High quality service. (Rare these days)Great results with the detailing to begin with, when an issue arose with my car, they dealt with it in a professional manner. There was always good communication being made. When I brought back my car for the issue to be resolved (few weeks later) they were quick and had cleaned my car inside and out as a bonus. They are not your cheapest option, that extra mile and being able to depend on them even if the rare issue happens, makes them worth every penny. I m glad I trusted my instincts in choosing them over other cheaper places in the area. Highly recommend.Thanks again, Colin and Julius.

The service and quality of the result was stunning. My wife's car was a mess and had some body damage. The wash and exterior work is incredible. The interior results in both vehicles was very impressive. Truly better than new. Can't recommend highly enough. Six stars.

They did a great job on our 70th anniversary C8! Very professional, never had a car PPF before and they walked me through all the options and kept me within budget. Very happy with how it came out! Got caught in the rain today and it's beading beautifully!

I have used this shop to get window tint on the front two windows on two of my lease vehicles to match the back. They do such a a nice job and the shop is always so clean. The staff is very nice and professional as well.

Got my car ceramic coated and I must say that I had a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and had enough patience to walk me through everything regarding post coating maintenance.I got the Opticoat Pro ceramic coating done on my X3 and it looks fabulous. I shopped on opticoat website and found only a couple detailers were authorized around my area. Called AutoSpa and they gave me a great price and their work was top notch!

I highly recommend these guys! I had them touch up a few bad paint chips and apply PPF to the front end of my GR86. And it turned out way better than I was expecting! Well worth the money!

Wanted to make sure I got this review in after the tremendous job Matt and his team did taking care of my Camaro ZL1. Throughout the many emails back and forth before setting the appointment, Matt always was quick to answer any question that popped into my head. I truly appreciate him not trying to upsell and working with me on what services made sense. I ended up getting a ceramic coating with the Opti Coat Pro+ and just could not be happier with the results! Thank you Matt and everyone that worked on the car! Had an Xpel wrap and detail done on my M3..went to pick it up and it looked like a BRAND NEW car. It s hard to explain how perfect and clean the car looked. There isn t a better place to bring your car than MCAS. Weeks later was power washing too close and ripped a small hole in the wrap. Matt and Colin took care of it at no extra charge. Quality and customer service is unbeatable!!!!

Took my BMW to Motor City Auto Spa for XPEL paint protection and some paint repair. The entire team was extremely helpful and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and recommended the right products to maintain the Xpel. I am extremely pleased with the finished product and highly recommend them.

The guys at Motor City Auto Spa are amazing! I dropped my 2010 300C off for an exterior detail and it came back flawless! The paint has an amazing shine! They are very efficient seeing as I dropped it off at 9 am and it was ready by 3 pm the same day. I couldn't recommend them more! Best in the area.

Had Xpel, Ceramic coating and window tint done here, beautiful work, car looks fantastic, very competitive prices, roads were snowy and they delivered my car to my home in a enclosed trailer! Highly recommend

Short version - This place is excellent!Long version - I originally brought my car in to have the front windows tinted. I've had tint on all my prior cars and I know that the quality of the installation is extremely important. Motor City Autospa had the best reviews in the area, so I chose to go with them. Shortly after I picked up my car, I noticed a few very minor issues with the tint. The kind of thing that you would only notice by inspecting the car closely. I brought the car back in a few weeks later to have paint protection film applied to the front bumper, and gently mentioned the issues with the tint. When I came back to pick up the car, they had redone the tint and it looks perfect. I also met Julius, who installed the paint protection film on my car. As he was showing me the installation, it was clear that he had a lot of enthusiasm and passion for his work. The quality of the installation on the tint and the PPF were both top notch. All of my interactions with the various employees have been excellent, and inspire confidence in their work. The facility is large, clean, and organized. When I need services again in the future, I'll be coming back here.Services: Paint protection, Window tinting

Easily the most professional place I ve worked with. They did a phenomenal job with the window tints and blacking out some emblems. They were recommended to me by many Tesla owners and I couldn t be more pleased. Their customer service and quality of work is unmatched compared to other places I ve gotten work done.

Excellent detailing work!! My 5 year old car looked brand new after they were done. It has been our mobile ski locker and lodge this past month and needed some attention. They literally cleaned everything inside and out on the vehicle. The $300 full detail package is definitely worth it. They did an excellent job on the paint armor as well and keep it looking new.

Motor City AutoSpa provides unparalleled service! I had minor scratching on the front of my vehicle and they were able to buff it out and color match the vehicle perfectly! They also did a fabulous job detailing the interior and exterior. Best of all, they were able to achieve ALL of this in less than 8 hours. Highly recommend!

Motor City AutoSpa what can I say, these guys are professionals and they are very good at what they do. Everything was handled very smoothly and on time, the workers were very friendly and customer service driven. During my appointment before I dropped my car off I was going to have to figure out how I was going to get to work and get home but these nice people offered me a loaner car which was very appreciated by the way. I would only say this and it's only to make you guys better, as a customer who is very knowledgeable in this field attention to detail is what I do. So I did notice some things that were not fully cleaned with the clay bar and whatnot. Mostly what I'm talking about is underneath the Jeep in the cracks and crevices and under the rocker panels so its not that big of a deal however for the price and for someone who may be like me very meticulous this would be a little of a let down. Don't get me wrong though overall I think they did a very good job on my vehicle and I would definitely come back to them no problem, however I do see room for improvement and you won't get there if the customer is not honest and forthright. Good job fellas keep up the good work and I hope you take the collective criticism the right way.

This place is okay, kinda overpriced for the work they do. Had some touch up work done, and some spots didn t get worked on like I asked. I d save your money and only come here for window tint

When I received my vehicle back - it looked brand new. Any rust or scrapes were touched up & the vehicle was sparkling & smelling so nice & fresh from the steam cleaning of my carpets & seats - their customer service was top notch & their associates were all so kind. I would certainly recommend taking your vehicle here for detailing. Make sure you call ahead! Their appointments fill up fast!

I'm probably the most picky car person there is.These guys are hands down the very best in the area. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been almost everywhere else reputable that would be a competitor.I received the Opti--Coat Ceramic Clear Coating on my new black Platinum Escalade. I couldn't be happier! The paint looks even better then when I got the car from the dealer. They got every single scratch out if the car. Most I didn't think were possible to remove. My car is now flawless with a deep mirrored look I didn't even know was obtainable. I will be telling everyone I know about this place. I will also be bringing up my other vehicles for them to service as well as trying out their hand washes.
