Had a great experience. Adel was able to quickly identify an issue with my brake fluid when I brought it in and got it resolved by the next day. Very friendly and prices were fair. Will definitely come back.

I was travelling for work when my minivan broke down. I looked up repair shops nearby because it was more than I could repair to get back on the road. This shop was a little further away than others, but the reviews were excellent.On, arriveal, I was greeted quickly, and Adel agreed to take a look at my van, and told me that it would take a few days to get to it as they were scheduled out with other vehicles. I told him that would be fine, that I had work to perform in the area anyway, and that I would get a rental car and come back to pick up my tools and supplies.When I asked about a couple of hotels in the area, he realized I was from out of town, and told me that he would do his best to get to my van a little quicker, which I appreciated, but told him it wasn't necessary.The next day, Adel called me and told me that I had correctly diagnosed the issue, and he told me the price and asked if I wanted to proceed. I authorized the work, and told him that I knew my van had a lot of miles on it and that if anything else popped up or needed to be addressed, to just let me know. he said he would order the parts and try to repair my van as quickly as possible.The next afternoon, he called and said that the van was done and ready to go. Also that there were some other issues that popped up, and he addressed those as well. When I went to pick it up, the price, which was already very reasonable, was unchanged. He refused to charge more for the additional work, and said that he just wanted to make sure everything was set so I could go make money and get back home safely.I was in a position where it would have been easy to take advantage of me, and this shop did not. They went above and beyond to help me out in a bad situation and performed the work completely and quickly. I can't thank them enough, and I only wish they were closer to home so I could use them all of the time.

Best experience possible. Whole staff was awesome. I came in nervous about the process and they were so easy and friendly. Very great prices and took good care of me. Had a whole new set of brakes and more done and ready in ONE day. Highly recommend.

Adel and Royal Oak Automotive Care is amazing, no questions asked. They are kind, courteous with your time, and beyond reasonable with their prices. I ve gone here and have also recommended them to family and friends. It s the only shop I d go to in the metro Detroit area!

The best place for your car. Extremely fast, with extremely competitive prices. Some of the best customer experience I ve EVER had. The first time I walked in Heidi offered me cake. It literally does not get better than that.

Adel and Heidi have been so thorough with inspecting my car great prices and very kind! I won't take my car anywhere else EVER again. I finally found a really good mechanics and amazing prices. I feel safe now driving my vehicle! I will be going back for more work to be done in a few months they have been excellent!

I have made Royal Oak Automotive Care my go to auto repair shop for 15 years, going back to when it was located on Woodward Avenue. Adel, the owner, has been the most trustworthy mechanic. Not only because of the quality of his work but also because he informs you of your options, including advising you the most value based option. He is genuinely honest, a rarity in this business.

Finally, AN AUTO SHOP WHO GENUINELY CARES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! I stopped in for a windshield wiper repair today, mind you it is rainy outside and their team was busy. However, Adel (the manager/owner) insisted on checking it out for me while I was there. He came back in 5 minutes with the wiper fixed!!!He even let me know that the shop I was going to prior was shorting me a little bit on my fluids, and told me to just be aware of it for next time. Welp, there won't be a next time because I'm going to Adel for now on!!!Heidi, the receptionist, was also very kind and sweet!! I called 4 places prior to going here and she was the first who DIDNT put me on hold and actually listened to the problem!I've had my fair share of auto problems over the past few years, and I wish I knew of this place sooner.

I cannot say enough good things about Royal Oak Auto Care! The staff and owner are so nice and beyond fair. I will be making them my regular car repair shop and I would highly recommend them to anyone who will listen! I am always happy to find a new local business that is both affordale and nice.

Exceptional service, quality work, and absolutely delightful people! Pricing is good, too. This is the best auto care shop I ve been too and, while I don t look forward to needing future repairs, I do look forward to seeing these fine folks again : )

ROAC was my initial tow destination, based on ratings and proximity, but AAA got it started. Brought it in the next day after I bought a new battery and they gave it a checkup. Even with two mechanics out, ROAC had it done and back to me in 24 hours. We will be returning (great phone service as well!)

Great service and cost. I needed new brakes ASAP but had very limited availability to get the repairs in. Royal oak automotive care fit me in between their scheduled appointments and worked quickly to get my car back to me. The receptionist was even kind enough to give me a ride! Wonderful experience all around and I plan to take my car here for any future repairs.

This was my first visit. I called two days prior to my cost and they were honest about the wait time and advised that I came in two days later.I m totally impressed with the service. Heidi greeted me and was very thorough on taking my information. They diagnosed and repaired the issue by later that day. They were honest about the issue and the cost was reasonable. These people are real!They don't mess with you. They don't lie to you. They will surprise you with work done opposed to cost (the shock being the low price).Also, the staff treat you like family. Like, inside joke creating lvl family.

I took my vehicle here for the first time and I was extremely satisfied. I have been to many auto shops with my prior vehicles and I have never had such a thorough and detailed experience. I took my vehicle in this morning and it was done same day! It was very affordable compared to other quotes I received. Their team went above and beyond with no additional fees. I will be recommending them to any and all and will most definitely be taking my vehicles here moving forward.

Adel has kept my car running for a little over two years now since I started using this garage and his services. Extremely competitive pricing (after getting multiple quotes in the Royal Oak and Ferndale area) & an extremely knowledgeable mechanic. He is willing to go the extra mile to make sure your car is in tip top shape. I wouldn t use any other mechanic in the areaService: General repairs & maintenance

Overall good experience. I dropped my Ford Bronco off at 9am and they were able to get me back on the road by 3pm the same day with a reasonable bill. Would recommend to anybody in the area that has a rough idle that that needs to be checked out.

A good, honest business with fair pricing - they always explain everything being done in detail with no surprises. An absolute gem.
