Maybe it's just me but almost every time I visit this car wash I either get stuck inside due to a malfunction or waiting to go in. And yesterday was no exception. Maybe consider factors that are causing this such as maintenance or replacing old equipment. Just my opinion as a business owner myself. Still when it is working they do a great job.

My third visit was today and they do a fantastic job of getting the road bugs off. For 19 bucks you can get the works! Nice work too. They once missed putting tire shine on two wheels but I am certain had I not been in a huge hurry they would have remedied that quickly. Also their "hot girl" has likely doubled the tips they receive and in my opinion should always wear a bikini on hot days.

I usually have a great experience here. But today I went in and the car in front of me somehow stopped in the wash and I hit them. I haven't noticed any damage yet. Had one person come over and talk to me. But nobody from management came out to talk. I believe they load the vehicles to close together.

Went in for an oil change and left with a bunch of scratches being buffed out (no charge) and feeling like this business takes their customer service seriously. Great experience!

We took my truck through the car wash on state street on Saturday. When the truck came out there was snow still on the roof and ice in the wheel wells, back bumper etc. Sunday we went through the one on bay rd. The girl spaying the cars as they came in only stood at the door and sprayed the passenger side as it drove by her. They didn t wash any windows and I had to pull my mirror in. This time there was ice on my rockers. We had to go to a regular car wash to spray the ice off ourselves. We pay for a monthly membership and have continued to get bad service. We have had to go back around after in comes out because it is still muddy. ( tailgate back bumper etc.) if the service doesn t get any better we will be going elsewhere.

Been going here for 8years will not go back, pulled into bay 545 didn't receive service until 6:30. They over inflated 1 side to 51 and 54 .the driver side was inflated 42 and 45 they are all supposed to be at 32 psi. If you dont know how to put air in a tire please going on disability, cuz your obviously incompetent to work

Love these guys. Normally in almost immediately and my car is spotless. But haven't done the oil change.

I've been coming here since 2018, and have never been mistreated. These guys, do an excellent job and don't overprice me for being a woman. Very friendly, good atmosphere. Thanks Matt!

The customer service was poor. The employee escalated the wrong doing of another customer. And the managers was only concerned about moving the line . I clearly see why the employee was rude and nasty. I really felt racism in the air. I will never visit again.

The store manager is the best good guy!!! He Educated my wife on this Pink Cleanser that you put in for your oil like that two ladies created One with Breast Cancer and that it helps cleanse and etc and that every 1 from it goes to Breast Cancer!!!

The one on Bay Road in Saginaw seems to wash cars and trucks better than the one on State Street

Dirt was left on my vehicle rear and they had 2- people to dry off my vehicle. They could at least wipe it off. I guess I got what I paid for.

They are so professional and honest! They show me the air filter, oil when it's done. They could make more money off me for a little bit of dirty air filter. Nope! Just sprayed air filter and said it would last for a few more months. They are so helpful w/o being pushy. If you want quality service here's the place to go. If you're looking for a place that just drains the oil and puts in new then go somewhere else.

Cost more then expected no Motorcraft oil So I had to use Pennzoil plus $125 for oil change in an air filter.

Honestly this is the only place left in Saginaw that gives a great car wash. Best service in Saginaw. Everywhere else feels so impersonal and automated.

Cool guys, but that s it. Went for an oil change and all went well (so I thought). Problem occurred when I took my car in for repairs a week later and they stated whoever changed your oil should have their license removed . They filled my tank up 2quarts over and I have had massive oil leakage since. Could be odd timing, but suddenly afterwards performance on car is terrible. Severe coolant leak the moment I went off the lot. Seriously questioning what they were doing while I was there. Will never be back, especially for the price.Service: Oil change

Self wash is always broken no pressure or closed and the vacuums can't suck up a crumb I'm taking my money elsewhere from now on this has been going on for over a year what a joke

Terrible workers when you enter the wash. Lazy.. never sprayed any part of my truck. Washe washed windshield and tailgate.front.windshield and tailgate.

I've been to Fast Eddie's I believe three times since I've been in the area. It's a great place for a car wash. Everytime I go, I get the Super Duper car wash. The workers are great and they really prep your car to go through the wash. When your car goes through the car wash, it seems like your car moves a lot slower than other car washes which is a good thing. They also have free vacuums. The only thing I didn't like was the suction of one of the vacuums. It could have been more powerful. Other than that, great place to get a car wash.

Just bought a month membership. I can wash my car at work in Saginaw or in Midland! And they towel dry at the end!

This used to be my favorite place to go. The last couple times I've had to go through the car wash multiple times to get my car clean. And I did not pay for the cheap wash. It was $11. After the second time my car still was not clean but I could not bear to go through again. Then they went to vacuum out my cars and the vacuums didn't even suck up anything. Sad to see my favorite places. Not doing great at all. I would not recommend. I would spend the extra couple bucks to make sure it was done right the first time

Oil change was double what everyone else around town charges, which is fine I was in a hurry. But spent a lot of time sitting around after they put oil in my car to work on other cars instead of clearing them out one at a time. Also, he said he topped off fluids but they were not. Dude lied right to my face. I would not recommend going back.
