Went in for an alignment which ended up not needing to be done, and they are very honest and trustworthy people. Brandon was able to get me right in in the morning and took his time and gave us all the details on our truck before we picked up. You are only charged for the work that is done and it's definitely Reasonably priced, it's definitely worth giving them a shot to service your vehicle. Also, being a two person shop, they're very thorough and fast in making sure your vehicle is back to you in timely matter. Definitely will be back in the future.

Awesome customer service. Worked hard to make a very expensive repair within my budget. I ve been looking for a new mechanic and they were quick, kind, and detailed. Thanks to Brandon and the team - super grateful to find a trustworthy mechanic right in my backyard.

Bought my Mitsubishi in because the screen wasn't working properly. Brandon was super helpful to get everything going and running smoothly. He kept me updated through the whole process from starting my claim up to the repair being done. My paperwork says David was my technician, if so he got the repair done quickly and efficiently. Screen has been working great. Definitely a good place to get your car looked at.

You know, you never appreciate what a muffler does (one of its main purposes is LITERALLY in its name), until it stops muffling. I began my online research to get it fixed. While running errands, I contacted GreatWater 360 on Woodward and they welcomed me to come right in. Dave, one of the mechanics, had a bay open and showed me what needed to be done, which mimicked my research. I then went inside to get an estimate and it was more than reasonable compared to other quotes, so I decided to get the repair done. The muffler was fixed under 40 minutes. Easy peasy. Super nice team there.

I brought in an older vehicle for a diagnosis of electrical problems and exhaust system noise. I was transparent and direct about my desire to limit costs, as I intended to sell the vehicle in short order. Nichole was super understanding and reiterated that their goal was to support my needs as a customer. The diagnosis was thorough, included pictures of additional issues, and outlined suggested repairs. The work that was eventually completed was beyond satisfactory and the related costs were fair and well-communicated. I m very pleased with my experience at GreatWater and will be returning for any future work that my vehicles may need. Thank you!

I must say this auto shop operates with integrity. They honored a warranty from the previous company they purchased. They even got me out of their shop with a new brake system in less than 24 hours even though my parts had to be shipped in. Brandon was great with customer service. This is the auto shop that I'll be bringing all of my vehicles.

Brandon was so fast and friendly, answering my questions over the phone without beating around the bush or pulling any strings. Brought my 16 year old son s car in quickly after he hit a snow bank on way to school when the roads were very snowy and slippery. Tore up the splash shield under the engine compartment.Brandon and Randy were tremendous! Friendly and helpful! They managed to use rivets and clip the piece back into place.Amazing service !Will be back!!! And have already told others about GreatWater on Woodward. Thanks again guys!

I'm pleased with the service I received at GreatWater 360 Auto Care last week. The dealer wanted to keep my vehicle for two or more days to diagnose the issue, but these guys were able to do an inspection right away. Dave had a pretty good idea what the main issue was based on the description I gave him and I'm very impressed by his technical knowledge of vehicles. I love that he showed me each area of concern on the vehicle after he had completed the inspection. Brandon and Dave went above and beyond with this service visit, and I will be returning to have additional services performed in the near future.

Great service. Had numerous things needed to be done such as cv axle, tierods, oil filter housing etc. They got it done earlier than expected and were very reasonable on pricing. Overall a great experience and I recommend them highly to anyone in need of a great service.

These guys were great to work with! I was trying to install a carbon fiber diffuser but it wouldn't clear my after market exhaust on the right exhaust tip. Drove in to have them take a look and they got me scheduled the next day to bend the piping just enough for everything to clear and be lined up/centered. For just a couple of bends they only charged me a half hour of labor - I thought this was fair and honest of them! If you need exhaust work in the RO area, I recommend checking these guys out!

First time coming here, great service! Waiting room with Tv, water and coffee. Quick in and out for oil change and fair pricing. Complete system check with digital report! No haggling or upselling services that are not needed! Is this a dream.

The Royal Oak Mr. Muffler on Woodward Ave. is an amazing local business. The business manager Mark, and his #1 mechanic/technician Mason are highly skilled experts . They extend to you their knowledge, expertise and repair skills in the most personable, courteous and efficient manner possible.I have an older vehicle that is certainly a classic to me and is very important and meaningful to me. I took it to Mark and Mason at Mr. Muffler and within 20 minutes they had the issue resolved and I was back on the road and on my way. Was skeptic at first about having Internal Motor work done at an Oil change shop but with all the good reviews and the knowledgeable mechanics I spoke with I decided to give it a shot.Dean was well spoken and always kept me informed while the mechanics diagnosed the issue and fixed. Long story short they replaced the heads on my 8.1L 496 Motor and that truck needed it.Attached Images are photos that Dean sent me once they found the problem and the last photo was the motor reassembled.Now any shop can fix a problem but they paid attention to detail... previously I had a broken manifold bolt and Intake cover bracket was missing.. those were both replaced and repaired which just made the experience even better.As a Mid-level mechanic I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here

Ran into the shop at the last minute, because I had to make an unexpected drive to Indiana. Spoke with Brandon, the service manager, about getting my tires rotated, and he offered to do an inspection for me just to check to see if it was actually needed at this time. He was super helpful and very friendly; actually told me that it wasn t time for my tire rotation yet. I appreciated his helpfulness and his honesty about the service not being needed at this time.
