Their names fits them perfectly because they really are the best. They are so reasonable with their prices and are so fast no matter what you need done. Every employee who has helped me has been nothing but kind. And they have never once not been able to fix whatever problem I have going on with my car. I would never go to anybody else, I m so thankful they re local.

We always try to bring our cars here when we can. We appreciate the attentive, honest, and fair work that is done by the whole team. I've been bringing my vehicles to Best Automotive since they were on Fashion Square and I've always been well taken care of. I always trust the work and advice they provide and feel the prices are very fair.

The start to finish process of car repairs we're new to me. I only had an idea of how it worked Best put my vehicle on the lift gave a quote and, finished before I knew they started I guess it's the owner he had a great game plan!

As an ex- mechanic I normally do all my own automotive work. There is not a single part on a standard 4x4 combustion engine vehicle (think Jeep Wrangler type vehicles) that I have not laid my hands on in some form or fashion. When I was a mechanic and worked on other s vehicles, I would jokingly give them my Keller Guarentee because my work doesn t fail (and I m not knocking on wood or crossing my fingers). I ve always taken extreme pride in my work, which is why I always guaranteed my work.Anyway on to my point.When there s any reason I can t do the work myself (e.g. I don t have the specific tool, it s freezing outside and I don t have a garage, I don t have the extra time, etc.), I always, and ONLY, take my vehicles to Best Automotive Repair.

These guys were amazing! Very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Their shop is conveniently located. I am very satisfied with the work, our explorer is running great. I definitely recommend, Best Automotive.

Best Auto really does live up to their name. I personally don t like taking my car anywhere else but Best Auto because literally they are the best. They have done some really great work on my Prius the last couple years and are always very prompt, friendly and very reliable. Thanks for all you do!

My son bought a vehicle from a dealership in November. Lasted 6 weeks maybe after putting an additional $1,000 into it. We thought maybe junk it. But I got talking to a family member and he recommended Lowell at best automotive repair to check it out. We take in and we re thinking the worst that it can t be fixed. Not only did they repair the engine, they gave it a once over to make sure there were no other issues. And the price of the repair came in under quote. Thank you Lowell and staff for a superb job. Lowell and his team was able to get my vehicle in and repaired in the same day while his competitors were not able to get me in until next week. My fuel injector was replaced, the pricing was fair and the service was excellent. Heading home from out of town. Still had over an hour to go and a warning light came on the instrument panel which needed to be addressed right away. Located Best Automotive Repair via Google. Car was looked at right away, and it was determined the alternator needed replacing. They squeezed us in to get it repaired. They also pointed out two additional issues that needed to be repaired, but could wait until we got home. About an hour and a half wait. Traveling through town, I had a breakdown and had to be towed to their shop on a Sunday evening. They were able to fit me in for repairs and did an outstanding job on communication, repair, quality parts and pricing. If you are looking for car repairs that you can trust, this is the place to go. They didn t try to upsell me anything and did not over charge me. The mechanic did a great job keeping me informed and gave me a few options of how to approach the situation. He does great work and the gear heads I know, respect their work. My car battery died at work and I was unable to get in anywhere that day to get it fixed. O'Reilly's recommended this business and they were able to get me in right away just before closing. I was in an out quickly and the car is working great! My dad's battery died on his way to help me get my car started and he was able to get it replaced here early the next morning and had a good experience too. My father and I have been going to Lowell at Best Automotive for >20 years. I took my Vehicle in 4 days ago with several items to check. He fixed what I needed, identified an unknown problem with the oil pan, and said the brakes are good for a little longer. Not once has he taken advantage of me or screwed me over. In this world of greed and selfishness that's a rare quality. I will continue to recommend his company to anyone who asks.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Been taking my Jeep there a few times now and I can not say enough good things about this place. The owner and everyone who works there are simply great people! Had my problems fixed in no time. Would definitely recommend them!! They re always so nice, and also the prices are very fair.

My family has used Best automotive repair for over 10 years now. Lowell has always been a great, honest business owner. He never try s to sell you a service you don t need. He and his employees do an awesome job of inspecting your vehicle. If your vehicle doesn t need any repairs he ll let you know, and not take advantage of you by doing repairs that s not needed. Lowell and his staff are very professional and courteous. I would recommend Best Automotive Repair to everyone, and have recommended the business to family members and friends. I trust him and so should you. You will not be disappointed with repairs his staff performs on your vehicle. Very honest! We had my husband's car in last week for breaks. We assumed that he needed them all done since it has been a while. They quoted a fair price. They called the next day to say it was finished and only needed one set. The price was half of what we were quoted and it was done in less than 24 hours. They could have easily replaced both sets of breaks and we wouldn't have questioned it. We will definitely be back. You just gained customers for life.Service: Brakes

I've been going to Best Automotive for years and I'm happy to keep going back there. Before I found Best Automotive, I used to struggle to find decent car repair for affordable rates in the Saginaw area. The cheaper places had a tendency to sell me parts and services I didn't need while the more expensive places charged me $100 just to look at it. Best is literally the best auto repair place I've found. The mechanics there are honest, affordable, and I really just like them. I highly recommend Best Automotive!

Lowell and his repairmen we're fantastic. Gave me a ride home while they looked the car over and checked if I needed a ride to pick it up. They completed all the repairs in 6 hours and returned our car riding like new. Best automative place I've been to! They are fast, efficient. I went in for an oil change, got my struts replaced, got an alignment and tire rotation. They are very quick! Lowell and his team are very knowledgeable. I will even drive 3 hrs to come back here when I'm not here in saginaw for college lowkey.

My family and I have come to Best Auto Repair for over 15+ years. They go above and beyond for their customers. I used to double check their recommendations when I first started bring my vehicles here but after a short period of time, I don't think twice on second guessing the team. Told me one price and then did a job that was more and told not me not serviceable but was the job I was told I was paying for. Also my auto repair manual says can be done just take to shop to be press out. Then tell me the alignment the needs to be done when changing the control arm assembly can t be done because my breaks are locked but I can drive it with out one done, it won t move to do the alignment but you can drive it. Makes no sense to me. Trying to make me feel like I don t see what you do to people. Keep thinking that the costumer s don t know things just to up charge. Don t tell me you can do one thing and then don t and charge more and had the desk guy tell me, we care for your safety but will send someone on their way to ruin their vehicles more with a unserviced alignment. Also saying I denied a alignment when they refused to do. Also mechanic walked away and would not talk left it up to the desk guy that don t no more than what s on the computer. Would have came back, but never again.

Took my car into Best to have steering looked at and taken care of. Lowell has always been trustworthy. With my last car, he even recommended trading it in versus fixing it due to the cost of what was needed to be done.
