The easiest experience I ve ever had with a car. As a young woman without much knowledge on my vehicle, I hate going places alone. But the owner and men who run this business were extremely kind and comfortable to be around. Really fair prices and safe atmosphere. Will absolutely be making this my official tire shop. Thank you!

The guys work hard at A-1. The problem is this is my fifth time back getting 4 tires. The first time they didn't have enough help. The second time I came I got 4 tires put on. The third time I came was an hour after the second one of the tires was bad and went flat. The fourth time was the next day because another tire was bad and went flat. Now I'm here for the fifth time getting another tire put on from a bad one. In 30 days they lost a loyal customer.

You might as well flush your money down the toilet when you get tires from this place. The warranty should be 30 minutes or 30 feet. The owner needs his head flushed as well. If you see this post and still go there just remember I warned you!

Absolutely love this place and people! I got a flat tire and they were very quick to help find out that I had a nail and fixed it right away. Definitely recommend this place if you re looking for cheap tires and tire services!!Edit: Went there again today to get a full set of tires and experienced the amazing customer service again, along with the cheap prices! This business and the people are just absolutely amazing, and I appreciate all the work they do!!

Tire went flat bad and they took care of me right away. They are always good . Very helpful. I never go anywhere else for my tires. Only to A-1 Tire. THANK YOU

Three gentlemen helped me out today. I am extra grateful they are open Sunday. Feels good to not worry about my tire when we drive!!! Fast, efficient and very reasonable priced.

Broke down Saturday afternoon with a flat tire. These guys went the extra mile and took care of my needs, beyond impressed with the work ethic and going out of there way to make sure they took care of me. Highly impressed with the entire operation. A real class act.

I feel about the staff of A-1, like TONY the TIGER-"THEY'RE GREAT!" The young lady came to my rescue and said, " Let me see what's going on?" Within 15 minutes she removed the nail out of my tire, repaired it, and handed me my invoice. Now, that's what you call A-1 SERVICE. Ladies, go by and tell her that you heard how she MAN-HANDLED & repaired my tired with a smile, Proves all gender, size, & ethnicities work at A-1!!!!!

I got 2 used tires, fairly quick and very cheap. I appreciate the work that was done but they were just so unprofessional. Yes, it's on the Eastside of the city, but where's the ethics and standards?

Waited for 3 hours waiting for them to put a simple tire on a rim. Then after 3 hours told me the only tire they had in that size was bad. Definitely don't recommend.

Bought 4 nice tires from sonny..had an issue with 1 took it back he made it rightPlan on going back to get tires on my daughter's car in the near future..the saginaw location

As a repeat customer I always expect fast service and quality, and affordable rates. But recently the owner went the extra mile in making sure I made it home safe and gave some sound advice in maintaining my vehicle. That's the kind of service that brings loyal customers!!

Got a tire here and within 100 miles wires were showing. Called them and came back (since tire has a 30 day warranty) and was told it was my fault, that the car needs an alignment. Did not honor the warranty, gave me 20 off on another tire, which I did just to get me home. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

Very unprofessional.The worst experience I had when getting used tires. The first day I called to get the tires, they told me they was going to get the tires and call me back before 1:00 pm but they never called me back. I eventually called them back around 4:00, just for them to tell me they haven't done anything they said there was going to do. they told me to come up there the next day and they'll get me together. The next day I went up there and I sat there for two and a half hours to get my tires put on and I was the only customer there at the time. They did not even finish putting my tires on they put two on and told me to come back the next day, with the promise of giving me some of my money back for the inconvenience, so I agreed. The following day which is day three now, I went back for them to put the other two tires on. they did not give me some of money back like they assured me, instead they gave me 20% off tires, the next time I come get some tires. If you got time to waste then this is the place for you. if you like companies that do not keep their word then this is the place for you, but A1 tire in Bay City Michigan is definitely not the place for me and I do not recommend them.

My husband and I were pulling our boat along with a carload of kids all the way up north and go figure we get a flat, I called A1 tire and not only was Sunny very helpful he had exactly what we needed and he had us in and out in literally 7 mins. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
