We needed service on the brakes and exhaust system for a van. It was our first time here and I was impressed with the high quality of work, great customer service, and very reasonable cost. We will definitely come here for maintenance needs in the future. An added bonus is that the hours are convenient for drop off and pick up after work. I have already recommended Monro Auto Service to a friend.

This shop is definitely a step above the rest, I have had no bad experiences here and this place is the only one that I trust to take care of my vehicle. Sam was very helpful and made sure to inform me about upcoming issues that my vehicle may have, however she did not push me into making any sudden unnecessary purchases. I will always return to this shop.

I've went there a few times and service was great. But what impressed me the most was I was driving down the road one day and heard a noise from my tire and happened to pull into there parking lot to check it out since it was right there...these guys heard the noise and seen me pulling, they came out almost running to help me. We noticed I had a couple of lug nuts loose and quickly ran back into the shop to grab their tools and tightened up my tire and had me on my way as fast as a nascar pit crew. Great group of guys that work there, can't thank them enough!!!

The closing team at Monro Auto Service went above and beyond to help me in an emergency situation. They were efficient, kind and generous enough to stay a few minutes past their closing time to service my vehicle. Thanks Monro team!

Always a positive experience. First stopped there do to a soft tire, fixed it at no cost. Now i buy all my tires from them. Josh very knowledgeable friendly and puts the customers needs first.

Best place to get your car serviced in Saginaw! Any time I have an issue these are the only guys I call. On point. On time. Never had to return my car for service once they have worked on my vehicle!

Needed a new wheel bearing after work on a Friday evening. Sam and her team were able to get me an estimate and get me back on the road before they closed. Great service

Bought a new battery due to corrosion. Spent over $400 on repairs and maintenance that day. Shop completely failed to address a battery connector (positive) that that was completely covered in corrosion. They didn't offer to clean jt, replace it, nor did they bring it to our attention.

Took mine and my daughters car here to get new tires. They were very fast and great prices. I only needed 1 tire. 2 days later we hit a screw and the tire they put on went flat. Took it on and they fixed it and installed it on the vehicle at no cost. Manager and mechanics very friendly. Great place and I won't go anywhere else!

Sam was an absolute angel! I came into Monro after another auto shop failed to follow through on their free installation promise after purchasing a new car battery. Sam listened to my concerns, reassured me that my experience wasn t right, and got right to installing my new battery. I will 100% be returning to this location.

I would not recommend this place. It used to be good but has went down hill and they can t even keep employees. I followed Josh to the bay city location, he was no longer there, so I went back to bay rd and now max is no longer there along with most of the employees out back. I will not be returning.

Brought my lawnmower tire in because the stem blew out. They helped me and had me out of there quickly. This is my second tire I ve brought here and both times they took care of me.

Friendly service but I had 4 tires installed and the next day I noticed one leaking they did fix it for free but my wife also had a tire installed that same day and they didn't check all 4 tire pressures and didn't reset the tire pressure light and didn't put the spare back under the vehicle where it's supposed to be

I highly recommend this location on bay rd in Saginaw! I made the mistake of purchasing cheap decorative aftermarket caps for my tires on Amazon, only to have them get stuck on there and not be able to remove them...so when I woke up this morning with low tire pressure on one tire, I had to go to a tire shop. Discount tire made every excuse not to be able to help me, but proceeded to try to sell me new tires- that I didn't need. I left and went to KanRok and was helped immediately. Thank you to Max for helping me out quickly, friendly & efficiently. Cap was removed, nail i had in there was removed and patched up in minutes! you definitely made my day. And I was absolutely having a bad day...with so much more going on. You never know what people are going through, I wish more people were like this. Thank you!!!

Josh the assistant store manager saw me pull in and instantly knew the issue. I did not even have to walk in to the store before he was working to repair the screw hole in my tire! He was fast, friendly and did an amazing job. 110% will return and recommend him for all your tire issues

This is my go to place whenever I have any problems with tires or brakes. Have been a returning customer for two years. Great customer service and mechanics. The price is unbeatable. I highly recommend this Kan Rock Autos!

I had purchased a here tire when I had a flat in the winter. Several months later I discovered I had hit a nail. They patched it for free. For some reason the patch failed, the next day they got me right back in and made it right. Josh helped me out with fast friendly service. I will come back here for my next set of tires for sure.
