What a great place to take your car to to have service done on it. The problem with my vehicle was fixed after a lithium battery was dropped into the cooling fan of my vehicle. Thank you so much for your service and the fact that you only charge me for labor I sincerely appreciate it.

These guys are awesome everyone treated me like family even though I have a old 1991 Chevy caprice they treated like it great and wouldn t go anywhere but here unless u want to lose customer service and money thanks for work for this car if it was not for all auto and truck service I would not still have my car this and the great people I will be driving down to get more work done in September this is my old Chevy

I had a fill in guy n it took 2.5 hrs to mount and balance 4 tires but super friendly everyone was. Customer service was on point and they took $10 off of the $50 ( which was a great price in the first place ) would definitely go back and would reccomend to anyone!

Nothing but great things to say about this place! I work nearby and today I noticed I had a flat after a few hours of being at work. After a quick call, they immediately came over to fill my tire with air, drove it over to the shop, changed out the tire, and brought it back to me...all within less than a half hour and for an incredibly fair price. They truly go above and beyond!

I take my vehicle to All Auto when I need something done - big or small. I've been going for a few years now and Bill has always been very helpful. They explain vehicle issues in detail without getting too technical. They are honest about what you need, prompt about repairs, and they don't try to up-sell you on anything or pull any shenanigans. I wouldn't read too deeply into the bad reviews. The staff is very nice, smart, and helpful.

Not a great experience. Had all of my change stolen out of my car because it was left unlocked while the vehicle was there, then made it all the way home and realized they didn't even put the hood down all the way. I have no problems getting my cars fix from All Auto. This Auto repair shop is a place where anyone can have total trust, with confidents; that the job will be done right. For a customer with multiple issues on their vehicle, they can expect to hear what needs to be done now, and what can be put off later. If you are a person who cares about your vehicle and want a honest mechanic, then All Auto is the place for you to keep your car in almost like new conditions. Never again worry about spending money on pointless labor, and on shady work done to your car. I will rather drive hundreds of miles to get my car worked on at All Auto.

Every time i need my car fixed i come here. I never have had a problem with my vehicle after getting it fixed. The mechanics are honest and there quality of work is phenomenal. I dont trust taking my vehicle anywhere else in Saginaw. All Auto is reliable.

Cody knows His stuff! Cody worked on my Cadillac STS, needed timing fixed! Now all my electronics work great! Auto-Start works again! The car feels and drives Brand New! They blew my mind! Great knowledge and Services! This is My Forever Mechanic Shop! I will be back to have other repairs done! Genuine, Kind and Friendly

This place is horrible. I went in for brakes n possible rotors on the front of my truck, they tried to say my brakes rotors and calipers were destroyed. So my quote went up from $283 to $528. I didnt believe it so I took it to the dealership and found out my rotors were fine in the front and only one caliper was sticking a little n just needed some lubrication. They just tried to take advantage and get extra money. I ended up saving a few hundred dollars. I do not recommend this place and will never return

Highly recommend. Family owned and operated, always have smiles on their faces and are great to work with! Their always upfront and honest about the issues in my vehicle, and never out for just the money.

Love this Spot I really appreciate this Family Owned Mechanic Shop They Help Me out on Some Gasoline I Called most of Saginaw Mechanics shops and everyone acted like it was heart surgery no body really didn't wanted to help us Someone from Firestone Told me to call and check here and it was the best thing I could have done the coolest thing about this place they understood my situation and charge me a good price and the coolest thing if they are gonna take a while they have someone there to drive u home and picked me up with they we're done fixing the car up Appreciate them for everything they did for me Customer for life if any thing happen to my car ill be bring it back in to them

The best place in the tri cities for a used tire. Payed $15 for a $40-$60 tire, will be going back for 3 more next week. Defiantly worth the drive!!! & they are very friendly & kind people too.

I was referred to All Auto by Bottom Line in Saginaw and am very pleased with their customer service. They explain in detail and simple terms what they observe on my car, and offer me options without pushing their own agenda. Very kind and honest guys. Please check them out!!!

I don't live in this area, so when my low tire pressure light came on in the middle of a slushy, icy storm I pulled over to the first place I saw with a Tire sign. I could not pull my car into All Auto because of the snow and ice, so a very nice young man hooked three hoses together and dragged them out into the slush to check my tires. I was so grateful! If I ever need services again, I will be sure to go to All Auto.

I called about getting my tire fixed had a screw in it..I gotta this place and the gentleman at the counter was kind and courteous they fixed my tire in 20 minutes and were very professional. I'll take my car there anytime..thanks for your help and promptness.

They kept my vehicle for days and never received a status call. Finally when I got a hold of someone, was told they did not know what was wrong and there would be an extra diagnostic fee to continue . My car is now at the dealer 2 weeks later

Just a heads up for people looking to get the lowest price on maintenance: this place will NOT allow you to supply your own parts. Which is usually half the battle. No thanks.
