I got my brakes checked, for free. This is almost unheard of in this day and age. After the inspection they let me know that I did not need brake work at this time and that I had a lot of life in my brakes. Being female and knowing about cars this bit of honesty was so rare and so appreciated Firestone has now gained a new customer for my basic car maintenance such as lil changes and tires and when my brakes do need repair I will be visiting Firestone. Use this place quite a bit, have been very happy with the price, efficiency. This last time not so great though. Brought truck in for a noise got a rundown of issues, fixed all issues. Still the noise now it's something diff and I have to pay for them to pull my rear diff a part to see what it ( could be ) after a 900 bill.

Buyer beware. I hadn't taken my car back because last time they told me I needed over $1,000 worth of work when I went for an oil change. I took it to my regular mechanic and he said there was no problem. My husband took my car in today. He had a coupon for a $30 oil change. They charged him around $80 for synthetic oil! My car has never needed synthetic - it's a 2003 Camry! I feel like an idiot for telling him that's where I'd taken it in the past. Total rip off twice in a row - shame on me.

absolutely do not recommend . Tim told me that my radiator needed to be replaced , he couldn t fix it . It was cracked at the top & leaking apparently. I took it to the place where it was originally replaced less than 8 months ago , and it was just the o ring leaking. Would ve paid 1100$ for something , I just got done for free. if you have to go to firestone , the state st location is a lot better and isn t trying to scam their customers.

Never liked big chains until I walked into this place. Tim is awesome, knows his stuff, and will get you whatever you need. Very honest man and that's rare in anything involving the vehicle industry. Highly recommend.

There Awesome. My husband and I had a flat tire and didn't have any tools on us. We tried getting help from Discount Tire down the road and they told us they couldn't help us at all. We were so we went to Firestone tire and they not only helped us put our spare tire on but they helped us at no charge to us . We were very thankful for there help. They are very friendly and polite. Keep up the Good work Firestone. Thanks again

Blew out a tire up north, this shop was open on a Sunday - had my tire in stock - and allowed my family (including my two kids and two dogs) to sit in the lobby and wait for the work to be done. They got us in and out quickly and were friendly and helpful. Now we can safely head back down state! Thank you!Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

This was the best experience I ve had at a repair shop! Tim was able to get my car in quickly and answer all my questions. He was very polite and made sure my car was finished before I had to leave for an exam! I cannot recommend Firestone enough. Got stranded at a gas station, they were the only ones that could get us in same day. They worked fast, got it done for a reasonable price and sent us on our way. Great experience, would recommend them any day!!

We bought a new set of 4 tires from these guys about 3 weeks ago. Since then we've had to come back 3 times for flat tires because of random holes and each time we were made to wait in an ungodly line for them to correct the problem with the SHOTTY tires we received from them in the first place! Tires and safety are not to be toyed with. Find a different place to get tireS cuz THIS AINT IT!

I came to Firestone for a brake job. I knew what was wrong, didn t need an total car inspection (nor did I ask for one) I just wanted my rotors replaced.It took them 2.5 hours to see my car when I had an appointment at 4 and arrived on time. There was no update on my car the entire time and the lady overseeing my car in the lobby was extremely rude when I would ask.When I finally got an update, I was told nothing of what I asked was completed. They offered to shave my rotors down (which should not be done on my vehicle as the rotors come thin and my brakes would fail), did a brake inspection, and total car inspection (that I didn t ask for as I already had one done) and tried to service my car for something that is not needed. So not only did they not do what I asked, they tried to scam me out of $500 to get a wheel bearing replaced that was inspected my a master mechanic 3 days before.I was extremely ticked off and just asked for my car back as I was now 2+ hours late from obligations I had at home. Which is why I made sure to schedule an appointment They then gave me my car back, but failed to return the caliper pins in my front brakes, making my car unsafe to drive.I was fortunate enough to make it home safely, but their mistake caused me to spend an extra $100 in parts and labor for a total brake job instead of just my rotors.Their mistakes almost scammed me out of my money, but also my life. I will NEVER go back here. That fact they are still open is a miracle with work like this.There was one person who showed genuine kindness in my 3 hours there and it, unfortunately was not the person working on my vehicle.They treated me like I was ignorant, did not do what was asked, and nearly wasted my money and life. Piss poor all around.

Tim has got to be one of the most honest and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. There is nothing more frustrating than a broken car and he does whatever he can to keep your spirits up and thier prices down.

I came here to get my car alternator replaced because it had died on me the day I was supposed to drive back to Canada. The people at Firestone were so great! They were very friendly and had my car fixed in no time. I highly recommend them!

Don't get how a place like this is still in business. Outrageous prices. Went in for a tire rotation, new brake pads, & rotors, they wanted $25 per tire for the rotation, then quoted me $2200 for new rotors and brake pads, took my business elsewhere.

Had an appointment to get my truck aligned and they canceled it on me. I m in a huge rush to get my truck on the road and they have to call and cancel not a good way to do business. Will never go through this place for anything

Staff are friendly and very helpful. The mechanic walked me back and showed me the "give" in my bad bushing compared to the good one on the other side. They also gave me several options and explained the pros and cons. They needed a part from a dealer nearby and they sent someone to pick it up because it could get here faster than waiting for the dealer to deliver it. 10/10 will come again!!

They mark up parts that they get FROM ADVANCED AUTO PARTS by 70-100%. Quoted me over $400 for 2 power steering hoses. Total quote for oil change, and changing hoses $902. Advanced retails these hoses $230. Sadly, I like the customer service I get, but I've switched to a locally owned non corporate shop.

Went in for tires got two new tires and a pretty decent price. I go to have my vehicle serviced at a dealership and they say why do you only have two new tires your vehicle is all-wheel drive You're going to destroy your all-wheel drive by not getting four new tires so I called and complained to somebody who said he was a manager named Craig who then tells me I'm the person who told you to get four tires when it was never explained to me that by not getting four new tires I would mechanically be messing my vehicle up nothing was done about it very very unhappy

Updated: I have reduced my rating by 4 stars! I made an appointment in the early morning for a 3:30 oil change and tire rotation, and it is now 6 pm and I am STILL WAITING!!!! No one has approached me to apologize or offer an estimated wait time. And I arrived 15 minutes early!
