I just want to share my experience with Classic City Car dealership. It was fantastic!!!. It was my first time selling car and Wael made it so easy. He priced it very fair, rather better than others probably. He did not question about my car history that I told him. He paid me immediately as promised.I didn t have car paperwork ready but he trusted me.He is very professional, polite, and an honest person.If I have to sell or buy a used car again, I will not hesitate to go back to him.Thank you ,Wael again. Keep up the good work.

Classic City Cars is fantastic! They had the exact car that I was looking for and their service was outstanding! Wael was super to deal with! He was extremely professional and simply a cool person to talk to! Nizar, the mechanic, was super! He is honest and straight! If you need a car, or any work done on your car, go to Classic City Cars! You won't be disappointed! Also, and the most important thing, their prices are extremely fair!

After an extensive search of local dealerships, I found these guys on a whim, as a drive by, and stopped in to look at what Classic City Cars had to offer.I was greeted swiftly, and they did not pressure me for a quick sale. In fact, They explained everything with the vehicles I looked at. When It came time to pick a vehicle, I had picked out a pick up truck, that far surpassed my needs.Great place to get fair priced vehicles. they were very upfront, and explained everything step by step as to what's to be expected.I was not disappointed, and I'm sure you won't be either.Thank you, Gentlemen.In the future, I can and will recommend these guys to anyone looking for a used vehicle.Thanks, guys. I have found Classic City Cars to be among the best in the business. Will and Nick run a class operation. Nice cars, great service, as nice as anybody I ve ever met. I have found CCC to be among the best in every way. I could not recommend Nick and Will any more highly. If you need service, sales, or are looking for other used classic car info, check out C cubed before you make another move. I am confident you will be very happy that you did!

I highly recommend going here! Wally is the best! Very honest and forthcoming. I purchased a vehicle from him and he gave impeccable customer service; something that you just don t get anymore. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very patient with me asking so many questions. His answers were honest as if I was his own family member. If you re looking for a used vehicle and want to purchase from an honest dealer, then this is definitely the place you ll want to go to.

They were great from start to finish. Honest, straight to the point, want to help out, patient, and really made the whole process of buying a car very smooth and comfortable. Both Wael and Naz are very knowledgeable about cars, and love and want to help you out and answer your questions. After I took the car to a test drive, they gave me space to think about my decision and were neither pushy nor uninterested. Discussed my concerns with me, answered them all, and did not mind any of my "stupid" questions. When I made the decision to go for the purchase, there was an issue with the insurance company for my quote that took 45 minutes to fix - they didn't rush me while I was on the phone or anything. I'm an international driver, and they personally took care of the whole registration process. They were meticulous enough so that I don't have to come back to sign more papers. Even after buying the car, I took my car to them for oil and filter change and they were great, asked me if I was happy and if I had any concerns and questions. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a good, honest, hard working pair.

I was looking for a good deal on a car within my budget and so I headed into Royal Oak to look at some of the smaller lots there. When I found Classic City Cars, it immediately felt like the right place to find a good vehicle for me. My first impression was correct, this dealer is the best I have ever dealt with. First of all, the owners are local people who are always kind to me, and judging from the other reviews, I think they are great to everyone. Wally and Rola were so caring and considerate.. they listened to me about what I needed in a car, and they worked with me to find the best deal. I would say they went above and beyond. I am super impressed with the awesome service. When I went back to get my registration and plates (they took care of everything for me!) I met their son and he was as polite and nice as his parents. Even better, I went back to have the vehicle I bought (which is my favorite car ever, btw) serviced, an oil change, and the guy there Nick was amazing, honest, friendly, and very, very reasonably priced. Overall, please know that this is an awesome business and you will not find a better dealer to buy a used car in Metro Detroit. Sincerely, they really are great people with a great business. Great Local Dealership It s been a month after purchasing my 2012 Equinox and I could not be happier with my purchase and the service at Classic City Cars.. I worked with Nick and Wael.. they gave me a really fair deal and they were great. answered my questions whether I contacted him via phone, email or in person. Class act right here ! WAEL was fantastic to work with . Bought my 2005 4runner was everything that was expected a great car . Wael said my finest car on the lot . And he was right . Extremely trustworthy. Not only knowledgeable about vehicles works with customers about price . Nick is another great person to work with . Knowledgeable about cars and abilities to fix them professionally. Go nowhere else but here for your vehicles. GREAT GUYS !

My daughter was looking for a vehicle. We bought from Classic City Care. We had a great experience. They were friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions provided us a car fax report. It was a very smooth purchase and they made my daughter very happy. I would recommend them if your looking for a used vehicle!

I purchased a vehicle from Classic City Cars a month ago. There was a problem with my registration which was my fault; they helped me fix it so I could drive to Virginia the next day. The building may look shabby but my experience was not. The vehicle I purchased was priced fairly, and reliable. Great experience.

Just a fantastic dealership, you will not meet a finer man than the owner of this dealership. Always kept me up to date on the car I was purchasing and multiple times I was there I witnessed him helping out members of the community by airing up bike tires and helping with whatever they needed. If you re looking for an honest dealership than Classic City Cars needs to be your first and only choice.

I went to the shop with no AC in my car and I got a quote with in 10 mins of how much and how long it would take to fix. Very good prices!! And the job was done very fast and clean with no problems. Highly recommend this place for all your car need.

Iv always bought cars from private sellers, so I was skeptical to try a car lot, but I had a great experience. Wael was honest and very fair with me. He told me he would hold the Subaru I wanted for me and he did. Very very smooth easy friendly car buying experience. Car didn t come with a key fob but he told me to bring it by and he programmed one for me

Nice place to fix ur car the owner and mechanic they are so nice and the mechanic so Smart he can find the issue with the diagnosis and issue of the car very quickly and it doesn't charge much reasonable price. And no long waiting quick appointment he fix my car same day 1 hour super quick.

Please omit previous post.. I was asked to post a review and I thought he was on the up and up. Promised my daughter a warranty...warranty didn't cover the motor. Had been waiting on a front headlight which he did not want to take off any money for (a BMW) to date, no light still so my daughter has been pulled over twice for no headlight. His words, he is waiting on one at a junk yard.... his mechanic is a friend-not available during day hours so I had the car diagnosed personally..emission misfire as well as a leak on the valve cover gasket and his argument was his son drove the car last year with no problem. That was last year.. The bumper came off and found out that bumper clips are needed and yesterday, the car shut down. NO OIL! But he told us the car just had an oil change. I am posting this to say RUN! THERE WAS AN $800 Balance left and since 3 weeks after purchasing I have helped with putting another 1500 into the car and still in need of a light. DO NOT PURCHASE OR BE SWAYED BY HIS DEMEANOR. THE CAR IS FALLING APART. God bless him for his untruth. I can upload proof from diagnosis read and all. This is the truth....Went with my daughter to purchase a vehicle and was in awe of the customer service and the help that was given. He worked really well with my daughter on price, warranty, and additional assistance. In times like this, it is great to see and get help when you have a lack.. I am hoping to get in a position and purchase from Classic city. The service and cars were great!

Let me tell you a quick story . I came here to look for a car for my daughter for her birthday . Upon arrival we seen a Honda Accord we were interested in. Wali met us outside and we talked about the car , no pressure no nothing here s the keys take it for a ride . After the ride found a few issues with the car . He told me come back Wednesday . Today a day early he called me that everything was fixed and it was . He is a man of his word which is tough to find when it comes to buying a car . He worked with us on the price but above all he made sure the vehicle was safe before I put my daughter behind the wheel . If your Looking for a good car and an honest person to deal with this is the place to be . His wife was also fantastic and they are extremely friendly . Highly HIGHLY recommend them .

I recently bought a used car from ccc in royal oak and not only am I satisfied with my vehicle,the salesman was honest upfront and very courteous to me through the whole process. If u want to be treated fairly and drive away with confidence knowing u just bought a quality vehicle,I would highly suggest going to classic city cars to buy a vehicle. People take hospitality for granted but in this case,it closed the deal.

I purchased a 2007 Cadillac SRX from them . I was tight on the money but they worked with me! The owner was very helpful and honest. No hidden fees . Two months later I needed a full service on the car since I was travelling to California by car and returning . I called to ask if he knew someone who can service but is not expensive. He said they do repairs and service cars . He was 20% cheaper than the cheapest even with oem parts . I also bought a warrantee on the car since I was afraid from any unexpected situation. It was cheap compared to all these robot calls that I get. Nothing happened but I had peace of mind all the way.

Wael the owner of Classic City Cars and Nick the Mechanic on the shop both are really awesome person to deal with. I am been in touch with Wael and Nick from long time since I moved in to Royal Oak. They both are very genuine, honest and transparent in dealing.Wael is one of the best car dealer I ever met in my life, he help customer by providing best possible options at best price to make buy and sell decision easy, he also help customers with credit facilities and even beyond that he make himself available for the customer even after the deal for any subsequent support.Nick, the mechanic is very sweet in nature. He has good understanding for repair of all type of cars. He ensure touching the area where repair is needed rather than opening everything like some of the other mechanic do. he know his job very well, he accommodate his timing with the need of customer, which is really good specifically for working customers and on the top of that he make himself available for customers in case of any emergency.I would highly recommend you to meet Wael if you are planning to buy or sell any car/truck and take the repair services from Nick.
