Walked in with no appointment and in need of an oil change. Asked the guy at the desk (I believe his name was Jake) how long he thought it would be and he told me there were 2 people in front of me and could possibly take up to an hour and a half, which I appreciate the fact he was honest with me and didn't just say a shorter time to secure the business. Ended up only taking about 40 minutes and as always, I'd rather get my oil changed at belle tire than the ones offered for free by the dealership. Thank you and I will be back as always.

I've only decided to come here because my husband and I have had two bad experiences with this Belle Tire. First, my husband went in and got all new four tires back in August. No one mentioned that his undercarriage looked rusted, and he had no idea. We had to scrap the car with the four new tires the next week because it wasn't worth repairing. I feel that if a technician saw this, they should have mentioned something.Secondly, I went in on Saturday to get my snow tires put on and have an alignment completed. Once I left, my low tire pressure sensor went on and I turned around and went back. They told me it should recalibrate after driving 15-20 miles. I have driven 40 miles, and the alert is still on. I called today and they won't get me in if I come in at 5:30 because they said they are only open until 6 and won't make me a priority for scheduling. I feel that they should have examined this when I came back the first day or offered to work with my schedule if this was a problem moving forward.This just left a bad taste in my mouth. The customer service and the negligence regarding my husband's tire experience is inexcusable.

Mike & the guys were very kind and professional. I had a flat at 5:54 pm on a Friday, and they stayed open to fix it for me. They also let me know that the previous place had done me wrong with my donut tire.Appreciate you guys!

Had my alignment done in 30 min. Told me my tires would need replacing soon but didn't try to upsell me on other repairs or buy new tires. Would return.

Do not go to this Belle Tire. I've been waiting 3 hours for a tire rotation. I was told two hours on the phone when I called to make an appointment yesterday, and 2 hours when I walked in at 10am.3 hours later my car is still sitting in the parking lot. Nobody working here has said a single word to me, unless I asked. 3 hours of sitting right in front of them...they'd rather shove pizza in their face then do work.

I just took my 94 GMC k1500 to the Royal Oak location for some tire repairs and rotation. When I picked up my truck they said "we took care of it" I asked how much the bill was and was told "we took care of it no charge"That just never happens these daysCustomer forever hands down

These guys are always great - most recently popped in near closing time (rude - I know) and asked if I could drop off my wheel with a puncture for them to fix the next day.They said no problem - we can probably knock that out right now if you can wait 15 mins I was out the door! Amazing service as always - appreciate these folks

I will absolutely be retuning to this location for all of my tire needs. Jake took care of me the same day after Costco tires just tried to get money from me without fixing the problem. The guys here were able to quickly tell me what was wrong with my tire rather than Costco just telling me I needed to purchase. Very grateful for my amazing experience here and I have been recommending everyone to come here! Jake s priority is to take care of the customer!

Great customer service. Special ordered a full set of General Grabbers for my Jeep and they were there in 2 days. They were able to price match the other guys in the area. Nate was on top of everything and they had them mounted and balanced in less than 2 hours. Great overall experience.

Road side assistance dropped me off here to get a tire changed on my delivery truck. 12pm. I have a spare and just need that put on. 5 min job!!! That couldn't get me in until after 6pm!!!! I live 3 hours away. Every person in this building had 5 mins for their consecutive smoke breaks though...... Don't have a jack or I would just do it myself

Don't confirm inspections are free over the phone and then unapologetically try to charge a fee when dropping off the car. If there are conditions to a "free" service state that upfront rather than luring people in. You definitely lost a customer today. And judging by other recent reviews, I'm not the only one.

This is the location you want to go to.I have learned that all Bell Tire locations are not the same despite being a corporate company. I had an issue with my tires that were sold to me at another location and , after falling more confused from talking to them, I called the Stephenson location to cross check a couple answers and I m fortunate Carlo picked up. He immediately invited me in for inspection ,listened to and validated my concerns and made everything right.Not only that , but he gave me personal recommendations and information that I did not receive when i initially purchased the 4 new truck tires. The other guy knew how to pull up the system and check my options but Carlo and his team took the time to actually talk tires and leave me feeling informed and excited.If corporate reads these reviews, Carlo and his team deserve a bonus! Make sure these folks are appreciated . They really earn it.

Spent over $3k at this location on my Charger RT and asked specifically about breaks and warranties, certain sounds, low pressure indicator. Vehicle was returned with sounds and low tire air pressure issue persisting. Returned next day, then received my vehicle back again with same issues. Never had a problem at Sterling Heights location.Will not return to Belle Tire, probably ever.EDIT: Official response is a pathetic deflection. Certain this location used incorrect coolant, broke my oil dipstick, and didn't check 75% of what I requested. Will never return.

Overall service was not satisfactory. I was asking the salesperson did I get all the information to claim rebates, he replied yes but found out he didn't give me offer code. I asked them to check why my steering wheel is tight. They just replied fluid is low. Didn't give me any reason or solution. They answered me what I have asked but didn't go extra mile to improve customer service.

This Belle Tire in Royal Oak is by far the worst Belle Tire I have visited for business purposes, from the time I walked in the staff ignored me while talking about movies with someone else, (I was the only customer in there at that time) they were rude an unprofessional, I went to another Belle Tire in all aspects they were exceptional, I wouldn't recommend this Belle Tire to anyone, unless you enjoy spending your money while being treated rudly.

I called and spoke to Cole regarding an online order and my upcoming appointment.My quote was from days ago and the price has since decreased. I asked about getting the reduced price. I was informed I could not by Cole.I took my car elsewhere, bought a full set, alignment and warranty. An $8 price difference resulted in this location missing out on over $1200 sale.I don't spend my money where I am not treated fairly.

Do not go here. Absolutely ridiculous.I went here just to get an alignment. Charged me $40 for a year alignment plan without asking - good thing I asked for an itemized receipt to take it off. Told me my ball joint was loose and that I absolutely needed it done ASAP otherwise they couldn t do the alignment. I was suspicious, so I took my car to a different place to get everything checked, and the ball joint WAS NOT LOOSE. I got an alignment just fine at a different place for way less. The lack of transparency and integrity is alarming, and beyond ridiculous. I called them to communicate the issue and they apologized, further confirming they were very shadily trying to upsell to me.

This is the worst place by far . This location in particular is horrible. They gave me two new tires on my car when they knew I needed ball joints and tire rods . So they took my money instead of being completely honest . They care more about getting the money instead of doing good business . I will not go to another Belle Tire again after this situation EVER . I think it's best if you have a dealer go to them where I should of went Nissan takes of me silly me . Be careful Make sure you take a man with you they take advantage of women .

My most recent visit has changed my views about this location. No longer will I recommend anyone to this location. Wish them well moving forward, but stop sending messages to my phone I didn't sign up for them and up until I took my car in to be "serviced" have these messages EVER COME THROUGH TO MY PHONE. Don't do that to people it's irritating.

I called right before 5 I spoke with Curtis(Curt) M, I explained to him I had a unexpected work trip come up and had to leave the next morning at 5am and needed new tires for the drive he was so polite and professional on the phone and told me to come by so he could see what tires I needed so he could check and see if there were any in stock. He came right out found out what tires I needed and took the time to explain my tire options and I upgraded to better quality tires for just a few dollars more and was able to keep one of my old tires for a spare and got a rebate as-well on the four I purchased. Even though they close at 6 they did an alignment and put all tires on and I was out in under an hour. I never writereviews but I am so appreciative. Thank you Curt for your amazing customer service and kindness! Highly recommended this location.
