I m so happy to a found a Michigan recovery services. My family and I have picked up a few vehicles for our journeys. I just found out. They also have services for vehicle work which is amazing because the wiggles that come through can actually have some things done I will be using their services again to find other vehicles. The location was good. The people were friendly, and I will return.

I have been watching this site for over a year. I have went on site about 3 times to check out the vehicals. So far, I have found that you can get better deals on the market place with cars in better condition. The one time my husband bid on a car and actually won for a decent deal the offer was not accepted. I did change my review from 3 stars to4 because I do know 2 people who did buy vehicals from them so that must count for something and when we did look at the vehicles the people outside were helpful. The website has not been working lately.

By far not fun having a vehicle repoed. For as it was, the guy who come and repoed my vehicle ( bank s vehicle) he was kind. It helps in bad situations when people are friendly and polite. Thank you sir for being kind.

Literally the worst place. I had to go back there three times to receive my items because each and every time they forgot something but guess what, my most expensive things were missing. They told me to email their lost whatever and I did and have not received a single email back. I ve called every single day and they say I ll transfer you and it just hangs up each time. This happened in October btw, it s March and I m going to take some serious action since no one wants to give me my stuff or compensate like they said they would. You guys owe me money and I can t even get those items back, this place is the worst place you ll ever go to.

Chrissy is extremely rude! She has no empathy. They never returned my license plate and now I have to pay for a new one. It s sad they think they can t be dealt with. Luckily I know people that know people that will give discipline action. See you all soon.

The office staff is completely rude and unhelpful. The whole process is to extort additional money from people and it s completely immoral and wrong. When you pick up somebody s vehicle, you should know the location instead of saying you don t know the location and charging people daily storage fees. That is completely unfair in being reviewed by an attorney.

All my valuables were taken out of my vehicle, including my wallet. If you have anything valuable in your car kiss it good bye. They will take it then play as if it wasn t in there to begin with.

I'm seriously disappointed in this place of business. Not only did they not return all of my property after two hr drive, after realizing their own mistake they promised to ship belongings ASAP when actually sent to another facility with even more restrictions and gave me a week to retrieve from a holiday busy business. Tip to all going there trust yourself these are crooks, liars and thieves. Check your things.#classaction

My vehicle was taken here and they were polite. (The man at the desk and the man helping me take my belongings to my vehicle) I m guessing the people who go through your vehicle think it s freebies so they choose to pick what belongs to you to gift for themselves. They attempted to use my credit card for $200. Threw all my personal belongings in a big trash bag, ruining most things that I had in my vehicle. Never got my car took, but it s bad enough my car was taken you decide to steal my money too? It shouldn t take 30+ minutes to bring my car out front, stop trying to steal people s things it s bad enough we have to come to this place as it is.

My vehicle was there for 3 days total only because we went and paid our loan off to get the car back only to find out redemption is only open til 4 and they closed at 4:30. Went to go through my belongings and my $200 tool set and a few other small items was not in the vehicle when we got it back. Absolutely no phone manners at all and it took them almost 40 minutes to bring my car out of the gate probably because one of the guys decided they wanted my tools. The guy that came to repo my car was very nice and professional and respectful. Recommend if for some reason you car goes there and the driver gives you a chance to take anything out of the car first take anything valuable.

Failed to return my personal property. Bagged up SOME of my stuff in a trash bag. THIEVES, will steal your stuff and make sure they bag up the trash too

I was in the vehicle when the driver lifted it. Twisted my back getting out of the vehicle while it was in the air. Will be contacting a lawyer after my doctors appointment.

Worst people to deal with of all time the women the big one is very rude you can t even speak to her she thinks she better than everyone and is way too serious about everything I just wish the owner can come in and see how they work she made me wait just because I didn t sign the paper to inspect my car before signing it was like a paper that said I have inspected my car and made sure nothing is missing or damaged after I said I m not signing until I see my car she looked mad she should be fired the 2 guys at the front are very nice and respectful and the 2 ladies the women is big and old and is wearing pink if you wanna see the cameras I arrived here at 9:38 and it s 10:40and I m still waiting for her to bring out my car from the gate which is 15 feet away from me she should be fired!!!I was here before 3 other people and they all had the same issue as me and they already had left and I m still here waitig

DO NOT BUY ANY ! MANY OF THE CARS HAVE BEEN RELISTED FOR MOUTHS AGINE AGINE MAY SEEM LIKE THERE SELLING TO REAL PEOPLE BUT THERE NOT ! THEY BID TO DRIVE THE PRICES UP I SET MY BID TO 3K AND 15K MAX FOR A JEEP NO WON BID ON IT SOME HOW IT JUMPED TO 14K 995 JUST HAPPEN TO BE UNDER MY 15K SHADY STUF, RUDE STAFF, JUNK CARS, JUST A CON DONT FALL FOR IT UNLESS ITS UNDER 35KMILES ITS JUNK ! While our car was in impound, someone at this facility stole a laptop and a blanket from the car. It also sure seems like they damaged the vehicle on purpose. They probably count on you being so glad to get your car back that you don't check for your belongings. How does an alternator with 40K miles on it go out when it was just checked? No car finance company should be using this place.

So to start off my review I only put one star cause I had to hit something. This place was supposed to give my wife 60 days to get her belongings out of her car instead only a couple weeks later they sell the car out from under her without giving her a chance to get her car back and we had every intention of paying for it and she had everything nice and neatly organized in the car, they simply took everything that was in there and threw it in a giant trash bag, several trash bags that had holes in them, and then just brought it to us 30 minutes later from some factory warehouse, so wasn't even on site and then we had to go through everything, and not everything was there. And the attendant at the front desk was very rude and had no personality whatsoever. Just want to give you heads up, do not expect special treatment from this place now matter what they tell you, they are a bunch of liars.

They lied and said my trunk was open when picking up my vehicle which it was not they open my trunk and the lady Chrissy has a very bad attitude problem she need to take a customer service course on how to treat your customers no matter what they are coming to Michigan recovery services for please and thank you

The girl that came in I mean guy was rude and thought that he was tuff ,trespassed on the property on top of that he even went into the garage after he was told to leave, these repo people should know the law before they try to take something on private property. It's funny how he thought that he was tuff.they should know that this is a civil matter. Also the banks aren't supposed to give out your info,if they want to repo it they need to have there repo company take it.people needs to do research on this issue.also check into where banks get the money from look up 1099a as well.

Extremely Unprofessional , I'm pretty sure my belongings were stolen no one has gotten back to be after the numerous of emails I've sent , some how my stuff just went missing and they can't find it . instead of just saying someone took my stuff they're leading me on a wild goose chase , not answering emails or phone calls .... THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS

I had to take a friends Daughter to get her car out, these people when I called were kind and accommodating. They close at three, I arrived after 3 and they still took care of her. Getting your car repossessed is probably NEVER a pleasant thing, but the tow driver that took her car was extremely nice and respectful. It is not their faults for what ever reason your vehicle gets taken, it is just their job. By the way, she had $100.00 cash in her car, was still in her car when we got to it! Honest Guys!

Very unprofessional they refuse to answer phones so you Get your car back and do not have normal business hours. They take vehicles over two hours away and expect you to miss days of work to get your vehicle back between the hours 11 and 3 you ask for a manager or owner to call you and you get excuses of why you can t .to the point the gentleman who does answer that one phone Number they have is almost refusing to give anyone else the phone. My next step is turning them into the Better business bureau or Attorney General if I cannot get my car today January 9 of 2022 they have had my car now for three days past the time they got the release information because no one there wants to get answers or actually work!

I was a bit upset with this place for a few reasons: I tried to contact them before my car left the city, and no one answered for half an hour, and it was too late. Furthermore, I was told I would get a call back as soon as my car got there, and I did not; due to the late call I couldn't make it before their closing time at 4pm. Finally, I talked to the wrong person for a bit because the number listed is not for the Saginaw office, and it took a minute to get transferred there.

Trying to get my personal items back and I can t get a hold of anyone. And when I do they give me another number to call. Because it s a different location and you have to make an appointment to get it back. After 2 days of trying to get my stuff back finally was able to get an appointment but they won t give me the address. Very upsetting and unprofessional. I got my car back easier then my personal items
