William was awesome! I called three other auto stores looking for a battery. He was the most polite and pleasant person I talked to on the phone so I decided to go to this store. My uncle and I came in to test my battery and alternator. William was super helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

1. They greeted me when I arrived. That's a big one for me, especially if staff is close to the door.2. They were respectful during my purchase. Another big one. Please don't talk down to me.3. Clean and well stocked.

Customer service at this location was awesome. Immediately dropped everything they were doing and checked my engine light! Very satisfied with this location and the help I received! Didn t know there was high mileage seafoam either so this has to be one of the first places to carry it!!!! O O O OREILEYSSSSS AUTO PARTSSSSSS LOLOLOL

On 02-10-2023 4:30p, I encountered some car problems after shopping at Trader Joe s right across O Reilly s. My mom and I added up to be a Century and a half years old, so we are not the young and cute bunch, we know nothing about cars except driving it. I went into O Reilly and explained the situation, William at the store gladly came out and check on our car for us, he is patience and helpful, he figured out the problem, we went back in the store, I bought the parts and he helped us fixed the problem. Thank you William! At my work, our customers will filled up a form and nominate the excellent worker for a daisy award, I hope your company can reward you for the excellent job you did. They minimize the annoyance of needing to deal with my car in every possible way. Context, I know nothing at all about cars. I went in there and mindlessly bought the wrong wiper blade. After finding this out the hard way, I was ready to take the L and just buy another one without returning it since I d ripped open the packaging and pulled off the protective plastic strip. After I thought to ask them what type of blade mount my car uses (apparently there are more than one type .) They were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I was actually able to return my wrong blade, something I had assumed was impossible. They even came out and installed it for me. This was all within the last hour of them being open on a Monday night. Kudos to these guys, I know where I ll be going for my auto parts. Truly a model for customer service.

Bought a battery here a little over a year ago and it died. 3 yr. warranty so they ordered a replacement. Wrong one came in but worked on the car so they gave us a partial refund. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back for all our automotive needs.

I went into this locations to ask if I had put the wire on my wheel cover correctly. Turns out I didn't. Josh showed me the correct position and then offered to show me how to tap it on. He then proceeded to pop the others off and put on the other 3. What a nice young man. I will definitely shop at this location from now on. Thanks again, Josh!

Great prices with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was helped immediately upon entering and found what I need undercutting what I thought I'd spend. Definitely recommended to casual car people and modifiers alike.

Manager was extremely rude. I ordered a part and had my wife go get it. I called 30 minutes before my wife got there telling them that she would be picking it up. The manager was extremely rude, did NOT have a mask on, and gave her a hard time picking up the part. I will not shop at this store as long as the bully manager still works there. Re: Oreilly, I did NOT get my money back, my wife was sent home with the product I ordered, but, did you even read my complaint? It sounds like a completely automated response. I'm absolutely horrified by your manager responding to me WITHOUT a mask, and being incredibly confrontational with my wife. I can't believe what you are trying to do right now.

I went there to purchase the support lifts for a rear hatch which cost 90 dollars after tax. I wasn't happy having to shell out the money because lately I feel like my bank account is bleeding to death. They didn't have them in stock at the time but Sheryl told me that she'd have them brought over in 2 hours.So, I went and ran an errand and received a call that the supports arrived. During the point of sale, Sheryl discovered that I'd purchased the supports 2 years prior and that they have a lifetime warranty. She could've just rang me up, collected my 90 dollars and sent me packing, but she didn't.Sheryl had my best interest in mind and TOOK CARE of me. I couldn't be happier. She's always helpful and shows true integrity. If she's not the manager then corporate is clearly missing the boat!

I am SO appreciative of O'Reilly's on Woodward. My battery died and it ended up being the alternator. Darrin at O'Reilly's helped me find a mechanic. They made a place for me to sit until they arrived. They went above and beyond to help me out and I am so thankful!

Bought rain x wiper blades from here just before winter and one blade broke today as I turned on my wipers. Went back here and Sheryl was very helpful and friendly. She pulled up my receipt thru my rewards membership and replaced it. Thank you so much again Sheryl I appreciated it.

GREAT customer service.Went in here with a coworker of mine after her catalytic converter was sawed off and stolen... we explained our situation to the friendliest sales guy I've ever met named Seth. Not only did he pick out the parts, but he even made sure they fit, modified them, and explained to us how to put all the parts together in order to fix the car. He went above and beyond in every regard.I'll definitely be returning here whenever I need auto parts.

I love this place! So funny to say I love an auto parts store but everyone that works here is so nice! I have gone in for miscellaneous items such as car wash stuff, headlights, window wiper blades, etc and every time I have been greeted and helped right away. They are very informative when you don't know exactly what you are looking for too.

Best thing here: service. You walk in-how can I help you, even if you just need a bulb or some wiper blades, they help you out and double check you get the right part They will hunt down a part that they don't stock and read your P code for free when you have a check engine light. People are real friendly and I only go here for auto parts unless unavoidable to go elsewhere. So I guess I got in the zone, auto zone.

I called to ask for options and items required for extending a battery cable in my truck. First I was put on hold by the lady for 4 minutes. Alright, thats fine, shes finding out the information I need to know. When she returned she simply informed me "The only thing we're gonna have is a cable splice kit.""What is that exactly?""Uh," , long pause, presumably reading package "extends and repairs cables." Thats not a complete sentence but whatever. I continued,"Okay, what does that include?""Like some cables."Both of us couldn't get off of that awkward phone call faster. The person answering the phone is not knowledgeable at all and didn't even pretend to care about representing the company well. With so many parts stores in the area that try to make sure you're well informed about your options and their offerings its not worth it to go here. Too bad the reputation of a whole store comes down to their weak link. No thank you!

Stopped here whilst running errands for oil and filter. Bought what was recommended (and plucked from behind the register by staff). Went home, completely drained my oil & removed the old filter. When I tried to put the new oil filter on, I realized it was the wrong filter, the threaded hole was too large. So now I am basically stranded at home, unless I put the old dirty filter back on with all that lovely new oil, basically for naught.Would they quickly deliver the correct filter, considering the circumstance? Not a chance. In fact, the store manager himself told me to pour the old oil back in and come back to the store! Okay, buddy, that's helpful!No apology given.This is a Chevy Silverado, not a bloody DeLorean. I have changed oil on my own vehicle for 20 years, never having once been given the wrong filter. Basic, basic stuff.So, short-story-long: I reluctantly put the dirty old filter back on, filled it with the nice clean oil, and headed to the store, about 20 minutes away. They took the incorrect filter back and gave me the correct part (I think). When I protested the fact that now the oil i just purchased is sullied and should be replaced on their dime (and for their mistake), they refused and gave me 1 quart of oil to replace what will drain out when I have to crawl back under my vehicle and replace the filter, ugh! Still not even an apology by any of the 3 people I dealt with, including store manager and shifty manager. So unnecessary..Would not recommend by any stretch...Maybe something is wrong with this plaza, the Sherwin Williams here sucks, too but that's another story.
