID ONLY BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE. NOW I HAVE TO REBUILD MY CREDIT BACK TO NORMAL.

Very helpful service manager....he always helps my needs with my service and tries his best to make sure my vehicle is done in time...prices r low there...i recommend anyone there and ask for greg he will get the job done right

Junk cars. Rude people, customer service and know how skills no where to be seen. Will never return or recommend to anyone. Even Auto Brites better than them.

Best rpm yet for sure to come back whenever I have a problem service person was the nicest person I talked to in a while I think his name was Greg he was spot on with the timing anyone who's comes here ask for Greg he will be sure to tell u the problems and what need to be done
