They helped me get into a low mileage vehicle. They considered my finances and credit score. They got me into a good payment plan for a number of years. They went out of their way to pick me up from my place and give me a ride to the dealership. They allowed me to test drive two different vehicles.But it didn't stop there with their awesome service. They also helped me get into a temporary insurance policy. 6 month warranty. No money down and I drove off the lot.I'd recommend Frank or Brandon to anyone in a tight spot.This will help me keep my job and it will help me get to the appointments I need to get to.However these guys were not considering my concerns of a potential lemon, car. They just wanted to get me into a loan to protect the interest of company and financial institution.My vehicle ended up overheating on the first day. But they swore they did a 70 point inspection. Which obviously somebody failed if it is overheating and leaking coolant from the radiator or otherwise.They got it towed to a shop to make repairs. They ended up getting it fixed. But only time will tell if this repair works.Please consider all reviews of this company and reviews of their financial institution, to avoid a situation similar to mine. That will save you a lot of stress and unnecessary hardship.

Quick and easy process! We handled almost all of the transaction over the phone/via text and the paperwork process was hassle free as well. Thank you for providing services for people with not so great credit. I was able to get the exact vehicle I'd had been wanting and looking for for a long time.

Please Do Not buy a car from these people ! My son bought a car from fast finance the car only worked for FOUR months My son took the car back to them 4 times and of course they said nothing wrong with it They were putting my son off and hoping he would go over the milage His job is two hours away ! Plus my son traded in a very good running car Yukon It is going to cost 4,000 to fix this Ford escape ! How dare you people take advantage of young people ! Now he is paying payments on a car that doesn't run. We will be seeing you in court ! You sold him a lemon SHAME ON YOU!

I would highly recommend Fast Finance ! Quick and easy process. They were able to get me approved for a 2014 Jeep Cherokee with zero down. Brendan was my sales person. He was very helpful and professional. Again I would highly recommend Fast Finance to anyone.

Brendan was amazing! We were in desperate need for a vehicle after ours broke down unexpectedly. He was fast to work with us and got us into a newer vehicle right away! The vehicle is absolutely amazing and I appreciate everything that Brendan and Chris did for us! The process was fast and the staff was friendly! Thank you!!

Worst place ever to get a vehicle. Got my car back in January , had gas mileage issues , called Chris manager. Gave me the run arounds for over 4 months. Kept calling him. Said he would help and call back. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM! I would have to call , he would either hang up or wouldn t answer. Still paying $444 a month for a car , that shouldn t be driven! No help at all. Very disrespectful staff. Asking very personal stuff about my job and what I do there and what shift , and demanding.Can t help me with my car , when I was so polite but will call right at 9:00am when the doors unlock to Harass you about a payment that is due. Very unprofessional place , workers with attitudes. Nothing but ignorant people working there. Absolutely ridiculous. Place needs to shut down. Tired of running around , playing me like I m stupid.

We got there close to closing time, but at no point we re we rushed. I was able to get a great vehicle with third row seating. I was approved super quickly and the fact that this helps build my credit is amazing!!! They were all SUPER friendly and so helpful. It was my first time going there and we are planning to return when the time comes for sure.

phil was absolutely great, we corresponded via text messages he gathered my information and got me approved for a vehicle same day. He also assisted me with having a ride to this location so I can leave with a car, great service every thing I asked for he made it happen if you need a Car come do business with him you will be satisfied!

Keith was hands down one of THE BEST salesman I've ever encountered when buying a vehicle. Very helpful and goes the extra mile to assure you're getting what you want and you're happy!! Many automotive salesman will try to push you into buying a vehicle and try to talk you into something even if it's not what you want. Keith is completely opposite and about as honest and down to earth your going to get.

Great consumer service, The guys were awesome! I give them a 1 star because of the vehicles. I had two vehicles from them. PT Cruiser and Grand Prix. I went to them desperately in need of a car. I was young and didn't know anything about cars. I barely even knew how to drive but I had a decent paying job. Both cars gave me hell. I gave the PT Cruiser back first then I got the Grand Prix. By the time my warranty expired, I was pretty much on my own. I feel as if they got down on me twice! I gave the Grand Prix back as well. They sold it for a little over a grand and is now currently suing me for over 7,000!!! which I can NOT afford!

This place is absolutely horrible!! All they sell is lemons and still expect you to pay. They take fully advantage of women and they were the rudest car sales people I ever delt with in my life.. Take my work for it. DO NOT BUY YOUR CARE FROM HERE!!!!!!!

I had stopped in to the saginaw location recently. I was shown the lot by a gentleman named Kyle. He took time to go over the different makes and models, information on vehicles I'm interested in, and how Fast Finance may be the beat fit for my needs. I am currently in the market to get a new vehicle that's dependable for my newly grown family and I, and Kyle took the time to make sure I had a great experience. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

Salesman Keith Dawson assisted greatly on helping me find a nice selection of vehicles i requested for my needs. Family vehicle that can haul 4 children was my request. Keith gave me multiple vehicles to choose from in my price range. Every vehicle would have been great, but ultimately decided on a 2011 Dodge grand caravan express which suits all my needs. As other reviewers have mentioned this business practices predatory lending, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They will sell you a significantly OVER PRICED car, at a VERY HIGH INTEREST RATE that is potentially DAMAGED (our car had a bent sub-frame from an unreported accident that was hidden by the splash guard and covered up with body work). Their sales employees will "help" you get it off the lot without full coverage insurance by instructing you to lie regarding the vehicle's lien status. There are other dealerships in the area (actual dealerships) that will get you in a nice vehicle without ripping you off. **YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED**

Overall process was quick and smooth. Keith didn't waste any time and catered to what I wanted rather than just throwing a vehicle at me. Went above and beyond to cater to multiple time constraints and always was flexible in availability.
