Would never take my car here again. 2 hours of labor for a diagnostic which takes a few minutes another hour of labor for adding transmission fluid. 201 dollars worth of two minutes of work. I have always gone to Auto Pros and they reinforced why I will continue to go to them. I don't think they particularly care for people of color in my opinion not the most friendliest people I have encountered. After further review of my invoice I see they added three services I had declined, little did I know any of this was brought to my attention. More deception from these people. They made a great impression on me. Never again.

I recently had them put a lift kit on my truck. They were very easy and great to work with. They took the time to answer my questions and help me make the right choice on what lift to go with. Very friendly, helpful and quick.

I was a technician for many years, however, I recently had a problem that required someone with more expertise in computers than I have. I read some great reviews of Gales on Dixie Hwy so I decided to give them a try as our normal shop owner retired. I am very happy with Gales. They didn t take advantage of me when they found that my cars problem was a very simple fix. They could have made me believe that it was a very expensive fix and overcharged me. Rather they explained why my car was having the computer communication problem, (a bad spark plug) and offered to let me fix it myself for only a diagnostic fee. I chose to let them fix it, and as long as their business model stays like this I will be returning to them when things are over my abilities. Thank you Jason, Cameron, and especially Kyle who worked on my car. Your team is top notch!

Gales has continually provided top-notch service and reliable repairs for my vehicles. The financing offered is extremely helpful, and the speed of service is unmatched as well!! I will never take my vehicles elsewhere, as Gales is a true asset to our community!

My first review ever.DO NOT go here if you have other options. The customer services is terrible . The guy literally threatened me because I paid almost 2500 dollars for terrible work and once I get the car home the auto start stops working and the engine light comes on. When 2500 and they glued a piece of fabric onto my car. The only real work was my 1k tires. The guy (after threatening me) says he'll look at the code, then says it's the thermostat smh then offered to see my vehicle in 4days . The kicker here is, they never even rescheduled me for the appointment, had I brought my car in they would have done more damage (and there would have been no record of me ever having an appointment. PLEASE take heed. This shop's is a scam (November 2023)

I usually go the Gales in Bridgeport but since the one opened on state is closer to me nowGreat customer service and they worked me in on the same day I calledI delt with James and Max and they were great! I would highly recommend Gales on state streetGreat prices, fast service,and great customer service with Max and James!

The staff is very pleasant and patient, a big thank you to Jason whom I called about 8 times with questions and my car was repaired same day. Very happy to have my car back so soon.

Update: 4 years later and Gales is still the best service center with the best staff. I don't trust my car to anyone else.Excellent service and wonderful people. They were honest with me about my car's problems and fixed everything very quickly. And at no point was I ever treated like a dumb female about my car. I'm definitely coming here from now on.

I ve taken my vehicle here for maintenance and always been treated great here, Jason is very professional and has helped me tremendously to dealing with warranty company, getting me into a loaner car, and fixing my car with reasonable timing, I will not take my car to any other service center Gales is my go to spot for now on!!

This is the only place I will go they go above and beyond for people! They got my truck in to fix the AC and let me use a loaner car to get back home for work!! They are reasonable on pricing and do one heck of a job to get you back on the Rd!! Thanks team gales!!!!

Great first impression! I wanted a safety inspection, oil change, and tire rotate on my sons older truck. The whole process was awesome, Ryan was super helpful, we were in and out quick, a cool link sent to my phone of what was done and needs to be done. All-in-all awesome experience and will be back. $300-500 quote for transmission fluid change. Should only be $100 to $150 if that. ET automotive only charged me $54 dollars for labor and I brought my own OEM fluid. You wanna charge $300 to $500? Guy was rude on the phone. Something is wrong when you cant even supply your own parts and they are OEM. No thanks. Wouldn't go near this place. It would be cheaper to go to the dealership.

Unmatched customer service. They warranty their work. A little pricy but when you consider the warranty it makes it all worth the price. Any problems at all with the part they fixed they have you bring it back right away and fix you up free of charge. Ryan, and Jay always have been very informative and always make sure to keep the customer in mind. They even went as far as comming along with me on a test drive to make sure I was happy with my repairs. Definitely made a loyal customer out of me and would recommend anyone to come here to get their vehicle back on the road again

My 2014 cadillac is now running great thanks to your team! It is incredibly difficult to find hard-working, honest people these days. Andy told me to bring it in so I did. They checked everything out. I know my transmission lines were linking. The reason I went there.And he told me what it was going to cost to fix them. I told him go ahead because he was lower then what a transmission shop was going to charge me.and he told me it will take about a hour and half and it was done it that time. Very friendly and understanding.I will be going back for whatever else I need in the future.Service: Transmission repair

These guys are consummate professionals.Last Friday I got stranded in Saginaw with a bad rear differential leak and limped into the nearest repair place hoping for the best. Ryan refused to make any false promises to get my hopes up and even gave me advice on other repair places nearby who might have time. Late that afternoon, he called me up and said he and his mechanic had squeezed me in between a couple appointments and I could come pick the car up! Even better, he did the job for under $280 and saved me the cost of hotels for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!Thank you guys for saving me during a small emergency, and all I can do for you is leave a lousy five-star review. I hope it brings you many new customers who are just looking for professionals who tell the truth and take their promises seriously.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

I have never been treated so fairly. The integrity in this company and their people is beyond words. I have never literally felt at home while having car repairs. They have earned a customer for life in me. This is what every business should strive for. I would give them 100 stars if I could, 5 just doesn't cover how absolutely wonderful and intelligent they are. For the first time in my life I would send my daughter, son, or grandparent to them in a heartbeat with full confidence they would be in the best hands possible. And for that I am very thankful.They went beyond great customer service.

Great service, fast and fair priced; Clean nice shop, very friendly honest staff Jason did a great job! I would definitely return for any other service they also gave me a great warranty on my hose repair, overall great service!

I've been to different car service centers and every time I received my vehicle back there was always something else wrong or it wasn't fixed properly. This was my first time going to Gales and I will say I am extremely satisfied with the work. Not only did they do a great job but with me working so much on top of taking my son to school I was able to get one of their loaner cars to help me get back and forth. The staff is awesome, thank you Ryan and Nadia for all your help. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else and I would recommend Gales Service to anyone.

Great service! Not only do they text you with a diagnostic report, it has pictures so you can see that what they said was fine, really is fine, and what they said needs work, really does need work. In addition, they belong to a network so if you're far from home and the repair fails and it's still under the 2 year/ 24K mile warranty, call a toll free number and they can get you to a garage in the network to do the repair under warranty. Great service, I was able to have a loaner car, they answered all my questions, they even double checked something when asked. They listened to me and as a woman, that's important. My car was done quickly and well. It drives like a dream now. Highly recommended.

I really like this place, the service is wonderful, they don't pressure you to do any repairs. They let you know what's going on with your vehicle and the rest is up to you. Try them out!

Nadia and her team are so helpful!She helped me find parts for my car when she wasn t even on the clock and they did a complimentary full detail on my car when I had it there last! If you re a woman who s not comfortable going to auto shops because of the way they up charge or try to get over on you, you do not have to worry about that here! 10/10 highly recommend!

My husband and I love Gales!! Hands down the best service without feeling like your being beat out of your hard earned dollar. The staff is friendly and they make you feel welcome. I definitely recommend them for your Auto Service needs.

From the first phone call to me picking up my vehicle , Gales by far has been the BEST experience I have had in any auto repairs needed. Jason was sooooo helpful.My entire family and many friends all go to Gales. Friendly, very reasonable, fast, honest . The BEST of the BEST !!!
