Royal Oak Ford took care of my vehicle issue promptly, George in the service department was upfront from the beginning, secured a very nice loaner for the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. I cannot say enough about the entire team at Royal Oak Ford - the best car repair experience I've ever had - from start to finish - Thanks again to the whole team!!

I appreciate the service I received Saturday in the parts department. I had a key fob with a low battery warning. He replaced the battery and explained, if I ever run into this problem again and the fob won't work. There is a key inside the fob to open the car door. Put the fob in the center console. It should get me to a safe destination. Thank you for the knowledge and time. It really meant a lot.

I called to schedule an appointment for maintenance and a recall notice. Person on the phone can't schedule an appointment but promises me that someone will call to schedule it soon. They never called.

Just leased my 4th vehicle from Royal Oak Ford and their service was EXCEPTIONAL, as usual. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, call and speak with Anthony Simon, he's the best!! Four vehicles equals 9 years of trust in your dealer, plus 3 more years on the new Edge.
