Overall great experience at HC Motors. Kevin really helped me out and I was able to get a very good deal to finance a vehicle. Kevin was very thorough on setting up an appointment and very honest. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Had a great experience with them. Purchased a used car for my son on his 16th birthday and he seems to love it. Will definitely be back when i m looking for another car. I worked with Kevin and he explained everything to me thoroughly.

HC motors, showed me the cars I was interested in, told me the pros & cons of the vehicles that I was looking at for my needs. Helped me get the best financing and quick. They are very friendly, honest and cared about my needs. I would recommend HC motors to anyone looking for a trade-in or just looking for a different vehicle. Thank you everyone that help :)

Exceptional Experience! will always recommend this quaint used dealership...I had a very pleasant experience selling my used car to Heaven C. and an even more pleasant or more comedic experience being his Facebook acquaintance... The dude is funny as heck and I can imagine working for or with him on any project or deal is a blast lol

Purchased a wonderful Acura SUV a few months ago for my wife at HC Motors. Kevin and the staff were great! Friendly, patient and very accommodating. Still running great and the wife absolutely loves it!

I bought this 2009 Lincoln MKS here. Got it Thursday and 2 days later the rear drivers side tire was flat. Come to find out, the rim was cracked. This was after the alternator was replaced. You'd think they'd take care of important things like this for almost 8 grand! But that's AS IS for you! Otherwise it's a really nice ride! Still waiting on our license plate and registration to get here. This paper plate expires on Friday the 26th, and we've already gotten a ticket because you can't see the paper plate in the tinted back window. That's Detroit cops for you. He says oh, I see it, but I still have to give you a citation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! One word: Incredible! HC Motors is my new dealership hands down. They have a great selection of cars and trucks for all budgets. Kevin and the team are fair and flexible. I contacted them 2 days ago to come see a car. They scheduled an appointment with me for today. They requested to communicate by text, which I did. They confirmed my appointment. My daughter and I drove 50 minutes to get there. Once we arrived, I realized it was a small shop with a lot of jalopies. When I asked the employee to see the car that I inquired about, he told me the car was sold today. Couldn t they have texted me to let me know? Super frustrating. Now I need to drive another 50 minutes back home. Waisted 2 hours. A common courtesy text would have been nice. I ll never go back.

Garbage vehicles for garbage prices. They don't even detail the vehicles before resale absolutely disgusting. Would never buy from there. Pictures they take purposely hide the bad parts like entire wheel well rusted through or exhaust manifolds, still asking 10k+ for rusted out trash vehicles. My name doesn't change the fact you sell junkers. The majority of your vehicles had rust and or major dents + need repairs, or close to 200K + miles that the ironic part. Stay clear of this place at all cost! I'd give no stars if option was available. Shady business tactics

If I had 3 words to describe this place it would be easy, fast, and low prices. I saw a Chrysler 300 online that I liked, I decided to call and see when I could come in, and he got me in around noon, I was in and out the door with a new car within a few hours! I love my new car and I got it at a steal of a price!

I had the Best experience at this car lot, I'm very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff here! They really handled everything they promised they would. They even gave me a 90 day warranty along with the vehicle to reassure me the car was good! I would recommend this lot to anyone who needs a used car! Heaven, is just wonderful and I do plan on bringing him more customer if my car is good in 90days Lol.........great people! They really care about the customer! Thanks

I had a fantastic experience with HC Motors. I called early in the day about a vehichle, they had it ready and running to present to me when I arrived. Kevin was a huge help in making the process of purchase simple and stress free amid the mess of stress and information I had been wading through. Very personable, close attention to detail, and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to check them out.

What a great car buying experience! Heaven made buying my first car buying experience such a breeze, and I can't thank him enough. He traded me my old junker car for my BEAUTIFUL new Ford!! I got a great deal too! Overall, I feel like I got a great deal, dealt with honest people, and am very satisfied.

4 words! Honest. Professional. Reasonable. Personable. After a month of failed searches for a "first car" for my son, I stumbled upon HC Motors. Prepared to leave disappointed, I was blown away by the treatment I received as a customer. Amazing! I was shown multiple cars and finally picked one. Haeven was very attentive yet not pushy. He is very honest and up front. He made the car affordable and on my lunch hour, closed the deal on a car for my son. I highly recommend them. They're not out to take advantage of anyone. Just an honest dealership, selling good used cars to hard working Americans.

These guys were great. They bought my son's motorcycle for cash at a decent price. Later I had a car with title issues. I stopped in and asked for advice and they gave me some great tips for solving my problem with the secretary of state.I would highly recommend this place - good people!

Kevin was very helpful and made the car-buying process quick and painless. I was able to drive my potential purchase to my own car mechanic in Plymouth for a check up before buying. Check up came back great and Kevin helped me finalize the deal. I would recommend visiting HC Motors and working with Kevin to find your next used car.

I had a great experience at HC Motors. I found a great, reliable vehicle for a great price, and, when a pre-purchase inspection at a mechanic turned up a couple potential red flags, they offered to pay for me to take it to their mechanic to get the issues fixed. They were also willing to give me a much better deal on my trade-in than I had found at other dealerships. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend HC Motors to others.

Recently bought a car from HC motors and they really took care of me. I felt very comfortable and Kevin was extremely upfront and honest about the cars on the lot. He is all about the customer and it shows. Great experience for my first car!!

I came to HC motors on a recommendation from a good friend of mine and I was so glad I did. This was my first experience buying my own car. Haeven is super easy to talk to and very low pressure. He happily took in my busted old car, hooked me up with an EXCELLENT vehicle, and even bought me gas! I'm going back to HC motors for my next vehicle and recommending them to everyone who asks me who my car guy is. Thank you for everything HC!!
