Update in response to owners response: I acknowledge I agreed to the interior shine, as I was relying on the teams expertise to guide me in making my car look new again. In regards to the leather conditioner, is it standard operating procedure to leave it on so heavily that it is still wet to the touch and not fully absorbed in when you return the vehicle to the owner? Please, see my photos where it was still clearly drying the next day.I brought my 2021 GMC Canyon in to them to discuss what service was needed. I take good care of my vehicle and they advised that I only needed an interior detailing. I let them know I wanted my car to look like it did when I picked it up from the dealer.When I picked up my car, this was the first time I was informed that if I wanted to pay with any credit card, there was an additional 3% fee.Also, when I picked up my car, the interior still looked soaking wet and I assumed it just needed to finish drying.The next day, the interior of my car still looked soaking wet and I called them back. They had me bring my vehicle back in and 30 minutes later, it looked better, but still wet. They noted that the back seats and the passenger seat they cleaned up, but the drivers seat wasn't as bad. I pointed out that was likely because my body and clothing had finished cleaning and drying that seat.They informed me it looked so wet because of interior shine. I am still not in love with how shiny my previous matte finish interior looks, but will allow it to fade back to normal with time at this point.Looking back now, they only post pictures of exteriors and my assumption is they specialize in exteriors.While I am happy they were willing to work with me, to attempt to fix my dissatisfaction, I would not bring my vehicle back again for an interior detailing.Including pictures of how wet it looked the next morning, and what it looked like after they worked on it the 2nd time. I shouldn't have had to come back a 2nd time for it to look this way.

I took my 2018 Cadillac CT6 in for an appraisal. Ralph then suggested a package based upon his expert opinion. To say that the end result was fabulous is such an understatement! They literally WOWED me. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest, it was a 21! The end result was awesome! I will definitely be going back! Motor City Auto Spa is awesome. We just had our SUV detailed after a family road trip that left the interior in need of more than just a vacuum. It is no exaggeration to say that the interior looked and smelled brand new when we picked it!

i m at a loss for words from everything i heard about this place, i had very high expectations when i dropped off my 12 year-old Jeep for detailing.even though the interior had never been cleaned before, i was still expecting a miracle.but my expectations were not met THEY WERE EXCEEDED!got an older vehicle? these guys will make you fall in love with it again!

Motor City got me in next day for tinting two front windows. They are using Xpel window film which is certainly high quality compared to some other films available on the market. Pricing was completely fair. Even offered a loaner vehicle to me, which I declined, but to offer is above and beyond.I ve seen a lot of good window tint and a lot more bad ones having spent several years in the auto detailing industry.This tint looks great and appears to be a very clean install. I can t say I see any issues. Work is warrantied too, so if it should peel or anything like that, I know they will fix it.All in all, 5 stars, and will be back in the future for tint.Thanks Motor City!Service: Vehicle window tinting

In September of 20, I brought my brand new GT500 w/4 miles on it to MCAS to have paint correction, PPF, ceramic coating and window tinting done to the tune of $6,500+. They did an amazing job. Fast forward to a week ago, I called to see about getting a car I just purchased in for a full detailing, including paint correction, and window tinting. This vehicle was for my son s 16th birthday a week out, so I knew chances were slim that I could get the work done in time. However, once I explained the situation, the gentleman said he d fit it in, to which I was greatly appreciative of. After they had the vehicle for six days, I came to MCAS, paid for the services (w/o inspecting the vehicle first), included a sizeable tip, got into the car and left. As soon as I got to my destination, I did a more thorough inspection of the services after noticing an unclean cup holder during my drive. Long story short, I am very unpleased with the finished product. I feel like processes were either skipped or corners cut, with many pictures to back my opinion. Dirty door jams, crevices, and wheels. Tint has bubbles in it all over the place. I was told touch up paint would be applied if needed. There was one small, obvious spot that needed it and none was applied. Mirrors had liquid streaks all over them. Just not a tight, clean finished product. Only reason a second star was given was the fact that the guy worked me into the schedule given the car being a birthday gift for my son. I don t know if they ll do anything about the sloppy detail work, but I ll assuredly be having the tint fixed if the bubbles don t go away. Motor City AutoSpa did a great job polishing my car, but what I valued even more was their customer service. I unexpectedly caught a nail in my tire 3 days before my appointment, rendering the car undrivable. I had a photographer scheduled and needed the car to be detailed that week. They were flexible and able to reschedule my appointment for a few days later.

Do not go there! He had my car for six hours. They were supposed to wash and wax. Plus vacuum, and clean the windows for $153. It was obvious that they did not vacuum nor did they wash the windows .But I couldn t prove they didn t wax on my car. My car was brand new Buick 2022. I felt I had no options. They already had my money. One of the workers did hurry over and started vacuuming and wipe down the windows. That s a very expensive vacuum job!!!!!

I took 2 vehicles in to get detailed (interior/exterior), with waxing, and engine cleaning. I did notice a couple spots on inside of my SUV that wasn t cleaned but I didn t complain, said I ll just wipe down later, in effort to get out of rain. That was my mistake The next day, when I got a chance to fully inspect the car w/o the rain, I was sooo upset. It was like they just cleaned and shined up my car mats but didn t do any cleaning or wiping down of the interior. Several spots were missed - console, glove compartment, rear view mirror, bottom panels of both sides, and the back compartments of trunk. Unfortunately, by the time I realized all this, I didn t have time to take back and was so upset at the $$ spent, for such a poor job of cleaning the inside, I didn t want to even go back. Besides, before realizing just how bad it was, I had cleaned up all the missing spots (outside of the trunk area - those were the only pictures I took - cause once i saw the back wasn t done either! I couldn t take it anymore and had to take a few pics). My husband truck was okay, but it was like they rushed to get mine done and just completely missed the inside. I refused to go back. Please make sure you double check completely before leaving. The engine cleaning and waxing was fine.Services: Auto detailing, Car waxing

Not a great experience. My dog peed on the side of the driver s seat, the center console and under the seat. I wasn t able to clean the smell myself so I went to Motor City Auto Spa looking to get the smell removed. I described the specific problem and they said they could take care of it. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told they couldn t get the smell out, If it s under the seat or in the foam there is nothing we can do. They knew it was under the seat from the start and did not mention anything about the foam when I asked if it was something they could fix.Essentially I ended up paying $250 to not have a car for a day .Other than that issue the car was nicely cleaned. There was a dog nail puncture in the dashboard that they made bigger though.

Got my car detailed before storing it for the winter. Went to Motor City Auto Spa for the second year in a row, and they didn't disappoint Outstanding customers service and the results have my car looking like it came straight out of the showroom! Highly recommended for anyone who's on the fence, and I'll be back next year for more business!Here's an attached photo of my car from my first visit (pic provided by Motor City Auto Spa) back in 2018. Hoping that future customers get equal results.

Motor City Auto Spa has become my go-to spot for everything from minor touch-ups to full in/out major detailing. They ve helped me get more $$ out of my vehicles before selling and keep our cars looking pristine year-round (especially after Michigan winters). My visit today was just another reminder of why they re the best. Just a class act of an organization. Have over 160k on a full Paint Protection Film(PPF) Tesla. With 90k on another one. The install is key with PPF. These guys do the best install hands down. Worth your time and $. They will explain it all to you, and take the time to care for your car just like it's their own.

Easily the best and one of the most professional auto detailer around. There is a reason these guys have been featured in multiple magazines and have won plenty of awards. They are also an Xpel certified installer and do a really fantastic job. For the best results on the Xpel wrap, car should be brand new. Bring the car here ASAP because once you start getting chips in your front bumper, they will be a little more noticeable under the film.

The folks at Motor City Auto Spa were fantastic to work with in every aspect. We were able to determine an appointment time that would allow for my vehicle to be completed by a specific date, while allowing MCAS to properly determine the best course of action. The team at MCAS were able to evaluate the condition of the vehicle and determine the best course of action. Fading, discoloration, and scratches almost 30 years old were addressed, leaving the car looking like new once the work was complete.MCAS were prompt in their communication during the detailing process, and their estimate of the cost and completion time for the work performed were all spot-on. Matt, Ethan, and the entire MCAS team deliver professional service and exceptional results. I would recommend them to anyone who values exceptional service and results, and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Brought my 2023 Lexus RX350H in for Xpel PPF and full Opti Coat Pro ceramic coating and could not have been happier with the results! My customer service representative was Julius Babbie who was extremely knowledgeable on the products, took his time explaining how the work would be performed and showed my wife and I some jobs they had in their shop and some employee vehicles who also had the same products I wanted on their own cars. Julius is top reason I went to Motor City as I felt that he had our best interest in the job I needed done.Services: Full body wash, Polishing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

I bought my car after searching for months for the right one. After picking it up and discovering how dirty it was on the inside I was immediately disappointed. I knew that cleaning it was something that I didn t really want to do, so, I wanted to spend the money and have it professionally detailed. After doing extensive research and reading a lot of reviews, I came to the conclusion that Motor City Auto Spa would provide the best level of service and attention to detail to get my car looking new again. I soon found out how wrong I was about this assumption.After picking it up the first time, I was thoroughly disappointed in the lack of detail that my car received. There were major things not even touched or cleaned. The seat belts were grimy, the buckles still had dirt and grime in them, the map lights had sticky stuff on them, the visors were covered in grease, the radio knobs still had dirt in them, the glove box still had leaves in it, and a lot more. After discussing this with the 11 mile location manager, he suggested I bring it back in.It took them almost two weeks to get me back in, which was pretty annoying considering I just spent a bunch of money to have my car cleaned and it still wasn t clean. When I brought it back in, I created a list of areas that needed more attention so that they could understand what was still dirty. However, despite this, I can still say that areas of the car still have been missed. The door jams still have clay and debris in them. The passenger side buckle still has gunk in it, the dome light still has gunk on it, the headliner still has stains that I believe will come out as there was a stain originally on the headliner after the first detail that is no longer there. I also was upset at the fact that my seat belt was twisted around. It looked like someone took it off to clean it and didn t reinstall it correctly. I was told that the person who worked on my car wouldn t do that but that doesn t explain how it got twisted because when I brought it in there, it was straight. It took me 25 minutes to get the bolt out to fix it as it was cross threaded and the plastic cover that hides the bolt is now missing and it was there when I dropped it off. I didn t know I would have to take pics of every inch of my car before dropping it off to ensure it was all there when I picked it up.They also provided me a courtesy wash, which I appreciated, but whoever washed it left excess wax all over the outside. I spent a good 30 minutes when I got home wiping it off and it was a pain. The windshield also didn t look like it got washed as there was dirt and swirl marks all over it.Ultimately I would not recommend Motor City Auto Spa. They are not worth the premium price tag and do not provide a superior detail. I was thoroughly disappointed with my whole experience and believe a company like this should offer some sort of guarantee, as at this point, I just want my money back instead of having to deal with this headache any longer. Unless you have an expensive exotic car that doesn t get very dirty, don t expect to receive a top notch detail, as in my case, it seems like they just don t care.Service: Auto detailing

I had my 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser undercoated with Fluid Film at Motor City Auto Spa. And I could not be more pleased. The entire experience from them explaining to me what was involved -- to me having to reschedule -- to the actual drop off, job done and vehicle pick-up -- was a great one. They were always professional and interested in only me being satisfied with their work. When I checked out my truck - I could see the neat job that they did -- and that they did more than I even thought that they would do. Thanks to Matt and all at MCAS. Highly recommended!

Called many places and they don't even seem interested in Giving a quote. One place even want Half amount down even before they give you date for PPF and ceramic coating.On a friends recommendation called Motor city Auto SPA and the person knew exactly what he was talking and very pleasant want to get business. No pushing or add on services. Booked my date of service on First phone call. 200 Dollars refundable deposit.On Day of service great experience . They know what they are doing. They tell you about services but don't force you to get them.I Got Full Front PPF and whole body ceramic coating. Their price on PPF was almost 30 percent less compared to other folks.They did a phenomenal job on MY PPF as well as Ceramic coating. My car cleaning time is reduced from 2 hours to 15ish minutes.They added PPF on My B pillars without any additional cost.1.Knowledgeable and pleasant staff2.Keep their word on completion of JOB3. Prices are cheaper compared to competitors4. Job very well done5. They throw 1 or 2 add ons free of cost on completion of JOB. Did same to my friends car

Brought my 2021 GT500 in for detailing and was highly disappointed that my car was brought out to me covered in dust, rims were still dirty, the back window was very steaky, and interior gauges were cloudy from whatever cleaner they were using. Yes, they took care of things, but why did I have to point out what should have already been done? For the amount of money they are charging, internal inspections should have been done before bringing a car to the customer. Honestly, I don't think they cared enough just by the action of bringing out a car that doesn't meet the expectations based on their motto. 1st and last time I visit here. Answer to MCSA response.Thank you aging for allowing my car to stay as I had asked because it was raining those two days, which was not a problem when I asked. I see now it's my fault that my car was in the shape it was in because I didn't pick it up. Thank you for the complimentary wash, but speaking with my brother who came to MSCA twice and the results were the same with him as well I decided not to take you up on that offer. I apologize for not picking my car up and letting it stay at your place.

Best decision I made today was taking my car to Motor City Auto Spa to get detailed. The owner Matt was very honest and told me what all I needed to achieve the look that I wanted for my car. The price was worth it. My car had so many surface scratches from improper washing from over the years and paint imperfections that I never thought wax and buffing could fix. I got the Exterior Package deal and it made my car look like brand new again. I was so happy and impressed with the finished results. I will continue to take my car to get detailed by the guys at Motor City Auto Spa from this day on out. It's an awesome place with great service and professional people. I recommend anyone who's looking to get their car professionally detailed to go check out Motor City Auto Spa.

Motor City Auto Spa is a great place to get your car detailed. I took my 2017 Mazda 3 and they did an awesome job and I was very happy. Car looked like it just came off the show room floor! They were very nice and answered all my questions. Not only that but I ordered the Platinum exterior package and while they were detailing my car, they realized that my car only needed the Gold package and in doing that saved me $85 dollars! I would definitely recommend Motor City Auto Spa to anybody that wants a great car detail and great customer service!

I buy pre-owned cars and have them fully detailed inside and out soon after getting them. I go to Motor City Auto Spa (MCAS) even though they're not the closest. With my newest to me car we did a ceramic tint in addition to the detail. They did a great job as always but I'm leaving this review because of the way they handled a situation. An interior component on the car got some liquid behind it during the detail. The component was still operable but the dried fluid left a haze. Matt the owner took care of correcting the problem which required a new part and dealer install. The bottom-line is that no matter how good you are, once in a while stuff happens. MCAS took care of the issue in a quick and professional manner. This is the kind of company I want working on my car.Service: Auto detailing

Just had my windows tinted on my new Sierra. I called on Friday afternoon and I had an appointment first thing in the morning the next day. Quick, easy and priced right for getting my front 2 windows tinted. The staff was easy going and helpful and friendly. I'll be back for sure!

I picked up my wife s Caddy XTS today and after the full exterior detail all of the swirl marks on her car were gone and the car looked great. They promised to fix a paint chip and hazing on the hood and they were as good as there word! Everything came out great. I dealt with Andrew and he was very professional and his experience and knowledge of his craft showed throughout my dealings with him. Motor City Auto Spa came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend them worth every cent and more. I m going back for sure and will be telling my friends, because this place books up fast for a reason. Thanks guys!

If you are looking to get your windows tinted, trust in them. This is the second vehicle that I have had them tint and it's always perfect. The guys in the shop are extremely friendly and helpful and will work with you.
