Photos are the damage done to the dash when they installed my son s aftermarket head unit. Install was not done right, had background noise and alternator whine, took it back. He still has the same problem. We now have to pay another place to fix the problem. This was the best car audio shop back in the day. Not anymore. After this experience, I would never suggest Dukes for any car audio needs.

I recently went to get an estimate for installing speakers that I removed from another vehicle and was charged $600 more than what Best Buy had quoted me. Dukes charged for an amp, even though my speakers already had a built-in amp. Labor was double the amount compared to Best Buy. Not sure what else they charged me for, but the cost of $760 for installation was way too high. I spent $180 with Best Buy, where I also received a lifetime warranty. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just had my line out installed here in order for my factory deck to support an amp for a subwoofer.Originally had gone to Bay City as that is where I am from, but their installers were having issues getting into work today. Gentleman at Dukes in bay city said that they'll take care of us in Saginaw same day for sure.Got in no problem's other than it took a bit longer waiting for the work due to having to head to Saginaw and not being first come first being served any more.Top notch work and will always recommend Dukes for all of your audio/video installations.Vehicle sounds amazing considering how little was put into it, but it goes to show when people know what they're doing everything ends well.

I just had a new head unit, amp and sub installed by Duke's. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what I needed for a great sounding setup and had it installed same day. Highly recommended!

We went to another shop down the road and made appointments for remote start installation on two vehicles about two weeks out. We decided to check out Dukes on a whim. We saved $20 per unit and same day on one vehicle and next day on the other. Very pleased.Just to update, both remote starters are still working 5 years later.

Everyone was super friendly! Quick service & worth every dollar. I got my vehicle tinted all the way around and I am very satisfied with my service! I will definitely recommend to anyone that asks for a place to go for tints.

Went in to Dukes about a year ago to have a system installed in my son's car. Merrick helped us choose speakers and set up an installation appointment. I later returned to add more speakers to the trunk, and again, Merrick took care of business. He is knowledgeable, explained things well, and made sure the install was done correctly. Thanks Dukes!

Duke's use to be a place of integrity and great quality work. However, the new group of guys that are now working half as the job to the fullest. Currently waiting for them to fix the wiring in my car for the 4 time. I have been a loyal consumer since I got my first car at 16 teen. Today is the last day I will ever step foot back in this place.

I went to this shop like two 5 days ago and they told me they'd install the device that I ready have for $65. That's just labor, they said that it takes an hour and a half to install. But I knew that it shouldn't take more than 45 minutes maximum, so I told them I'd think about it. I tried to do it on my own but there was just one wire that I just didn't know where to plug, so I decided to just let them do it. But when I went back today they told me they'd do it for $100 because it's a couple hours work! Really!

The worst place to go for your vehicle needs. So I ordered a part last Monday morning. The guy tells me yes it'll be in few days. So I called 3 days later to check the status to see if it was in. He said because of the snow there were no trucks running. Which is complete crap since I drove 45 minutes in that snow with my tiny car and had no problems. I asked him how long then he said i don't know maybe next Monday maybe next Thursday. He then slipped up and told me my part wasn't even ordered the day I was told they didn't order it till 3 days later. So tell me how do you get a part in 3 days when you don't even order it? I pretty much played it off and kept cool. They had already got all my money for installation and the radio and parts anyhow. So they finally call me today almost 2 weeks after I had ordered the one part. I called to figure out a time I could setup to get everything installed. He tells me "we don't do appointments bro" I asked how can you do installations and not have any kind of schedule system? Makes absolutely no sense. He said "just what we do bro first come first serve" I asked if I brought it in first thing in the morning tomorrow if it could be installed he says "I don't know first come first serve" at that point I hung up there was no point wasting more of my time talking to a disrespectful jerk. I'm a salesman myself I know how it works. But I honestly have no idea how they stay in business with the absolute horrible customer service they are working with. Also rob the manager was absolutely no help as well I think he's as lost as the rest of them. Needless to say I'll be trying to return everything I bought. Why would I want these fools even touching my car after this? Don't waste your time folks go elsewhere.

Terrible window tinting. I brought my car in to dukes and had them put all new tints on my car, 2 windows were cut short and they still had the decency to put them on knowing they didn t fit. Driver side window had creases in it causing a ton of bubbles. Every window has scratches on them now. They overcharged and did half the effort into tinting my windows. Each time I went into complain about it, the second time they said they refixed my windows. The driver side was cut short, they took a sharpie and colored my window on the parts where it was cut short, thinking I wouldn t notice..I definitely would NOT recommend getting your window tints done here. Terrible customer service and terrible work service in general.

Went in to purchase a wiring harness adapter and radio mounting kit for my truck. Ended up buying the wrong adapter, but the guy at the counter was super helpful and get everything exchanged with out any hassle. Happy customer.

They will not back up there work. I came to have them add another remote to my existing remote start. They said no problem. By the time they were done the new remote they sold me wouldn t work and the original remote that was working also didn t work. They charged me 150 bucks to break my existing remote and install a new one that doesn t work and will not refund me a dime. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Duke's Car Stereo staff are absolutely the best!!! They installed my remote car starter a year + 2 day's ago. And did a fabulous job, I dropped my car off before work and it was done and brought to me at my work!!! I just went in because I dropped and broke my remote and they replaced it quickly!! They are all exceptional!! I would recommend them to any one in search of getting a remote car starter or stereo!!! Thanks a bunch for all your help you guys are AWESOME!!!

"Duke's Car Stereo" @ Saginaw, worst experience ever I had in my lifeI request everyone to read my genuine review before visiting this store.As this is a month of winter, I liked to install automatic car starter. I inquired the store associate about the same via telecom. The store person said " 130$ would be installation if you have the kit handy".Then I checked the same kit in Amazon, where the kit (Xpress Kit -Directed) is only 42.98$ but they are charging 99$ which is MORE THAN DOUBLE THE ACTUAL PRICE.Then I went in direct and checked with the store person he said it will take three hours of work to install this in car.We took an appointment from them and scheduled on a weekday.Carrying my laptop I went there in heavy snow (Dec 28th), I was welcomed initially and the store manager said he will fix it. As soon as I said I ordered the kit online with no second thought, he responded no appointment for today, come in the month of February.It was his store representative who told me about installation cost as 130$ via telecomIt was his store representative who told me you can get it on online,if you wish, when I went in direct.Store manager was so harsh and rude to me, though I did not demand anything from him.I did not get the basic respect as a customer, which was really worst.As a whole that store is simply "Crap" , each store representative would gave different responses and ruined my day.The same could happen to you too.Kindly avoid this store for your good. I did not check the review before visiting this store, later I checked almost everyone is complaining.Duke's Car Stereo @ Saginaw - Simply garbage!!!!

Poor customer service. They could care less about your experience - had an issue I called and discussed with their team, and then talked to the manager who basically said it s your problem not mine and meant every bit of it in a demeaning tone. Now that experience from yours but I can t imagine it s not much different when people have concerns with the quality of the final product.

Bought a wiring harness for a new stereo from there and was also looking at remote starters, sales man was very helpful and installer gave me a few pilointers for installing the radio.. Had a issue with the power and called to ask and ROB "store manager" would not answer my question or alow me to speak with a technician. He said they don't tell people how to install but they would be glad to install it for $60.00 he is there to book jobs for the shop.. So I will take my business somewhere else and ask the question and purchase a remote starter.. Thanks for your customer service ROB!

Waste of time! They don't take appointments, so we got there well before they opened to get in line. We were the first stereo installation and they told us two hours. We came back in two hours and they hadn't even started it! How can you run a business like that?

TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL WARM AND WELCOMED BUT IT'S ALL A SCAM. STAY AWAY I BEG YOU. I can't even describe how much grief came upon me by going to this GARBAGE ESTABLISHMENT. I GOT A SIMPLE RADIO SYSTEM INSTALLED, PAID $220 for LABOR AND THESE IDIOTS DIDN'T INSTALL IT CORRECTLY. It fried my wires in my door panel!! I might as well have done it myself or had ANY ROOKIE do it if they were gonna do such a bad job!! And I mean ALL THE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE MANAGER ARE GARBAGE. BUNCH OF BUMS. I had to pay OUT OF POCKET And take it to the dealership to get the door panel fixed because these IDIOTS said "durrrr I have no idea what could be wrong. Can't help you." I paid OUT OF POCKET for gas money, FUSES, paid to drive back MULTIPLE TIMES, AND couldn't even drive my own truck for an entire weekend because the door panel wires were fried! AND THEN I called the store to see what they could do about me not being able to drive my truck. I figured they would squeeze me in given the circumstances but instead this RETARD TONY says "Sorry broooo... can't help you until Monday. K see ya." Those were his EXACT words. Terrible establishment. All the employees need to be fired and I know there's not anyone in the world who would disagree. STAY AWAY.

I made two phone calls and made a trip in to the store. I told them exactly what I wanted and they said no problem we can do that. I took my truck in to have the work done and then they said "oh your truck can't take that radio." Don't you think that if your going to quote someone a price you should actually make sure you can do what you say. $1600.00 Loss on their part!

Went there today for a radio installation that I was told the day before to get there before they open and wait in line they will get me in. Only told be told they was to busy for radio installation today but my buddy in line 3 spots behind got his install same day. Lying jerks!!!

Litterly these guys are the WORST at hooking up stereos. Made the mistake of taking my boyfriends truck there twice. The second time they actually asked us who hooked up his radio the first time becuase it was so messed up and it was THEM who hooked it up! And even now after having them hooked up a brand new radio the second time the speakers crackel very loud every single bump we hit and when accelerating the radio buzzes and actually gets louder with higher RPM. Unless you like your brand new $400 radio to sound like garbage i would NOT take anything here!
