Great guys over here, helped me square away a deal for a 370z that I bought in late October and have been enjoying for a full month now.I made the trip all the way from Chicago for the car and these guys made it easy. I even accidentally left my bag behind there when we were finishing paperwork at the closing table and realized after my 5 hour maiden voyage back to Chicago.I called back and Jeremy was nice enough to overnight it to me and organize time out of his day to that. Really saved my skin and a lot of my anxiety pre and post closing.Some good honest folks doing good honest work.

Very cool guy to get a car from. They are not new cars so the possibility of having a problem is probably likely as with any used car. 4 stars cause you have to bully him to get a answer but if you go up there Tom is very helpful and kind. He will treat you good. I d recommend him to anyone looking for a used car.

I've been buying cars here for at least 8 years, I send everyone i know that needs a good reliable used car here. I will not go anywhere else to buy a used car. The owner is trust worthy and fair, he stands by his cars and he doesn't knowingly sale junk! I have bought my children's first cars here. And I have sent so many friends and family members here that I have lost count. And they are all very satisfied customers. If you're in the market for a used car Carson Automotive is where you want to go....

Terrible service and poor car choices!!!I went and picked out a 2009 Honda Accord and put down $3000 the same day I was told the car would be ready in a week. The entire week I was calling about the car he was playing chicken avoiding me. After the week was up I went to see about the car and it was smoking , he was still working on it so then we negotiated another car (a ,2010 Nissan Altima) and still had to pay $1000 . A month later my car started having acceleration issues and the trans gave out completely! I reached out to Friday him and he told me he have the car towed to him and take a look , by Monday he was ignoring my calls again. I reached out to a lawyer and legally you have a 90 DAY limit law if anything happens he supposed to fix the vehicle.

I met with with the owner, which I thought he was very knowledgeable and honest. And what I mean about that is that he did not pushed right away to have my car in to let him work on it. Other mechanics they just tell you to bring the car for them to see to let you know what the problem is, when in fact they use that opportunity to start working on it and give no other chance just to let them complete the work not knowing from the "get'go" what the problem is and how much it will cost. That is one think I liked about this place they are not like that, at least the owner was not like that with me. And second think I liked is that he was very knowledgeable. See I am a little of "DYI" kind of guy and usually if it's something that I can tackle, I will do it! And I can tell when someone is fishing for work and also when they don't know what they are talking about. He pointed out right away what things I already did for the car and acknowledged the work I did. No like others " you should have come to us, we are the professionals" and like I said he did not tried to lure me in just so he can get some money! He diagnosed the problem right away and he gave me his honest opinion! And for that I THANK YOU! Keep up the good work, we need more Auto mechanics like that! He gets my 5 stars***** rating!

I got a Mazda 5 from this place, I was very disappointed in the person that originally sold me the car, he hid a lot of information from me and I was not happy about that because I have children and keeping certain things are not something you should do, considering down the road all the issues that come up will eventually become clear when the issues arise. And that is what happened. After 2 trips to two different mechanics all confirmed my air conditioner was completely broken, it was blowing hot air. I needed a replacement and it was over $1000.00. I called Thomas the owner that day. This is why I gave 5 stars because Thomas, went above and beyond to help me fix this issue and paid for it. Regardless of my feelings towards the other dealer, you cant always blame their actions on the owner when the owner does a 360 and helps to replace it free of charge. I wanted to give an honest review of this place, and say that Thomas will really help, if the dealers are not doing their job correctly make sure to go to Thomas he will make sure they do their job right.

This place is complete TRASH. I bought a 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada that Thomas claimed he changed the oil and fixed everything that was wrong with it. Now I m riding around with a loud muffler and my air shocks in the back(which he claimed he fixed) are letting out air while I m driving. Which is dangerous while riding around with my child in the back seat.When I called to have him look at it He s not there called back the next day He s not coming in but he got your message All of the men are extremely unprofessional and half-ass workers.If I were anybody that don t have any money to waste DO NOT BUY FROM CARSON AUTOMOTIVE!!! PERIOD!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dont ever try to call they dont care. Will often leave u hanging. Go somewhere else with your money because it will be wasted here. Business wise.. very horrible with punctuality and actually caring about paying customers. Lied in ad on Facebook about condition of vehicle, was told no issues besides back hatch that didn't close, Prius had a cracked window, made awful noises when backing up, continued to make noises while running and the dash wouldn't light up indicating battery issues and none of this was mentioned at all after asking about issues with the car. Absolutely dishonest.

Fianc� bought a 2007 Lincoln Navigator in February of this year and purchased a 1 year warranty at the same time. Couple weeks ago ( beginning of June) took it to a repair shop for a few issues and they filed a claim with the warranty company and they denied the claim because the dealership never submitted the money or application to the company. Thomas the owner refuses to help saying that we should have came to him before submitting the claim. Needless to say we will see him in court soon!

My husband and I have been doing business with Thomas since 2012. Bought as of recently 4 cars in 5 years. 2 of those belonging to my husband and 2 that are mine. I just put a deposit down on a Ford Fusion SE yesterday.
