My mechanic referred J.O. for exhaust work. My first time using them. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The place is neat, clean and tidy. They got my car in right away and fixed it right. I'm very satisfied and the price seems fair too.

Don't do it. They installed a starter I didn't need. Never checked the real problem like I asked. Had to take my car elsewhere to have correct repair done. Joe charged me $450 to install a starter. Got a bunch of circle talk and dishonesty when I tried to resolve with him. Super disappointedService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

One of the best places in the area for general auto repair. My family and I have patronized J.O. Service Center for a few years now and have always been pleased with the results. They offer competitive prices for their work and have never failed to get my vehicle working in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend.

I wouldn't recommend this place because they were trying to charge me more than $1500 for rust on my break pads. They wouldn't even allow me to see what was wrong with my vehicle. They told me it was 3 different things wrong with my car, that's why it's good to get more than one estimate. The 2nd shop show me what was wrong with my car and why I was hearing that noise. They removed the rust and I no longer have the squeaking sound.

Very fast! I needed my exhaust flex joint fixed, and it was done within two hours. Very nice people too, as a young girl I know a lot of places take advantage of my lack of car knowledge and charge/change unnecessary things, this place did no such thing.Great experience overall, will highly recommend it to other people!

So my experience is simple and goes back more than the last 5 or 6 years. I often trust the guys because they sound great, knowledgeable and nice gentleman. My problem is the mark up pricing that they do or overcharging. Quality is a good thing but unless you get a deal (probably not) don t feel pressured to sign your name. Unless it s your last resort. You ve been warned. And yes I compared pricing to others and they almost doubled. My car is fixed now paid a third to another shop nearby bay rd.

I started going there after my wife's grandmother had a quote from another place for around $200 and these guys did it for under $30. No complaints, courteous, friendly and helpful.

Fair pricing. Quick turn around. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Not pushy. I have used them several times over the past 8 years for oil changes, U-Joints, etc and have always been satisfied with their work. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I have been a customer of Jo since I was 16 years old and brought my very first car there. A Firebird with bad catalytic converter. Now I am 31 and am still a customer. Over the years because of my praise for this company my dad, step mom, grandma and wife now also use Jo as there mechanic. Jo has had the same guys working by his side literally the entire time I have known him. He must treat them well. I have had every repair to a car or truck you can think of done by Jo and his guys. Literally. I have been here at least 30 times if not more. They even rebuilt a transmission for me once. Not one single time have I ever brought the car or truck back because they did a shotty job. Can you say that about your mechanic? Jo is not the cheapest that s for sure! But should the best have to be the cheapest? No they shouldn t. They are hard workers and know there stuff. They should be compensated as so. If you want your work done right, go to Jo. If you are a penny pincher and okay with half way work go for the bargain guys then. Take your chances. I m a customer for life. I love that this place gets you in n out, they are clean n friendly. The prices are extremely EXPENSIVE!!! I couldn't be picky because I'm always busy at work n needed a company that will get me in n out but hopefully one day I can find somewhere nice & fast where I don't have to empty my pockets for repairs.

Joe, Matt, and everyone at JO Service Center has been great to work with. I was quoted a price for an exhaust install, they were friendly, fair and quick. I WILL be going back for future business and will be recommending to my friends/family.

These people didn't seem to want to listen to what I was saying about the problem with my vehicle. I felt very uncomfortable with this lack of communication so I took my business elsewhere.

I highly recommend this place. They were able to do exhaust work on my car for quarter of the price I was quoted from two other shops. They were very fast and professional and the service was perfect.

The only place I have taken my cars, because it is the only place to get the best service. The staff is the best at what they do, and explain everything so you know your options. And they treat you well, remember your name, etc. Custom exhaust work, oil changes, maintenance, and repairs are always fast too. In my opinion, the best shop in town.

While they do good work, they're pricing is all over the place. Quoted me one thing then more than doubled the original price because they been doing the same exhaust work too much? Get real.

I called to bring in my wife's car to have a new muffler system installed. Joe said to bring it right in. At 9:20 am I dropped off the car. In 20 minutes I had a phone call stating it only needed a small hole in the exhaust pipe repaired and a broken hanger replaced. At 10:20 am Joe called back and said the vehicle was finished. He could have sold me a whole new exhaust system but he didn't. His honesty and professionalism was truly amazing. I have never EVER been treated so great by ANY auto workshop. called/ went to about 5 shops around saginaw before going to J.O they were the most professional and knowledgeable shop i visted exhaust was installed beautifully wanted a black tip on but i forgot to order. when i went to get my truck they had painted the tail pipe a nice black like i wanted and i didnt even ask for them to. they went above and beyond

Excellent service! Quick and easy. Friendly staff who take you to the garage and show you exactly what they think can be done to fix the problem and discuss every option before they do anything. Price was exactly what they quoted before the repairs.

When it comes to picking a repair shop honesty and capability are what I look for. I have found both at J.O. Service Center. The mechanics know their business and always take the time explain my options. I won't take my truck anywhere else.

These guys are awesome.. everything they have done for all my vehicles over the years is done with no worries when you leave. It's great to have a local community auto repair like this in the neighborhood!
