My experience at Wear Master was a delight compared with other car repair shops. I drove in with no appointment and they immediately put my car on the lift and diagnosed the problem. At the front desk, Jim was friendly, and we chatted for a few minutes while the car was being looked at and within 10 minutes, I had a price. The repair took a couple of hours, and I was on my way. The parts were a bit pricey but fair, and the labor was very reasonable.They get my vote and my future repair business.

I needed exhaust repair as my car was rumbling LOUD. I walked in to a clean, comfortable waiting area smelling of fresh coffee. They looked at my car almost immediately. Rather then trying to sell me an entire exhaust, they easily cut and pasted a new piece of pipe that fixed it for a fraction of the cost!! In and out of there in an hour!! Thank You Bob Nolan and the whole staff!! You got a new customer.

My exhaust rusted and fell apart just before leaving for Nashville. These guy fixed exhaust, changed oil in less than 2hr's. We where on the road on time, and a very fair price.

Everyone was really nice, and the service was fast. I have never gotten a thank you card from a garage before! I am happy with my repairs, but I feel like getting my spark plugs and coils replaced, and a fuel flush at the tune of $1200 was a little pricey. It is hard for me to swallow the pill when I should have gotten another estimate before agreeing to repair cost.

I came into get my oil changed. I m new to the area and needed a reliable place for car services and I found it! Andre was extremely helpful and friendly and made sure I got what I needed done. He gave me advice for my car without being pushy and trying to sell me on anything. Services were timely and it overall was a great experience. I will definitely be returning!

Great service and very friendly employees. I worked with Andre and the Price I was given was very fair based on several quotes I received from other shops. The communication thorough out, what is typically a difficult process, was spectacular. I will absolutely be coming back in the future! Thanks again!

Ken and staff are great people in general. They do amazing work at a very reasonable price. I love a shop where they take you back in the shop. And the thank you card he sends out is just something you don't see anymore these days.

Very professional and courteous, been coming here for years. Took my sons car in a couple weeks ago and they had it repaired in an hour. Didn't try to sell me anything else just the part I needed. Received a hand written thank you note from Kelly (the tech that helped me) in the mail for my continued trust in them. I thought it was a nice touch you don't find very often these days. Would recommend them to everyone.

They have worked on both of my vechiles for oil changes, shock/struts, brakes, steering components. Had a transmission issue on a hybrid, they said best to take that to the OEM dealership. John and Andre (others as well) have treated us with respect and follow thru.

If I could leave zero stars I would. These guys repaired my car with a used fan from a car not even similar to my model. Charged a ridiculous amount for the work. Months later the fan falls off and my car overheats and nearly dies from it. I go to another shop, they showed all this to me and charged a fraction of the price to fix it. If these guys screwed me they might screw you too. Don t take the risk, there are plenty of better places.Update: don t believe their bs comment.

I would advise anybody that is considering having work done at this shop to reconsider. I took my car there for a brake fluid flush and fill and when I picked it up they told me it needed a complete brake job. They wanted $968.00 for a rotor and pad replacement. Being that is an outrageous price for a brake job, I decided to do it myself. They told me it was dangerous to drive my car. What I found out there was absolutely no problem with my brakes. They was slight wear, but nothing that would call for replacement. I replaced the master cylinder and now the brakes work like new. Steer clear of this place unless you like over paying for work that does not need to be done. Crooks!!!

I stopped in here after seeing their sign outside after church that said something along the lines of: If the Lions win, Free oil change (conventional/non-synthetic) the next day. The Lions ended up winning and the next day I called to confirm that they were actually doing it, and sure enough they were.I took my car in the next day and everything was so easy and went so smoothly! All of the workers that I interfaced with were extremely friendly, including the owner, Paul, who came out to personally speak with my wife and I. Paul wanted us to know that the mechanics would note anything that they founded wrong on the car, but reinforced that we should not feel pressured to buy anything or fix anything. They were simply just reporting what they saw. I found this incredibly comforting. To make matters better, I think it probably only took 10-15 minutes for them to get my car done!I want to applaud the staff of Wear Master for their integrity and customer-first mentality!

My car had a vibration and loud sound that I thought was a problem with my exhaust system; it turned out to just be a minor problem with one of my tires. They also informed me that it was time per my car's maintenance schedule for new struts and shocks (items that are a bit pricey), but is not an urgent problem and alerted me there is a $75 rebate in March and April.The total for all their diagnostic work was a whopping $0.00. While I did not have any repairs done by Royal Oak Wear Master today, I appreciate their quick and honest appraisal of my car concerns and will definitely be back the next time my car needs work!

Awesome!!! Fixed my truck! They took my truck gave me a price to fix what was broke and wete able to save me a few dollats. They kept it for a few days while i got my money for the repair. I just picked it up and all is well. Thank you Wearmaster and Norm for your professional service. And Ken.

Ken and staff were amazing! My car stalled out right on Rochester road and they dropped everything they were doing to come and help me. They checked out my car the very next day and let us know everything that was wrong. Courteous and honest. They have our business!Thanks Ken!

I love this place! I would recommend it to everyone. They are fair, fast, and honest. David, the manager, is friendly and very helpful. Norm, the mechanic, was honest and full of knowledge. I liked that they physically showed me what needed to be repaired and how quickly they were able to complete it. Thanks!

Came in with an excellent coupon. Service was friendly and the guys at the counter chatted me up. Technician brought me back and pointed out a couple possible issues with the vehicle- even took photos for me. No pressure to get additional repairs done there. Nice job.

I always receive great service, very competitive pricing, time estimates are always reasonable and they are always dead on with their estimates. All staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this business!As for the negative comments, please keep in mind this store went through a rough patch (and a closing) after the original owner passed unexpectedly. Paul (the new owner) has been committed to getting this shop back to high standards.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOUR CAR BROKEN!! This is your classic shop that charges you too much and tries to fix things that are not broken. A long story short, they charged me $175 to fix my AC, said I needed a new compressor and evaporator core for an addition $680 on top of the $175 I already paid. I took my vehicle somewhere else and got the problem fixed for $166 and now my AC works!! I lost $175 to this place and they wanted $680 more out of me to fix things that were not even broken! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Wear master is the most honest and fair price always great work never disappointed norm works hard and does excellent work everytime had lots of work done Paul is very professional and doesn't try to take advantage of anyone sometimes when I was having money troubles he helped me still and let me pay him when I had the money it wasn't anything huge but still Jim is very helpful and respectful I would never go anywhere else and I would in courage anyone to go there if they want there car or truck done right and safe they are like one big family there and take good care of you thank you wear Master Paul norm and Jim they have been a blessing to me

This certainly has not been my experience. I've gone nowhere BUT Wear Master and always get a good deal. A lot of people don't know they also honor to beat other shop prices. I've brought a couple in and they always match or top it.

Great place to take your car or truck to get worked on. I usually try to do my own work and I am super protective over who works on my car. When I can't do something myself, I always take it in to these guys. Good company. Friendly and reliable.

Tried selling me 200 exhaust gasket that costs 12 at most auto parts stores..when I pointed out price I could buy for tried telling me removing 4 bolts would cost over 200... Reminds me of the old garages that would charge ya for blinker fluid...as to the response I've worked under cars for over 20 years and my torch was out of O2. I fully understand the skill.and as for it was all labor..no your salesman said the gasket was 200 not including labor..the gasket fits between my headers and the cat.. all 4 bolts are in the same spot ..a place on 14 mile did the job in 15 mins and used the gasket I brought that cost 9.00Bottom line salesman seen a guy in a suit driving a BMW and took me for a chump.

They tried to convince me that I needed a new battery, catalic converter,shocks,etc. The 100.00 dollar break pads escalated to over 1300.00 dollars. I went to midas and they told me I didnt need all the extra crap. I called the State Attorney General.
