I have used Garber Nissan Service for several years. Ben is as knowledgeable and accommodating as you would want you mechanic to be. He keeps you informed and does not judge if you don't want to or cannot afford to do the service recommendations. I know many people, myself included at one time, do not believe they can afford to service their car at a dealership. I don't know how I can afford to not have Ben and Garber Nissan take care of my car. Thank you, Ben

I bought a year old Nissan from Garber, the sales team was great and I love the car. However when I took it in for the first oil change they gave me a list of recommended maintenance for $6000. I was baffled and they didn't explain why or how urgent they were. I couldn't afford it so I denied them for the time being.Then I went in for my next oil change, expecting to hear I needed the same maintenance and was prepared to ask what maintenance I should do first. Instead they said everything looked fine with the car and charged me a shipping $94 for a simple oil change.The lack of transparency really irks me. I won't be back.

I recently took my car to the Garber Nissan Service center and have realized I should not take it anywhere else. I had been to a couple other places this year because they are more convenient for my work schedule. The Quick Lane in Freeland gave me several stories about the squeaking noises my brakes were making... they replaced my brake pads twice.. and apparently they put them back on incorrectly, which Garber fixed yesterday (no more squeaking). Garber was also the only place able to figure out the clunking noise in the front end. Their staff is always very friendly and professional. Thanks Garber!Service: Brakes
