Kept my car for 24 hours just to tell me to take it somewhere else. Don't know who certified this guy but seems like finding a leak in an air strut wouldn't be too hard. Came home and found it easily. Also a few months I paid 500 for front end work. The clunking noisese stopped for a few weeks then came back. Wanted to then charge me $250 more for what he says was "just pins". Dude is a joke and only knows how to work on certain cars. Definitely not Cadillacs

It is a good spot to go, my cousin has been going there for years. they were able to get me in right away and actually asked me my opinion on the work that I needed done. My cousin puts his trust in them, so I did as well. Told them to do what they do, and they did. And for them, "Thanks guys, awesome Job"

Best auto repair shop I've been to. Rick and his employees are down to earth and very easy to work with. They are the most honest place I've been to. They don't try to sell you something you don't need, and when I left with my truck it looked and rode like a brand new truck. They definitely have a customer for life and I will absolutely recommend everyone I know to take their vehicles to him. And to top off the service and quality, they had the best prices anywhere around. Thank you Rick, to you and your guys.

Had to get my muffler repaired, friend of mine recommended Ricks, he said they are good & honest. Went there met mechanic Mike, took me in right away, about a 40 min wait & out. Charged me $150 LESS, than another competitor. Great job, place to for fair prices & good work!!

Got my car fixed and back to me way quicker than I expected, solved the noise issue I ve taken it to the dealership 3 times for too, along with the issue I brought it in for. Decent price for all the work I had done on it and nice employees at drop off and pick up

I have dealt with Rick for over 20 years. I have NEVER been disappointed. Rick takes great care of me and my family's cars. Service is always good and price is always fair! Great work fellas!

NEVER GOING BACK! They do passable work when they actually do it. Left my truck there for a month, prepaid for services, $1550 upfront, was ripped off! They gave me some junkyard motor they probably paid a few hundred for and some services weren't completed...and they never got around to getting it finished, nor was I reimbursed for parts or labor that didn't get done. I was promised it would be done in a day... NOPE.

Quoted a good price to change my brake pads. After waiting several hours in a cold lobby they decided to not Change the pads because they weren t taking anymore cars. I recommend going elsewhere. You will save a lot of time and headache by taking your business elsewhere

My mom was supposed to come see me today. Then she got a flat tire and came to see you guys. It took you guys almost 2 hours to put a spare tire on her vehicle when I could have had it done within 10 minutes

This place doesn't look like a million bucks, but the work is top notch. Rick takes first come first serve so no appt needed. He is very honest and priced right. The value far exceeds the price I paid ! He also let's you bring your own parts and works with you.A+++ RECOMMENDED

Came to get my exhaust on my car fixed because it was loud and smelled like raw eggs. Paid full price and the short guy put used parts on my car. Its still smells too and they stole the parts they took off and wouldn't show them to me.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I highly recommend going to Rick's Automotive. I've been dealing with him for a while now and there is a reason I keep coming back to him Everytime my ride needs fixing. Very few around that never lose sight of customer satisfaction and quality of work. This is the definitely the place. Rick solved a major fix for me. Thanks again Rick appreciate it.

Bought a Jeep from a guy at this shop told me Rick would give me a print out and guarantee that the only thing it needed was CV shafts. I knew better then that because I know a little bit about cares. Needless to say I'm still replacing parts months later and I just recently was able to start really driving it. The entire drivetrain is messed up in the Jeep.

took my truck their 2 years ago. they told me it would be done in the morning, told them parts were in the car. balljoints and starter. Came there the next morning after receiving a call that they couldnt start working on it due to no parts being in it. Low and behold my parts were ripped off, even confronted the crackhead worker about it who did nothing but smirk at me while i talked to him. the owner told me he would replace the starter free of charge come back in a few hours. So i left, 2 hours later another call, sorry we arent fixing your starter nothings wrong with the one on the truck. lol,come get it. save your time and money go to muffler man accross the road good people who are honest and do quality work

The service is horrible. I took my car in 580.00 later car still wasn't fixed. Now theirs a noise that wasn't there before took it back with the receipt because they don't honor warranty without it, 2 and a half hours later they finally pull it in didn't look at it they were talking buying stuff out of people back trunks eating taking care of personal business I get up and check on my car myself to see what's going on and he says oh yeah i was going to tell you its this that and another had nothing to do with the 580 I just spent. My car is worse now then it was when I first took it to him. A fool to think I was going to spend more money with him. He just made someone else money. Crook

Went for a diagnostic for my power steering leak and they fried my starter. After I showed the employees how to start my car multiple times.

They do good fast quality work There s no line where you got to wait for somebody with an appointment there on a first come first serve basis 80% of the work they ll get you in and out quick usually by the end of the day....

All they did was lie. They overpriced the car. The car is FULL of problems, when I was promised it was 'driving great'. Never buy a car from these terrible mechanics. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Took my daughter in with her car. Checked why the brake light was on. E brake was engaged and popped in the button console in her door. No charge!

I had a problem finding a tire to fit my truck 235/75/15 so my friend from work who lives close to this place (which I don't) said he found the tire at Ricks and would pick it up for me ( the cost was 30 dollars long story short... he brought it to work with him the next day he pre paid for the tire it was bald and dry rotted. I called Ricks and the person on the phone said no refunds I asked the man why he would sell a bald tire to someone in need, he said well, you ate it dont send a dumb ass to get your tire next time. Okay, Ricks thank you for the life lesson assholes.

Water pump went out on our truck on our way to Virginia and they got us right in and replaced it without overcharging! Very friendly and helpful people
